"Thank you so much sir." Ronan said with another bright grin before he went over to the table to collect a plate of breakfast goodies.

Ronan smiled warmly to the Division Head as he busied himself at the table moving away from the coffee, and looking around for the tea instead. He had never been a fan of coffee, no sir.

"I trust that you are well Mr Chambers?" he asked as he looked to the blonde haired man with the plate in his hand.

Right after visibly yawning Ryan took another sip from the coffee as he looked back at Ronan who looked like he had slept well unlike Ryan himself. Okay now he needed to stop thinking about sleeping as soon as possible otherwise everything he would do like commenting, discussing, thinking or else would be all about sleeping.

So he smiled back at the other man and took another sip of his coffee ''Thank you. I feel...fine. How about you Mr Cavanaugh?''

"I'm doing well considering the lack of sleep that I've been having." Ronan replied as he sipped at his tea contently.

"Twins tend to wake up in pairs so there's double the volume in their cries when someone isn't happy." the young man added before taking a bit of a muffin. "But I've loved every moment of being with them."

Leo nodded in appreciation as he saw the first employee to take advantage of the fruit! Pffft, more people should eat fruit, y'know. Hehe. "We'll start soon, just waiting for more people to arrive..." Mornings...could be tough to get up. Heh.

"Yes, good. Good to hear." He nodded with a small smile, "Oh, if you need anything, my door is always open." With a final small nod, Leo turned towards the new arrival.

Well...he had decided not to dress in his good clothes, seeing as they were going to pain! Hehe.

"Good morning to you, Miss Everhart!" Leo smiled broadly and bowed his head slightly. "Oh yes, very well. How about you?" Lovely woman she was.


Looking at his watch, Leo was starting to think they should be starting by now.
Hmmm.

Chloe smiled at him graciously. "Glad to hear you are well! I'm doing very well! Keeping busy. I never realized how much work planning a wedding would be," she said with a polite little laugh. Looking around the room, she now noticed the easel, brushes, and paints, and she looked at it curiously. Obviously they would be painting something? Chloe was an artistic person, but she was a major FAIL at anything having to do with painting or drawing or even coloring. This would be interesting.

She noticed the table of food behind Ronan and Ryan and turned back to Mr. Buena with a polite nod of her head and smile. "Excuse me, Mr. Buena," she said before walking over to stand next to Ronan. Once she reached the table she made herself a cup of tea and then looked back at the young man. "I understand several congratulations are in order. How are the babies doing?" she asked, dying to hear his baby stories. This, to her, was much more interesting than talking about him winning the education fair. Though that was a very important accomplishment, Chloe WAS a woman and babies are adorable. Chloe couldn't wait to have children of her own.

Seraphina smiled and waved at a tired looking young man as he walked into the conference room. She had seen him around the office, but they had never spoken.

'I understand several congratulations are in order. How are the babies doing?'

Ronan looked over to Chloe with a polite smile and replied, "They're growing strong." The young man thought fondly to his children and Pandora, his wife who were all at home resting from being in the hospital for a few weeks.

Ronan turned his attention to Ryan and smiled, hardly able to stop smiling now that everyone knew of his happy news.

"Thank you Mr Chambers, of course, I will give my best to the twins."

Chloe returned his smile and nodded, laughing a little. "Well, getting strong is their job right now! How's your wife doing?" she asked, still smiling at him. As she examined his face, she couldn't help but smile even brighter. It was great to be able to see how much he loved his wife and children by just the look on his face. He was obviously a very happy man.

"Pandora's great. I think she's happy she doesn't have to be on bedrest anymore. She was on the verge of hexing me into next century at one point." the young man replied with a sheepish grin.

"It is different though." he said rubbing his chin, being able to feel my skin again. "I've been so used to facial hair then when I had to shave it off so I don't hurt the twins it makes me look younger again."

Chloe laughed as Ronan explained about Pandora's dislike of bedrest. "Yes, I imagine laying around day after day and not being allowed to do anything would become rather infuriating after a bit," she said, smiling at him. Chloe certainly hoped that that didn't happen to her when she got pregnant. As Ronan mentioned his absence of facial hair, Chloe looked at him, considering him for a moment. Then she laughed and touched his arm lightly. "I do suppose it takes off a few years!" she said, smiling at him.

