Maxwell smiled imagining his little sister. "I'm sure she's lovely then.." |
Tay shrugged, "I guess so." She laughed and smiled. |
Maxwell smiled, he was feeling much better in no small part thanks to Taylor. "So, what should we do now?" He asked |
Taylor shrugged, "I dont know..." |
Maxwell shrugged in return. "I don't know either...I've been in London for too long...What do you do for fun in Scottland?" He asked jokingly. |
Taylor shrugged, "Clubbing, horse-back riding, archery, swimming..." |
"Well, you pick one i'm game for trying something new!" He said hoping a bit of excitement might occupy him. |
Taylor thought about it, "Rock climbing?" She smiled. |
"Yeah sounds fun, Where are we going rock climbing at?" He asked. He'd never been rock climbing but he'd be willing to try anything to get his mother and ex-girlfriend off his mind. |
Taylor looked at him, "A mountain?" She giggled and smiled, "We need to get the stuff from the estate first though." |
Maxwell shrugged. "I don't know...there are places indoors in America you can go rock climbing..so what will we need?" He asked leading Taylor off the dance floor. |
Taylor raised her eyebrows, "You rather go fake rock climbing?" She gave him a weird look and then started listing what they needed. |
Maxwell laughed. "Well i've never been real rock climbing...so it's whatever to me, but climbing a mountain sounds fun, let's go!" He said smiling. |
"Okay." She laughed and smiled at him, disappearing into the floo. |
Maxwell followed her to their destination. |
After getting the supplies, she went to the mountain and waited for MAxwell. When she saw him, "Hey, are ya ready?" |
Maxwell walked over to Taylor and nodded. "As ready as i'll ever be." He said, now wearing clothes more suitable for climbing something. |
Taylor started climbing the mountain. |
Maxwell followed her up the mountain... "I guess we're just getting started.." He said sarcastically. "So are we going all the way to the top?" He asked loudly. |
Taylor glanced at him and laughed, "Yep." She started climbing up. |
"I guess i need to catch up.." He said climbing faster, trying to keep up with her. "Have you climbed this mountain before?" |
Taylor nodded, "Yeah 2 or 3 times." She laughed and smiled. |
"I can tell, you're too quick to have not done this before.." He said struggling to keep up with her. |
Taylor laughed and slowed down so he could catch up. |
Maxwell caught up and then caught his breath. "Ohh thank you... Sorry, not used to rock climbing.." He said willing to try anything, this was not one of the things he was a natural at... |
