The interviewee, Bazinga, is in this color Welcome welcome! It's a crazy world we're living in these days so what better way to make the most of it than to settle down with a nice hot drink and read an interview with another of our former interviewERs? Go ahead and make yourselves a cuppa, I'll wait.

..... back? Goood! Without any further ado *siiiips* here's Bazinga aka Ali! Hi Ali! How's tricks? *comes in with her cup of coffee and takes a seat* Hello, hello. Things are good. I'm so excited to be back here on this side again. It's good to have you back! For those who aren't familiar with who you are, how about you give us a crash course? Crash course, let me think *thinks for a moment* Well, my name is actually Alisha, but everyone calls me Ali here. I'm 38 and have three children. I have been a member since 2011! I have worn many caps around here and funny thing, the very first time I sat in this chair was real close to when I started taking on jobs here on SS and now I'm back in this seat and just took on a new spot as being the Divination Professor again. During my time here on SS I have played in every house, I've been a professor, a shopkeeper, a department head, and a moderator. Whew! That's a lot. What's the stand out thing about SS that keeps you keepin' on? Just the RP in general really. I love the members and their creative characters. The plots and the fun of my own character growth makes you want to keep going to see what happens. I had never RP'd before SS and found it by accident one day. I started by just wanting to know my house and here I am how many years later. I love how SS is a lot of our members' first experience with world of RPing! When you're not SSing, what other hobbies do you keep yourself entertained with? Hobbies? I'm not sure if I remember what those are? *laughs a bit* You see I have two 11 year olds and a 7 year old. The two boys are in soccer, baseball, and wrestling, and my daughter is competition dance, cheer, and running. So I don't have much time to have hobbies right now, but when I did it was tennis, volunteering at dog shelters, and just enjoying time with friends. Wheee they keep you really busy! Do you get a chance to read or watch any shows during your rare downtime as a super mama? Any recommendations? I don't know if super mama is a good term, surviving mama might be the better term. I actually love listening to audio books since I'm in the car so much. I do like to try and read actual books too. You can usually find me with two books, one audio and one on my kindle at all times. *fully beams and gets on her sales pitch podium* Recommendation, yes I do have a great one or two. So my coworker is an amazing writer and she just had her first two books published. The first one is called Inherent Truth and the other is Inherent Lies. They are really well written and if you like mystery you will really like them. The other one I've read recently was Little Fires Everywhere, it just became a series on Hulu and I would fully recommend both the book and the series. Noted! Audio books are fantastic, and THAT's the tea! It makes sense that you're in the car a lot with all those activities your kids are up to! Since you are in the car a lot, what's your fave car snack or drive thru treat for mama? I am a coffee drinker, so usually anywhere I can get a great ice coffee or I sneak off to get ice cream once and a while. Shh, don't tell me kids. My lips are sealed! Have you ever thought about what kind of amazing coffee concoctions they must have in the Wizarding World? If you had to invent a magical coffee right now, what would you want it to do? Hmmm, I'm not much of a risk taker when it comes to my food and drinks, my favorite right now is Wendy's new frostacchino, which is an ice coffee with frosty in it, but my character Victoria is a bit coffee obsessed, she has had four kids so she needs her caffeine like me and I think there has been a few odd ones I've put in the RP, one was Bertie Bott surprise which like the jelly beans you wouldn't know what flavor you would get. Creative! I've actually done that when I worked next to a cafe, just had them bring me whatever they felt like making! As long as there's nothing you outright hate, you basically win out in that scenario. Do you prefer RPing characters that you can relate to, like Victoria, or challenging yourself with characters that have entirely different life experiences and backgrounds from yourself? Almost every character has a trait of mine, even when I try not to do it, it happens. Most of that trait is just not being shy. I have a hard time with shy characters, because I'm not shy at all and I usually am the one to make first moves or talk first and I find even if I say a character is shy they still do these things. I do love to try to play characters that are different than me too, but I do find it easier if I can relate to at least one piece of them. That's actually some really great advice for getting started with RPing! Finding the piece you can relate to as a starting point. Are you ready to get into some quickfire questions? Yes of course I am. I always love this part! Excellent! Where in the world do you most want to visit? Germany, my dad's side came from there around WWI, but we don't know much about them and I'd love to go visit there and learn more. What house do you think you would be in? This is a great question, because I get into this conversation often with my students and even other SS members. I feel like I'm split between a Hufflepuff and Slytherin. So I always say I'm a slytherpuff. It's the BEST question. What houses do you think your kids would be in? My oldest son is a Hufflepuff all the way, my daughter is a Ravenclaw, and my youngest would either be Slytherin or Gryffindor. I lean more towards Gryffindor with him, but his love for all things Malfoy brings out that Slytherin side. So cool to have such variety! Does pineapple belong on pizza, yay or nay? yay I AGREE! Would you rather never have ice cream again, or have ice cream with spaghetti on it every day? never eat ice cream again A tragic necessity! Are you an indoors person or an outdoors person? Indoor typically, though I like outdoor if it is a soccer field or my back porch. Are you a cat person or a dog person? dog person, though I do love cats and have one. I'm jealous all around! Nothing like having pets to make a home. Are you a night owl or an early bird? I am very much a night owl, though as I get older I'm up earlier. Some how I need to figure out this going to bed early at some point. Big mood! If you could wear only one colour for the rest of your life, along with black and white, what colour would you pick? Purple Whats one word you'd use to describe yourself? loud The last Member of the Month, hjhm, has a QUESTION for you: If you were to dine with your favorite author (dead or alive), who would it be? James Patterson And what question would you like to ask for the next Member of the Month? If you could call or text your 12 year old self, what is one thing you would tell them? Oh that's a great one! And on that note, I'm all out of tea. Got any last words? Just that I feel so blessed to have been asked back on here and thank you for always being there for so much fun in the RP! To all the SS members enjoy your creations, have fun with each other, and I can't wait to see what the site has in store for all of us in the future!

Great interview! And can confirm, Ali is as lovely and outgoing in person as she is here on SS.
Also love that question for next month's MoTM!
