Maxwell shook his head. "No, they're pretty. I like them and besides you're not an open book like i am, no one can just look at you and see what you're feeling." He said knowing what an annoyance they could be.

"I like to know what your feeling though, makes my work a bit more easier" she said with a smirk and she re positioned herself on the couch

Maxwell laughed a little. "Maybe, but i think you're up to the challenge of reading me without them." He said with his own little smirk.

"yea i'd figure them out, no problem." she said over confident that she knew max very very well.

Maxwell laughed at her overconfidence. "I'm sure you would." He said though she probably would, she'd known him longer than anyone else in his life. "but we'll have to see...I'm sure you can guess how i feel about that Brodie person.." He said with a gross look on his face.

"you hate him." she said without even opening her eyes or looking at him "i know that but how you snapped at him the other day."

Maxwell's eyes flashed red. "He's a lair and he intends to use and hurt my sister...I don't know what he's lying about or what he wants but i'll stop him." He said very sure of himself, this Brodie would be crushed.

"he want's her money im sure.." she chuckle at her horrible humor. "oh merlin im horrible." she continued to laugh at herself

Maxwell wasn't amused. "It's not funny, he means to hurt my family...If he does he'll regret it.." Maxwell said knowing he could hold a grudge for ages.

"Oh I wasnt serious maxwell, i dont know what he wants from her, or maybe he just likes her who knows." she said shrugging off his anger knowing he'll get over it

Maxwell shook his head. "No he's a liar, i can feel it...I just don't know what he's lying about...But i'll worry about that later." He said pushing his anger off and not letting it ruin his time with her.

"ok good." she said turning around and kissing him on the lips laying her self on top of him

Maxwell smiled through the kiss and was happy to have her where she was, he continued kissing her as the sound of rain filled the old house, he reached his hands down the small of her back and down to her bottom.

Ariana woke up the next morning to sunlight on her face she opened her eyes adn rolled over and smiled seeing max "Morning." she said to him hoping he was awake

Maxwell looked over at her, sleepily. The rain had stopped. "Good morning.." He said with a smile. "How did you sleep?" He asked her knowing it was a long night.

"not to well actually the thunder kept me up most the night, but the sleep i did get was great."

Maxwell frowned a little. "I'm sorry, why didn't you wake me?" He asked knowing if he'd known he would have stayed up and tried to comfort her.

"you looked so cute sleeping i didnt wanna wake you." she smiled

Maxwell smirked a bit at the compliment. He pushed a little hair out of her face. "Are you hungry? We can head back now if you want?"

"i'm actually not, But we can head back if you'd like max."

Maxwell shrugged. "I don't really care, we can do whatever...I'm not in a big hurry to get back. I just didn't know if you need to get back and explain things to Millie or something.."

oh no she still thinks im at justin's she dosent even know we broke up." she smirked to him

Maxwell laughed a little. "You sneaky little snake." He said jokingly, he got up and put on his now dry shirt and put out the fire in the fireplace.

"yupp that's me.. didnt we talk about this last night." she said with a smirk.

"Yes, we did. You're a sneaky snake and i'm a big scoundrel.." He said jokingly and thinking fondly on the night they had.
