The healer ought to be here soon to fix things, patch them up. Hopefully, he would be able to make some headway, here. |

"Fight? I have no idea who Ria is!" Georgina's mind was swimming in confusion. What was going on? Quote:
Her eye's widened when she heard Alex. "Amnesia.... I-I'm fine! Nothing happened to me." CONFUUUUUSSSEEEEDDDD |

Brian entered the room after a mild knock on the door twice. Stood by the door he looked around to get a glimpse of the department head. "Excuse me!" he announced his entry through his soft velvet voice, hands inside his pants pockets casually. |
Alex turned around when she heard the voice. "Thank goodness you are here." she said, softly. She turned to Sion, as Alex did not know how to describe the situation that just went on. |

Must. Not. Close. Eyes. Quote:
She paused. "I've sent for Mr. Jensen of Magical Law Enforcement, too, so that you two can handle things, from here." |

May be he was the one responsible for that mysterious howler too..who knows?! |
Erik hurried down a level as indicated by the memo now snug in his pocket and looked around, knocking on the door, "Ummmm someone call me?" He asked no to no one in particular but looking around at the place with a raised eyebrow. |

There was a brief pause, and then Sion looked at the two heads. "I suppose you'll want to take him away, to question?" Or do... whatever they did to people like these. Probably collect information, give them a trial, that sort of stuff - not Sion's field of expertise, frankly. She just wanted to get rid of Morlen - wanted to get rid of him, knowing he was now in hands that knew their job, under the hawk's eye of people who would ensure he could not hurt people, or try to destroy portions of the Ministry. So yes, the sooner Morlen was out of sight, the better it would be. Things could be restored to normal, then. |
Nodding as someone filled him in with the basics he looked toward the man and frowned. He hated idiots like this. His eyes landing on Brian he pursed his lips. "Well that would be ideal but the question is who's jurisdiction is this. Do we flip a coin?" he asked cheekily. He looked toward the man again and crossed his arms. "He's a dark wizard who used magic on people, that falls into mine, but caused havoc on the ministry which falls into yours..." He raised an eyebrow and held his hand out to Brian for some input, "Any suggestions?" There was no doubt it should go to him since his Aurors were the type that handled this stuff not the rent-a-cop security level. he smirked to himself at the joke he'd made but didn't dare utter it, he'd have to tell that to Ben later. |
Georgina listened as Sion and Alex explained everything that happened to the two men that recently entered the room. She couldn't believe that she had no memory of this. All the while she was still bleeding quite a bit. Her head, now it was hurting.... A LOT. Hurting more and more every second her hands clenched her scalp with her fingers through her platinum blonde hair. Remember Georgina, remember! With another surge of pain she had a feeling like she was falling and everything went black as she hit the ground. |

She just wanted to get rid of Morlen Deverex. Please. Quote:
No more drama, please God. |
Erik shrugged as Sion told him of her suggestion, "Well it just seems ta me that since Security failed in detecting him upon arrival as is their job...that perhaps some more skilled hands should take over." He smirked a dangerous smirk at Brian. "I'm all fer workin' tagether if he promises not ta let him slip through again." He knew he was treading dangerously but honestly how did Ministry Security, the end all be all of security let the lunatic in in the first place. Huh? |
*has permission to post* Evander had turned on one foot and watched with a mild sort of interest coupled with a building sense of something not being right as his department had had torn past, apparently in a mighty hurry. So it was natural that Evander followed, wand at the ready but otherwise fairly casual about the whole thing. As silent as the grave and following Erik, he slipped into the... was this a storage room? Evander caught his boss' eye and gave him a I'm-your-back-up-whether-you-like-it-or-not-and-you-can-call-me-to-task-about-it-later-if-you-must sort of nod. Which proves that Van was quite skilled at getting a message across with such a simple gesture. The tall man waited to be noticed, or filled in, or something of that sort and took in the other occupants of the small room, noting the tension and excitement that tainted the air. Something mildly interesting then. |

