Hi! Sit down, hurry! We've got an interview to do. Your public wants to know things. Are you ready?

*touches shiny crown and tries not to squeal* I'm ready!!!!*plops down* ask meh anything.

Well lets start with the basics shall we? Tell us about yourself!

Hmm..well, I'm not good at this..erm.. My name is Davina, but Dav, Davvy and Davvy_Wavvy works too I'm Jamaican, absolutely love sports, especially tennis and football(soccer) played both in high school as well as netball and softball and I did a bit of swimming too. I'm 5'5 but spent three years of my life believing I was 5'7 O.o

Did you shrink??

*laughs* no I assumed I was tall because most of my friends are and I seemed to be around the same height as everyone else to me..silly nurse burst my bubble

Aww. sad *reinflates bubble* You can be whatever height you want on SS. I have decreed it so. Speaking of SS, how did you find us?

Yay new bubble!!! *dives in and glomps SS*..Hmm I found SS through a friend who wasn't really my friend yet but everyone knew me as the girl who was really into Harry Potter at school and she kind of came up to me and told me about it and I was all really??? then bam!! SS addict, she regretted it after because I had more post than her in like a week XD

Thats cute. Its awesome having real friends on SS I think. *knows* And its especially awesome being able to share the magic of SnitchSeeker with people in real life and know they understand things like staying up all night stalking or getting really excited for house sorting, or official releases, or SnitchSeeker events. What do you think makes you an SS addict?

Thats true and I have two really close friends on here from RL and people look at us weird, especially now that we're in University and still openly talk about our ahem..."fictional characters"..I think because snitchseeker is the first site I open when I get online always and the fact that I have to get on EVERY day just to stalk even if I don't have anything to reply to and .the fact that I worry about what I'm missing when I go to sleep at night.

Baha yes. I have a thing that shows my most frequently opened pages... SnitchSeeker beats Google. *pets it.* How long have you been a member of SS?

Me too! but nothing beats awesomeness so that is why ..I've been a member of SS since December 2005 and it's been awesome.

And what do you do here on SS? Tell us about the awesomeness you bring us.

Hmm well besides playing in the school RP and MoM I write fanfics and poetry I was really big on the knockturn alley rps too. I'm also the Caribbean language mod.

And I've heard you're the newest DA shopkeeper assistant for Ollivanders. Congratulations! That's going to be fun and a lot of work too!

I know! I'm still in shock but I'm really excited about it and welcome the fun and work, besides SS related work isn't really work is it..its constructive fun

And its the best way to procrastinate too. Tell us a bit about what goes on in the Caribbean language forum, and why people should go along and get involved there.

Boy is that true *remembers neglecting RL home work for SS stuff* welll the Caribbean language forum has lessons on different dialects from all over the English speaking Caribbean, there are also threads where u can post about your favourite Caribbean food and music etc. Back when PotC just came out we had a boom but things are a bit slower now they're on to stranger tides *bad pun* xD

It sounds exciting. I must admit I've never really dabbled in the language forums myself, I'll totally have to go have a look! Aside from SnitchSeeker, are there any other websites you are addicted to?

Oh you should, back in my first year of University, I actually used the Portuguese forum to help me study for my Portuguese test, so see SS is also educational kiddies. I'm not really addicted to any other sites, I use facebook a lot and twitter but thats because of SS too and Polyvore now thanks to a certain someone *whistles* but that is also SS related.

*coughs and acts like I have no idea what you're talking about* Its totally educational. If nothing else, RPing and Fic writing can totally make you write better assignments! You said you're really into Harry Potter, so you know I have to ask some Potter questions. How did you get into Harry Potter? Do you like the books better or the films?

*nods in agreement* and boost creativity..gah we sound like a commercial for SS xD..I was always big on reading but most books i would finish in minutes or hours because they were never like Harry Potter big, one of my besties, also a member of snitchseeker loan me her Goblet of Fire in my first year of high school and it actually took me two days but I was so in love after that that I borrowed her POA..she didn't have the other books (1 and 2) so I had to wait, but I was so into it that I sorted my whole class into the Hogwarts houses and put all the kids I disliked into Slytherin and had them on sweep duty all the time. I was form captain so I had the power I'm a bigger fan of the books, not really big on the movies.

