Since the dawn of time, every dimension had been separate. Until various parties in two dimensions started to weaken the walls that separated them. In one was a criminal organization and in the other a dark wizard that fancied himself to be the next Dark Lord. Both groups did not know each other, and yet they knew that there were other realms out there.

One night, both sides were using numerous ways to open the "flood gates" and they did, but at some great costs. The costs that they did not see were that once the door between realms was open it was incredibly hard to close. The second was that the worlds were threatening to combine and destroy each other.The wizarding world had gotten over its horrible dark days. The Golden Trio and their friends had grown to old age and their children to adults. Now the Grandchildren of those people are in their various years of schooling, while the doors had opened. On the other side a group of people are looking to close the door and prevent both worlds' destruction. The only way to stop it is by going to the other side.

With the door open creatures from the other side have come through and need partners. Only a select group will be chosen. Pokémon have come to the wizarding side to help or to destroy, the choice is up to those with the power.

The Pokémon trainers and the Wizards must work together to stop Team Comet and the “Dark” Lord before more doors open and more powerful beings come.

Sophia looked at Naruto who nodded ready to do anything. She then looked at Rusty and got herself ready. "Yes." She just hoped that she didn't mess it up. She had to put forth her best effort in this mock battle if she didn't then she really didn't deserve Naruto.

Umeko and Gin stood ready, Umeko with her hands in her Pocket and Gin with his arms crossed showing off his sword like elbows. He was tense where his trainer was more relax. He didn't like being used as a teaching aid and wanted to go back into his Pokeball. But he knew Umeko would not do that. He wished she would use Magi or Echo or even the baby who had no special name.

Rusty smiled at Sophia and her Ledyba. She was a very great student and very eager to learn. He nodded and said, "Let me discuss to you first the rules of the game. We will only use one Pokemon for this battle, but in reality we must use 3 Pokemon for three battles and whoever wins the most in that battle wins the game." he smiled and sighed. "Let's just wait for the other to finish so they can be our judge for the battle."

Teddy smiled from the response he got from Gardevoir. He then faced Umeko and said, "I think we are ready."

Why were all the girls ganging up on him? Was it all a big conspiracy against him. Ryan rolled his eyes and grimaced saying "Yes, they did Cadance. Umeko decided that the best method of waking me up was yelling my name at the top of her lungs." Ryan knew that he shouldn't let their little fun at his expence get to him but it was hard not too. He shined up though as Cadance mentioned a better place to sleep. "Where is the place your referring too? Can you show me it later? Any place i think is better then the rocks we slept on this past night." If the place was better then their current campsite then maybe Ryan could get Umeko off his back.

Astra looked at Darren saying with glittering eyes "All right. They wont like the cleaning bit, but the training bit should motivate them. If they don't do what they should be doing then i will a have very fun day making sure they do." Astra liked to boss other people around and especially grunts. With Darren and Maiko away on patrol it would mean that she would be in charge of the camp. And she liked that idea even if it was only for a few hours. At Darren's last comment Astra patted her communicater saying "Okay, i'll be on standby. Just don't get yourselves in trouble and be careful."

Umeko smile getting ready, until she saw that Rusty was just standing around. She then realized that Rusty was waiting for a judge. She looked at Teddy, "Looks like their about to do the same thing. Let's start with me judging them and you can see what a battle looks like and then we'll have Rusty be our judge." Gin sighed in relief before following his owner closer to Rusty. "Hey Rusty, do you mind if I judge your battle...and then you could judge my battle against Teddy."

"Its listing off a lot of them but the main one Electra knows, are Thunderbolt, Iron Tail, Secret Power, and ThunderShock." Persephone said giving the information that was on the Pokedex. She looked at Ryan and decided to ask what the heck Secret Power was. "What is Secret Power?"

"First I want you to look in your Pokedex to see what attacks it has." Holly said after realizing she did not even know what attacks Rizzle already knew. She wanted to teach aura sphere to Rizzle since Aura knew it...and Riolu's are not suppose to have that attack until they evolve. But over all Aura learned it pretty easily so there was a good chance that Rizzle would as well. "It should not know Aura sphere yet."