But that wasn't for her to mull over -- that was for Law Enforcement and Security to look into. "Mr. Jensen, I just want this man removed from Level Three," she said honestly, tones still polite. "I am - and I am sure the other employees are, too - willing to answer any questions related to the attack, chaos and havoc, if needed. But, right now, I feel that, as long as Mr. Deverex remains here and is not where he should be after his actions, the safety of my employees will be compromised." Quote:
"Mr. --?" Her voice was quiet, again. |
Morlen raised an eyebrow. Really. These people were going to be responsible for his immediate future? "Little fools," he spat. Because that was all he could do, given the fact that he was bound to the stupid chair. Ughh. If only he had his wand, right now. He would show them, these people. How dare they? |
Erik's eyes landed on Evander as he walked in the room, wand brandished, and frowned. How did he always show up places? Catching the nod he pursed his lips and then looked at Sion who spoke to him. And thought quickly about a place they could put him. Ministry security....not really secure enough since they didn't normally house dangerous criminals. Could put him in the courtrooms and he'd never get out. His department would be the second best cause then he'd be surrounded by Aurors and Hit Wizards. In his thinking he heard Sion speak to Evander and he sighed, "That's Evander he's a Hit Wizard who likes to follow me around." Well not exactly true but it amused him nonetheless just to see Evander's expression to that. "Alright then. Brian where do you think best to hold him?" He'd been picked on enough after all. |
Evander, by this time had assessed the situation as best he could on his own. Unconscious ministry worker over there, department head types here and here and there, some guy tied to a chair and spitting words out as if he had a bad taste in his mouth there... Evander sized up the restrained fellow with one look, then dismissed him in order to turn his attention to the pretty woman who'd addressed him, a quick, flat look going to Erik too. "Evander Bole." He paused and added, "Hit Wizard and undercover operative for Law Enforcement. I occassionally like to be sure Erik here doesn't get himself in trouble." And then he smiled good naturedly because after all, these days it was much easier for him to smile. He turned his attention back to the fellow in the chair, just slightly curious. "Security breach?" He asked with a professional sort of detachment. Couldn't be much more than that, after all, the man was tied to a chair and if he were a real threat... ... he wouldn't be. He sniffed the air, wondering if they'd tried |

"We're not the ones tied to a chair, Mr. Deverex," she said, sweetly. Quote:

"Yes," she said, still quietly. "Mr. Deverex here was kind enough to allow himself to be knocked out cold, after he had proceeded to wreck the A&C Conference Room, and caused a young lady to attack employees." There was a certain touch of sarcasm, to her tones. Shrugging it off, she picked up her narrative again. "I suspect his strength is potions." Unregistered, illegal potions, most likely. "Flashy rather than scary, though." That was it, simply put. Though Sion could not deny that the 'flashy' had caused enough damage, as it was. Even though she personally thought that things could have gotten much, much worse, if Morlen had had brains. Shrugging inwardly, she turned inquiringly to Erik. |
Smirking at Evander's comment he studied the man sitting in the chair for awhile as he listened to what happened again trying to see if he could pick up on anything else. "Alright, we'll take him off yer hands now. Ummm..." He looked at Evander than nodded toward the man. "If ye'd be so kind Evander. We're goin' ta place him in our own conference room fer the time bein'. And...I'll grab Dacs on the way I suppose." Or maybe Ben... Pulling out his own wand he held it firmly in his hand and pointed at the man in the chair. "Sion would ye like ta come with us or tend ta yer employees first?" He probably knew the answer but had to ask anyway. |
Quote:
"Do you need me immediately?" She asked. "I sent for a healer, and I want to make sure one is here, before I leave the level." |
Quote:
"Alright, then." Evander nodded in agreement and was clearly tempted to knock the fellow out, it'd make things much easier. He flicked his own wand to levitate the chair instead, trusting Erik to keep his wand trained on the man. Quote:
