It kind of does... Before the new change, we had a 4 "tag" limit, and that included the House/member/staff image. And if all your tags were "official" you could have one additional fun tag. But NOW - official tags have more room (no official limit yet, still working out some kinks on rules on my end) and you can have 2 fun tags. It sounds like a downgrade, BUT -- each tag can be up to 50 characters each now. Sooo.... where you have less tags, for now, you can have bigger ones.
Again though, still working out the kinks.

We did think of it. And we moved tags around everywhere trying to find a good spot for them (if you were online the day Kris was experimenting with these, they were under the siggies, near the 'quote' buttons, to the left in the title bar -- haha we tried many places before deciding on the current location). Like Jess said, there's already so much under the avatar and I didn't want to fill that up anymore than it already is. Probably would be less noticeable down there with the RP info. Hm.

Tags are added solely by admins. There WILL be occasions where we allow members to edit their own tags though. In those events, you'll be able to make your tags whatever color you want, you'll be able to make them say whatever you want, and you'll be able to change them as many times as you want (within the duration of the event, of course).
As of right now, we're not going bold though. They're plenty noticeable now and making them bold might really confuse post titles with tags.
ALSO, want to quickly reiterate:
We do not now, nor will we begin to, take requests for tags. The only time we take requests is during Special SS Events. So, please, do not PM us and ask for a tag. Please read the link I provided for you in the first post for more details.
AND secondly: Be patient with us and fixing your tags. We're working on it, among other things. :)