Oliver was glancing around the room waiting for the meeting to start when he saw a woman waving at him. He didn't know who she was, but obviously she worked here. He gave her a friendly wave so she didn't think he was ignoring her.

Seraphina had a hard time sitting still. She's spent the last 2 years traveling abroad and studying magical creatures and plants, so trying to focus in an office setting was proving to be difficult. She took a deep breath and leaned back in her chair. Staring out of one of the enchanted windows, she sub-consciously began drumming her long fingers on the arm rest.

Lyra waltzed into the conference room in her casual yet comfortable outfit. The note said something that was comfortable and smudged with colour, right? Well, that's the way she read it and that's what she was wearing. "Hello everyone," she greeted as she swayed towards a brightly ORANGE chair, one that clashed with the PINK in her skirt. BLAH! Oh well, the Ministry was not into fashion the way she was...obviously. She placed her purse on the round table and pushed her sunglasses to the top of her head, resting as if it were a headband of some sort.

So very sorry for the delay. RL and all that dullness...
 

Leo turned and smiled at the young man that had entered. Yay, someone else was feeling as happy as himself this morning. "Good morning to you, Mr Granger! Very happy to see you here today!" He watched Oliver get his breakfast and nodded happily how everyone was feeling so at ease.

Ah, Miss Everheart. It was with sadness that he said these next words...BUT he said them with a wide grin, ALSO feeling quite excited and happy for the girl's success. "And Congratulations, Miss Everheart. I will be very sad to see you leave..." he put his hands on his heart, slightly pouting, "But I am VERY pleased that your hard work has gotten you to where you are. Really...great job!" Yes yes. Nod nod.

Leo smiled at Ryan, feeling quite content that he might be able to lend an ear whenever someone needed it. "Good, good..." he mumbled. Looking around, he was just about to call out to everyone that the 'meeting' would be starting when he noticed ANOTHER person walk in!

"Ah, Miss Noir!" They had never met, but ofcourse he knew his employees names. "Welcome, glad you could make it!" Seeing her sit down, Leo decided it was showtime!


"Allright everyone. What do you say to starting this little party, ey?" Hehe. Leo smiled brightly and gestured for everyone to take a seat around the large table. Walking over to a chair of his own, he didn't sit down but stood behind it and leaned against the back support. "Well then. First of, welcome to everyone! I am very happy to see you here. My name is Leo Buena..." the new Head - but they obviously knew that. "Today, I want us to take a breath...and a moment to think about why we are here." He looked around the table. Sound good? "So, does anyone want to share with us...why did you decide to work in Education?" Hm? Any first speakers?

Lyra took her seat, nodding her head towards the new Department Head as he introduced himself to the department. "Thank you," she spoke rather softly, placing her hands into her lap and crossing one leg over the other.

First of all, if this was a party, she...no. This was not a party, not the ones she was used to and second if it was then Christian would be at her side. OH and her dress attire, yeah, wouldn't be this at all. And she had to remember that name, Buena. Different language, very nice but when the question arrived, her eyes widened a bit. There was no way she would be able to get through that question except to lie. OH! But she was not that. Nope! Not anymore. A painful look began to show for her expression as she looked to the others in hope that someone would speak up before her. Please! She just wanted to agree with someone.

Instantly she began inching her way down in her seat in a lady-like matter of course, but just so she wouldn't be picked on. How did one tell exactly the reasoning behind living the life of luxury and leaving that behind to keep in one spot for a while? Hmmm. Interesting.

