The Boy Who Lived

In the dark of night,
a young boy screams,
his Mother at his side,
a flash of light...

On top a motorcycle,
a young boy lays,
a scar now upon his forehead,
flying thorugh the nightsky...

On a doorstep,
a young boy sleeps,
now he is,
The Boy Who Lived.

A Dementorhttp://www.hpdownloads.net/dolls/DementorMove.gif

A Black moving mass,
skating across the cold ground,
a cloak trailing behind,
a cold breath,
it lowers its hood...

Now you are nothing,
but a body,
you feed on feelings,
like the ones,
who did this to you...

You are a black moving mass,
skating across the cold ground,
your cloak trailing behind,
you let out a cold breath,
you lower your hood...

This is a Poem that has absolutly nothing to do with HP. (Its sorta long, I had to write it 4 skool) It is a about the movie Glory. The movie is about slaves who become soldiers in the first black regiment in the Civil war. ITS A GREAT MOVIE!

From Slave to Soldier

These men were slaves until the Proclamation came telling them that they were free,
Each of them different, though they all shared a similar plea,
They all wished although they were free to be treated like the other white men,
The men got their chance when Colonel Shaw came to give news of a black regiment,
Boston 54th it would be called, this group of brave hearted-men,
Each of them would fight courageously until the wars end.

When they joined the regiments some, like Boyle, dreamed of fortune,
Others weren’t so optimistic, such as hard headed Tripp, who hated the white men,
There was Thomas who thought the whites would respect him, because he was educated.
There were many more brave fighting men in this 54th regiment, each happy to be there and not in the fields, doing slave work as in years before.

As the war continued they started to realize their chance to fight didn’t seem to be coming, no white man believed they could fight, so they paid them three dollars less then the white soldiers were paid,
All they seemed to be doing was the work of a slave, just labor like before,
When Colonel Shaw demanded uniforms and shoes for his soldiers, the quarter master thought he was crazy, wanting uniforms and shoes for the black men,
But soon enough they were marching proud with blue uniforms and shoes.

Now with their new uniforms they were properly dressed to fight in a battle,
Though nobody thought they could fight properly, though they won their first skirmish,
Giving honor to their regiment, and pride to its men,
When Thomas is injured he refuses to go to his home, so he stays and fights with the 54th.

In the end when they had the honor to fight the battle at Fort Wagner, Colonel Shaw led the charge, against its strong and tall walls, and when he died the others fought bravely until their lives came to an end to,
And everyone should always remember the 54th Boston regiment, of men who went from slaves to soldiers and fought courageously till their lives came to an end.

A Memory

Thump....
Thump....
Thump....

A Dieing Heatbeat,
growing softer,
and softer,

Thump....
Thump....
Thump....

She Lays there on the floor,
a young girl,
Ginny,

Thump....
Thump....
Thump....

A scream,
she awakes,
not its all just a memory.

Inside this World of Magic

Inside the place of magic,
many mysteries you will find,
they will tickle your senses,
and play with your mind,

Inside this world of magic,
many answers you will seek,
find the wrong one,
you may shreik,

Inside this world of magic,
many things you may try,
you might dissaper,
in the blink of an eye,

So come inside,
and you will see,
how wonderful this world of magic,
can be.

A Night, In Hogsmeade

A still night,
as most think,
In the village,
of Hogmeade.

Now, a wolf,
dog, rat,
and a stag,
Prowl the night.

Adventers unknown...

They enter a house,
The Shreiking Shack,
broken down,
and worn.

The villigers,
They sit,
and wait,
for a sound.

A howl....

It illuminates the night,
horror comes,
from each home,
the night is no longer peaceful.

No longer silent...
