Smiling she said "of course I will. He wants to meet you too you know." She thought that it would be cool for the two of them to meet sometime. "Anyway what's new with you? We have only been talking about my stuff so far. Dish it out woman," she said laughing.

Adia smiled, "Oh really?" She laughed, and thought about tinas next question with a smile on her face. "Well, alex is amazing, and so far his family is too. I like his mum. I hope she likes me." She shrugged a little.

"That's awesome babe!" she said happily. "How could anyone not like you babe?" she then added patting Adia on the back.

Adia sighed, "You know i have never been 'taken home' before. Its all so strange. Is my changing 'for the better' really a good thing. Sometimes i miss it." She took another deep breath.

Shaking her head she said, "don't think like that Adia. You are doing great now. I'm proud of you. And I know that you will fit in here great." She was really hoping that Adia wouldn't slip back into her old ways after she was doing so good.

Adia sighed, "i know but it would be so much easier to just be the way i was even though i know i would ahve gone off the deep end and probably blown myself up or something." She sighed again.

"I understand Adia. I know it's hard. But do you really miss the way that you were?" She shook her head then added, "you are right. You could have also gone to jail. I mean look at what happened with Johnny. That would never happen with someone like Alex."

Adia thought about what tina was saying. She knew tina was right. She knew she could be in azkaban right now if she hadnt changed. "I know your right tins. Its just hard you know." She started to tear up a little. She had been through so much in her life and she didnt want to be remembered as the bad girl.

When Adia started to tear up Tina embraced her in another hug, "I know babe. But you are doing great so far." She knew that Adia cold keep strong no matter how hard it would be.

Adia smiled weakly. "I know i just dont want to turn out like my parents, die before they can even see how their children turned out. My sister is completly out of control and im a mess." She started to cry.

Tina just nodded and didn't say anything. Instead she just let Adia cry on her shoulder. "Just let it all out, Adia," she finally said comfortingly.

Adia sniffled some and pulled away from tina. "I'm sorry i didnt mean to be like this." She wiped her tears away feeling embarrassed.

"It's okay, you don't need to feel embarrassed. It's just good to have you get it off of your chest. I don't mind listening." She wanted Adia to know that she could talk to her about anything no matter what it was.

Adia smiled and continued on talking, "Do you know how hard it was for me to lose my mother. I know you were there and all, but i pretended to be ok. I was completly shattered and didnt talk to anyone about it. Not even my grandmother. Fallon tried to get me to talk about it once, but i slammed the door in her face. Now i feel like its my fault the way she is." She started to cry even more.

Tina just nodded and continued to comfort Adia. "I understand Adia. Sometimes with things like that you can't talk to anyone. But don't blame yourself for what happened to Fallon. You did a great job with her, it was a hard job and she is a difficult girl." She just let Adia cry on her shoulder some more hoping that getting this all out would really help her.

Adia wiped her tears and said, "Im sorry, i feel like a crazy person right now." She laughed and smiled."ive been really stressed out here trying to impress his family and all. I think it finally got to me." She giggled a little more.

Tina laughed and said, "don't you dare apologize. I'm always here for you no matter what; you know that." She was glad that Adia had let this out at last.

Adia smiled a little quivery smile, and said quietly, "I know." She grabbed tina's hand and held it for a moment. "Now anything else you want to know other then me blubering about all this crap." she laughed.

Tina smiled as she grabbed Adia's hand and had to stifle a yawn. "Excuse me," she said before adding, "I'd love to stay up all night with you but I'm getting really tired suddenly." As she spoke she felt like her eyelids were drooping.

Adia yawned becuase tina yawned, "Oh stop that its contagious!" She laughed and started to get sleepy. "Well how bout we call it a night darling?" Adia pulled out the other bed for tina and said, "Sleep well, we have a long day of shopping adventures tomorrow!" She laughed, and slowly drifted off to sleep.

Tina giggled and said, "I'm sorry babe." She helped Adia set the bed up then lay down to sleep. "You have a nice sleep too. You'll need it for all the places I drag you tomorrow." She laughed again and drifted off.

Adia was dreaming.


She was running through a field towards a great lake. She was wearing a bathing suit she had made with her summer fashion collection. Suddenly there was Alex, running next to her laughing, he was also wearing trunks from her summer fashion collection. They ran onto the docks and kept running and jumped into the lake. She was trying to come up out of th eater but couldnt she was stuck. She was gasping for air. She couldnt breath she was screaming for help but no one could hear her. "HELP!!!!!!!!!!!" She screamed.


Adia gasped for breath as she awoke from the strangest dream she had had in a long time. She was sweating like crazy. She took a deep breath and noticed tina was still asleep. She put on some slippers and went down to the kitchen to start breakfast.

Tina awoke from a beautiful dream and smelled the wonderful scent of pancakes. She quickly got out of bed and bounded downstairs to the kitchen where she eagerly took a seat and waited for her breakfast.

Adia was making the pancakes when she realized that seated behind her was tina. She smiled facing the stove and said, "good morning Tina." without even looking at her. She had already made the bacon and eggs. she was just finishing up the pancakes.

"Morning Adia," Tina chirped as her stomach started to growl. Looking at the clock she saw that it was only 7:00. "Wow, you got up early. You had a good sleep?" she asked curiously as she watched Adia make the food.
