Katilynn smiled. "one she is a little younger than me....well a couple years she's only 9 and her name's Marie" she said. "I'm sorry about your brother" she added |
"Aw....bet she's an adorable little chimp," Blake smiled. "Thanks. His name was Joey. He was kind of like my twin, exept we where about eleven months apart." He sighed. "That's the past. Let's talk about something more...happy." |
Kat rolled her eyes. "how about the devil in disguise" she said groaning. "what do you want to talk about?" she asked curiously trying to be happy. |
Blake leaned casually against her shoulder. "I don't know," he smiled. "Well, let's see, do you have a secret identity I need to know about?" |
Kat looked up at him perplexed. "a secret identity as in what?" she asked. |
Blake smiled. "I don't know," he shrugged. "Just trying to start a conversation. Not a good conversation starter, is it?" |
Kat smiled. "It was a great try really but I dont have a secret identity I'm not James bond. do you though?" |
"Yeah. Have you ever heard of a Sanjaya Malakar?" Blake smiled. "No, not really. I'm too pale to be S-Jay," he smiled teasingly. |
Kat chuckled and rolled her eyes. "Well you arent that pale" she said smiling. "your just right" she added |
"I suppose I am--wait, was that a compliment?" Black said. "Why, thanks. Do you want one?" |
Katilynn chuckled. "yes that was a compliment and I dont need a compliment in return" she said grinning |
"I didn't ask if you needed one. I asked if you wanted one." Blake smiled. |
Kat smiled. "yeah sure might as well boost my ego up a notch" she said grinning. |
Blake smiled and thought. He tapped his chin. "Since you went with looks or whatever, then I'll do that." He smiled. "Hmmm....well, let's see....your eyes are beautiful." |
Katilynn blushed. "Uhh thanks " she said grinning |
Blake smiled, his expression oddly smug. "Did I embarass you? I'm sorry," he said as his smile faded. The smug look was partially there. |
Kat smiled again. "no not really its just Im not that used to getting compliments so baldly" |
"I like giving compliments," Blake shrugged. "I'm Compliment Boy," he said with a smile. "Well that was lame," he added. |
Kat smiled. "yeah just a tad bit" she said "but its ok" |
"Forgive me. I've inherieted my father's bad joke genes," Blake said, rolling his eyes. |
Kat smiled. 'At least its something in your personality and not too annoying so its okay" she said |
"Oh, it isn't now," Blake said, "but in some odd years when I'm still saying bad jokes and cradling my baby, it'll be very annoying." |
Kat smiled. "Well I am sure that baby will certainly know when to cry and distract you" |