Thats what you're being bribed for with the crown and all, obviously. Besides everyone reading this already knows SS is the BEST Potter site in the world. Ooooh so you don't like the snakes, hmmm? Do you think you were well sorted into Hufflepuff? What do you like about your house, and what don't you like?

Haha ooh see now I'm on to you guys *shifty* at the time I was 12 and thought for sure I was a Gryffindor but now I have no problem with the snakies. I think the SS sorting is the most accurate sorting. I've been sorted A LOT on different sites and I've always been a Gryffindor. I remember being so disappointed when I got sorted into Hufflepuff but thanks to some amazing puffers back then I realised that Hufflepuff is indeed the best house *totally not biased* I think what I love the most about hufflepuff house is that the members are usually really genuinely sweet and caring and so supportive too and I can't really think of anything that I dislike..besides the current point standing >.<

Oh well said. I think Hufflepuffs are lovely too. Especially SS Hufflepuffs. Who is your favourite character in the series?

Of course we are *twirls* My favourite character is Angelina Johnson and she just narrowly beat out Minerva.

What do you like about them?

I like Angelina because I see so much of myself in her to the point where I started to wonder if JK secretly stalked me to give her a personality, she's into sports, she seems strong and she's competitive, I'm like that too and so is Minerva who is very much like my high school Dean of Discipline.

They're really strong female role models. I love how JKR gives us such awesome characters to look up to, and yet they're so real too, so that you can see them in every day life, except without wands and magic. Since we're talking favourites (I am getting SO good at these segues), what is your favourite kind of music? Is there a song that you can listen to over and over again without getting sick of it? And is there one you can't get out of your head no matter how hard you try? What are they?

Yeah and I think that's why she is one of my favourite authors, because her writing is so real minus the magic as you say. haha yes you're a pro *hands over championship belt* I really don't have a favourite kind of music..it always just depend on my mood some days I'm country right down to reggae and rock. The one song I can probably listen to over and over is Jesus take the wheel by Carrie Underwood.. it's real mellow. Perhaps the one song I can't ever stop singing is Hakuna Matata XD

Some awesome choices and.... I totally have Hakuna Matata in my head now. You're a fan of the Lion King then? What are some of your favourite movies?

Oh thank you thank you, haha good deed of the day done *grins* I am it's the first movie to make me cry I think. Favourite movies..hmm *rubs chin* number one hands down is Lord of the Rings, the whole trilogy, Avatar, Philosopher's Stone and Space Jam.

Awesome! And what about some favourite books? 'The people need to know!

Favourite books, much easier, Macbeth, Much Ado, King Henry V, The Great Gatsby, LOTR HP too of course and Young Warriors.

What do you think makes a good story?

I think for me a good story has to have very real characters, flawed..perhaps like a tragic hero, which is probably why I gravitate to Shakespeare, and also have a plot thats not at all predictable or drawn out too much.

Shakespeare is a master. So many things take inspiration from the bard. Do you watch much TV? Are there any Television shows that you're drawn to because of the story?

Yes undisputed. I don't watch much t.v, the only time I do is when someone mentions that their RP charrie is in this or that and I'll watch and episode or two but thats it, any recommendations?

So MANY *nods enthusiastically* I get all my recommendations from SSers. GAME OF THRONES okay? Good. Now that is settled.... hehe. Where in the world do you want to visit most of all?

Game of Thrones *writes than down* got it..I think I want to visit England most of all, yes Harry Potter is an influence but it's mostly because of football. I want to see Old Trafford and sit in that stadium...hear the roar of the crowd..*drifts off into lala land*

If you could only eat once kind of food for the rest of your life, what would you choose?

Fruit hands down..did I mention that another nickname is fruit bat? xD

I shall file that nickname away for future reference. Lucky for you, fruit bats are adorable! What IS your favourite kind of animal? And what do you think your patronus would be?


XD my secret is out, they are? I've always been terrified of all types of bats. Dogs definitely. I love them, they're just so snuggly and fun..patronus..*thinks* It would probably be a dog if not a mouse...

*laughs* I think the random already started! but bring it on I'm ready. The last time I had pancakes was in early June I think and someone made it for me..I haven't made them myself in yeeeeeeeears.

Oh I'd have to agree with that one. Alright. Our last Member of the Month, Samia, had a question, and selfishly attempted to hold onto the crown FOREVER. She almost did it, she's that awesome, but I got it back. I'm tricksy, I have my ways. *ahem* SHE had a question for you though. So:
