"Mine field is probably another good one, but we'd have to wait until they started to trust one another more or until all of them realized that teamwork was important and didn't want anyone to get injured!" now she just had to wait for a reaction. Ronan near broke his pen at what this woman was saying. Gritting his teeth he ignored the statement about Hufflepuffs because that wasn't the point of the meeting. It was a sore subject for Ronan because he was emotionally attached to Hufflepuffs and was not one to discriminate. But he was going to keep his thoughts to himself and work on the task at hand.
Therefore, the young man set to writing down the ideas that she had to suggest. Apparently she was related to a Muggle or she wouldn't have known of all these challenges. "Right, excellent ideas Miss." he said finishing up his notes and glancing to her. Ronan did not smile, but gave her a curt nod wondering when Leo would be coming back into the room. They all had so many ideas and so many unanswered questions to back them.

Leo was feeling SO much better after a couple of stretching excersises, and was now walking back to the conference room, hands up in the air and...still stretching.
But he stopped a few feet away from the door as he heard something about 'Hufflepuffs', 'whimps' and... 'mine field'.
Whoa!
What were they DOING in there?
Leo stepped closer and peeked around the door. Everyone seemed to be in full discussion-mode. Exellent. And Ronan and Ryan seemed to have everything under control. He smiled... Great colleagues they were - they were all great.
Allright, time to get back to work.
"Sorry about that," He announced, finally stepping inside the door and heading towards his seat. "How goes everything?" His eyes landed on everyone, hoping to get some POSITIVE answers.
...and maybe something for him to answer. Hehe. | |

Ronan looked up from his pad to see Leo come back into the room. He smiled slightly, glad to see the man was alright.
"Yes, well we've got a fair bit of suggestions for both how the groups should be created as well as the challenges they will be doing and locations that they will have to do them at." he explained and then looked around the room to all the employees.
"I've think we've got a decent list going."

"I've think we've got a decent list going." Sophia smiled slightly at his last sentence, he probably wasn't complimenting her but still, a small feeling of accomplishment filled her with joy. Before she could forget though she quickly pushed her black hair over her shoulder and reached for the pencil she kept behind her ear and quickly pulled a notebook out of her pocket. Opening it to the first page she began to quickly write notes. Note to self: One of the heads is attached to Hufflepuffs and no matter how many fights I get into there is no need to insult them in front of him!
She then quickly flipped the page before someone got suspicious and jotted down some notes from the meeting before putting the pencil back behind her ear and pushing her hair to cover it. She looked up at the other man that walked in. Was he the other division head? No, better yet, was he going to hate her as well? Sophia mused over things while looking at the person... so to make things less odd... she smiled!

Silently following the discussion Ryan eagerly listened to all his co-workers evaulating every single idea in his mind. Meanwhile he grabbed a cup of delicious tea from the snack table to relax a little as he listened to others.
Though every idea was a good one, things were getting complicated with each of them and that, as Ryan observed, made the job of planning of a Scavenger Hunt for Hogwarts students harder to deal with. And now the one topic that most employees seemed to dsiagree with each other was if the Scavenger Hunt should include Muggle kind obstacles.
So, clearing his throat for attention Ryan stood up and looked at everyone ''I think that depends on what kind of Muggle obstacles we are talking about. I do not think any child who is raised by a Wizarding Family would fail to pass those Muggle obstacles. Well...they have everything that Muggles have, do not they? About the other case; what do you think of idea of making it a competition among houses? I also want the teachers to have an active role in this so my divison can observe them''

"But at the same time the purpose of Hogwarts is to teach young witches and wizards how to use magic in the most useful way possible, and while I agree that the students at Hogwarts could learn from doing tasks without magic, I do not think during a school challenge is the appropriate time to do so" said Oliver.

Ronan glanced back and forth between all the employees as they discussed the topic of whether or not to do Muggle challenges or not. They all seemed to be split over the issue. He finally glanced to Leo, wondering if he was going to put his input in on whether or not they should do a mixture of challenges or stick to one side and another.
"If any of you remember the Ministry Challenge we had a year ago, there were elements of Muggle obstacles that were slightly added into the overall magical challenges as a whole. You've got to think that not everyone is going to want to do the physical fitness tests that Muggles sometimes do. We can do as some of you suggested, trivial things; mind games that make the students think and work together as a team." the young man spoke up, just wanting to share his piece and continue on writing out notes as he had been.

Jayzlyne rushed rather quick yet quietly into the room. She had been off on an extended work vacation gathering information on other schools both Magical and Muggle on the workings of them. Seeing the changes around the room stopped her dead in her tracks. Wow i so don't remember this being like this. she thought to herself.
Taking a seat she listened to what was being said trying to get caught up with what the plans were. Smiling she pipes up "I have an idea that would be able to fit both magical and muggle standards, As some of you know i have been studying the different schools and the curriculum and ways things were taught. One of the critical thinking games at the Muggle schools i came across was a block game. the object was to get the ball from one end to the exit while arranging the blocks to do this. you could only move them up down left and right but could not lift them from the base. What if part of it was a maze in this fashion that the students were the ball and they had to collectively work together to get to the side where the door was? It would make them not only think, but also test their skills in magic and team work." | |

Was she new or has she just been away for a very long time?
Ohhh, holiday for work. Ronan wanted a holiday really badly to spend with his wife and kids, he started to daydream while still listening to the woman explain the event she was proposing. "Venice." he replied and then shook his head, blushing. "I'm sorry, I meant to say very nice. It's a brilliant idea, I'll add it to the list."
Taking his quill once more, Ronan wrote down the idea to be voted on at a later date and looked around. "Any more suggestions?" he looked around at all the employees and then over to Leo waiting for further instruction.