Oliver waited for Mr. Buena to finish, and since no one else seemed to be talking he might as well go first. Oliver cleared his throat slightly just to get everyones attention. "I choose to work in the Department Of Education because I felt I would be making the most difference working there. By taking young witches and wizards minds and molding them so that they are creative and intelligent and ready to face the real world I believe it make our department one of the most important departments at the Ministry Of Magic because we are getting the next generation ready to take over for us, when we no longer can hold our positions. If we don't set them up to do well, and take control of the wizarding world than our entire world will fall apart and our society will crumble and no longer be the respectable community that it is today. I feel I am doing my part working in this particular department of the Ministry Of Magic by making sure the young witches and wizards of today get a proper education which in theory I feel will keep the magical world running strong." Oliver hoped his explanation would be good enough, he sat and waited to hear peoples responses.

Ronan listened intently as Leo spoke, he was very proud of his new position and wanted to be an excellent example for the rest of the employees in the department. He paused, about to speak as someone else decided to give his answer first.

He raised his hand as a signal of acknowledgement for everyone to know who was talking next and began his answer. "Well I know that I decided to join the Department of Education mainly for the same reason as Mr Granger." Ronan gave the man a polite nod of his head and then continued. "I would like to think that it would be important to know what is going on in the behind the scenes aspects of Hogwarts. And with some of us starting families or planning to do so, later in life, I believe that it would be excellent to have a say in various elements of the education of our children."

Leo looked around the conference room.
Sure, they weren't that many people in here, but it felt like there were alot of individuals who didn't seem to want to start first.

Until...

Oliver was the first one to speak up! Leo smiled and took his usual 'regarding-the-wall' pose as he listened.

Ah... bless. With several nods at the young man's words. And boy did he say some awesome things. "That was wonderful, thankyou Mr. Granger!" He couldn't help but keep nodding. "Next generation. It is true. The young students will, and might, indeed be working here one day - discussing the future of the even younger individuals." More nodding. "Great points, good job." Oliver obviously knew what it was they were going to be doing in this department. Leo could sense he was a dedicated part of the team.


Scanning the little group again, Leo noticed Ronan's raised hand and gave him an encouraging nod. Lots of nodding today, yes. "Mr. Cavanaugh, please." What other awesomeness would be said today?

"So...you are speaking about family. That's another good point." Pushing himself a bit away from the chair, Leo started to slowly pace around. "So basically, what you are saying..." Oh he hoped he was thinking right, "That we are raising the students...as if we were their family. Because we, like a parent, have the responsability and fortune to teach them what we know. Yes?"


And now Ryan was standing up! Interaction! Exellent.

Leo listened intently as the man started to tell his leetle story - and it was very interesting. Physchologist and Auror. It was impressive and sure to come in handy to have someone like him here. "Oh, that's another way to get involved with the youth." Hmmm. "See, there we have a more effective way of 'forming' the young people. Actually interacting with them to see how they are and feel, is most important." How did Ryan experience it? "Would you like to share with us how effective that has been, Mr. Chambers?"


"So, coming back to what Mr. Granger said... What do you think would be the best way to reach out to a young witch or wizard? I mean, what could you do to make him or her realise how important it is to be responsible with his talent?"

Hmmm?
He glanced at Miss Noir. She seemed to have been listening intently until now. Leo would be interested in hearing her thoughts.

Luna walked in to the conference room with her fingers crossed she was quite sure there must be something happening in the conference but wasn't sure what is her part of work so she grabbed a seat and began making some coffee and looked around the room to find someone to tell her what was going on in the room.

''Sure'' Ryan nodded when Mr Buena asked his question ''Basically the development of identity has eight stages. If one step is corrupted or if the individual fails to fullfil the needs of that stage, identity disorders and following it mental disorders start to show themselves in the rest of the developmental stages of the person. The first three stages is the parents' job as they include the ages between 0 and 6 and after that there come two stages from the age 6 to 20 which is our job. In those stages the original identiy starts to develop itself and the first stage of that development is the ''Success or Inferiority Complex'' stage which is extremely important for if that stage is corrupted the individual tend to grow up as a potential criminal.''

He stopped looked around and took a deep breath before going on ''In that stage the child shoud be appreciated for the good things he or she did and should be gently warned for the bad things he or she did. If the child is insulted in anyway, he pr she has the risk of developing a inferiority complex and as a result the stage gets corrupted. Therefor the teacher should be patient and should learn to tolerate mistakes in a certain extend''
