She giggled, "other drinks huh like what?" She smiled. She thought he was adorable, but was trying not to show it. She had never met a guy like him before. Mostly becuase she had gone for the bad boys and over looked the good ones. but at the same time, she didnt want to rush it. she moved her the hair that had fallen in her face out of the way. When he laughed while she was eating, she looked at him with her mouth full and said, "wha?" and smiled trying not to laugh. She was very comfortable eating infront of people. She didnt care if they thought she ate like a pig. She rolled her eyes dramatically back at him to mock him, and said half laughing, "whatever i can still take you." She smiled. She sorta looked down when he asked his last question. "well," she said kind of shyly, "I dont really work, you see, i dont really have too. My parents died, and left me all of their money. So pretty much for the last year and a half i have been traveling around the world. I took enough money for food, and cheap hotels and inns. I made sure i had my camera. Most of the time i was with my boyfriend." She realized what she had said and then came quickly with, "But he broke my heart in paris, and here i am in Canada with all you lot." She hoped she didnt sound like a snob saying she didnt have to work, but it was true she didnt. "One day i want to work on my music, and start a fashion line. But those are drams i dont know will ever come true." |

Daniel looked up as everyone was in the Kitchen having breakfast. "Morning everyone." He called. He grabbed some pancakes and went to grab a seat. "Wow these look so great!" Quote:

Alex smiled casually as she asked what kind of drinks he was talking about. In his most sly and sincere voice he responded with, "Oh my dear, that is for me to know and for you ... to find out." He winked at her, and then decided that he would make one of the drinks tonight for them. He chuckled as she moved some hair out of her face in the most adorable fashion. "Perhaps try one of those hair clippy things?" he suggested in a rhetoric type manner. He smiled at her persistence, thinking that she was better at quidditch then he was. Being the gentlemen that he was, he decided to just smile and nod, almost in a 'whatever' type of view. Alex gasped as Adia told him about how her parents both died and left her a lot of money. Instinctively his arm flew around her shoulders and he pulled her into a hug. "I'm so sorry, Adia," he whispered into her ear. As much as being the middle child he got a lot of neglect, there was one thing he learned and that was compassion. He then pulled her away from him and looked at her strangely when she said she didn't have to work. "I'm sorry, but even if I didn't have to work, then I still would. The only difference might be that perhaps I would do it more for the sake of doing something, and then donate most of my earnings to charity." |
