A Seektober Romance Dawn
by Uncle Moose

What is True Freedom but taking Seektober Prompts and doing with them what I want? I'll be taking the Apprecium Challenge and giving each Prompt a little twist by basing it on a Moment from the Anime, Manga, or Live-Action One Piece.

My very first Seektober
I am no stranger to doing Inktober Challenges, having undertaken one in 2020.
Then, in 2024, I did a variation of it using prompts from Family and Close Friends.
I am also doing another Inktober Challenge alongside this year's Seektober Challenge.
So be patient with me if I fall behind on this challenge. I intend to hit at least 15 prompts for the Apprecium Challenge, but I'll push for 30.

Journey with me and join my crew as I try my hand at digital art for each of these prompts!

Prompt~ Graveyard from Wormtail. The One Piece Twist An Old Man with Severe Injuries

SPOILER!!: If you haven't read up to Chapter 448 or watched up to Episode 342

A Moment in the Manga that the joke felt glossed over that the Anime hit out of the park. Probably made it one of the funniest moments in the whole Series.

All done with Pen, then a Felt Pen tool on my Digital drawing Tablet. The third row was a struggle to get Luffy's proportions right. I ended up shifting him around so many times that I ended up splitting him in half then drawing his head only. I finally felt satisfied with his placement and motion.

Prompt~ Godfather from Padfoot. The One Piece Twist Capone Gang Bege

SPOILER!!: If you haven't read up to Chapter 498 or watched up to Episode 392

He should require no introduction. Capone Gang Bege won me over once he took on a larger role in the story. During a part of the story that involved different kinds of Family, with both strong and failed dynamics, I would proudly call this mobster a Godfather.

All done using the Fineline Pen on my tablet. A fun experiment in playing with the tool's ink bleed and smudging to create the shading and depth of Bege's build.

Prompt~ Secret from Moony. The One Piece Twist "Nothing Happened."

SPOILER!!: If you haven't read up to Chapter 485 or watched up to Episode 377

Naming iconic moments in One Piece always must include this moment in the Top 10 in all the series. Did Something happen? Probably most definitely something did.

This one was done on my Tablet with a very fine pointed chisel tipped pen and I kept to Red Hues usually going for Black and White for Highlights, Shadows, or other effects.