Sophia nodded her head and looked at Naruto who nodded his head as well. Both hoping to do well, anything but failing horribly.

Umeko cleared her throat and raised one arm, "It's Rusty Oak verus Sophia in a single Pokemon battle. The battle is over when the other pokemon can no longer continue." As she lowered her arm she said, "Begin."

Rusty looked at Ninjask and nodded. He then shouted an attack, "Alright Ninjask, use Double Team." at a moment, one Ninjask becomes six. Rusty smiled and uttered "Sword Dance" then Ninjask proceeded towards Ledyba and was going to attack it with his sharp claws.

Sophia watched in awe as Ninjask suddenly became six and saw it come at Naruto with its sharp claws. She tried to keep her head on straight trying to figure out what to do. She could have Naruto dodge but she did not know which Ninjask was the real one. She then thought about using Agility or Reflect and wondered if the last one would protect her pokemon from getting hit. "Naruto use Reflect to protect yourself from his attack then get him with a Mach Punch." She kept her voice low so that Rusty would not hear her. Her pokemon's only response was him putting up his reflect move. He was not going to fault his new trainer if it did not work, he was new to this as well.

Rusty smiled he had never expected her to use a combination attack. He then signaled Ninjask to use Harden. But Sophia's Ledyba did not use Mach Punch but instead used Reflect only.

"I suggest you make your voice louder. So that your Pokemon will not get distracted and for that he can hear you" advised Rusty to Sophia.

He then smiled and send some order to Ninjask.

"Use Screech and then Slash."

Sophia had to think quick or her Pokemon was in big trouble. She tried to think of a good combo attack for him to do. Naruto looked at her briefly after he forgot about the Mach Punch he could not forget to do the second part again. Even though this is a mock battle they had to do it just right. "Naruto, use Agility,and then follow it up with a Solar Beam." Naruto went into action using agility to get away from both the screech and the slash attack. He got behind Ninjask and used Solar Beam.

Sophia was a quick learner but not quick enough, but for an amateur she sure does learn fast. Rusty thinks for a moment and then gasps. "Ninjask, Agility, then use Mind-reader."

Rusty watched as Ninjask flew above and use a special attack. Then he shouted, "Use Hyper Beam" everyone will be surprised that he had managed to teach a flying psychic pokemon a Dragon Pokemon attack.

Sophia wanted to sigh after Ninjask had moved out of the way of Naruto's attack. "Naruto use Reflect to take the force of the Hyper Beam and then Mach Punch." She was not sure which attack for him to use with it since the other ones had not worked. Naruto used reflect but as he got ready to do Mach Punch it changed to something different, Comet Punch. So as he did Comet Punch he to realized it was not the same attack.

Umeko watched the two go at it with her arms crossed over her chest. It was a very interesting battle even if it was a mock one. Sophia absolutely had the right idea, to not give up and if something false to work then try something else. Hopefully the rest of the new trainers are like this. She looked at Rusty shocked that he had taught his bug to do a dragon move, she just hoped it did not back fire on him. The Hyper Beam is very powerful and takes a lot out of any pokemon and not just the enemy pokemon. She watched as Sophia had her Ledyba use Reflect and thought that was actually pretty good thinking, it would take some if not all the damage and not the pokemon. She watched in awe as the Ledyba's Mach Punch turned into a new attack, Comet Punch. Not to bad for a bug.

Ryan listened as Persephone listed pikachu's attack. He hadn't had such a bad after all, but it couldn't hurt to be on the safe side. Stroking Electo gently on the head he said "Secret power is an ailment attack that varies depending on the terrain and your pokemon. An ailment could be anything from posion to a physical attack. You wont now what attack it will be until Electra uses it."

Isabelle had listened to the attack that Ryan explained to Persephone before cutting in saying "Pipas attacks are Pound, Bubblebeam, Peck and Toxic." She silenced and then asked "Why can't i go match against Persephone? Wont we learn more if you give us directions from the side?"

Ryan looked over at young blond who had spoken up for the first time in a while. Smiling at her he said "I'm sorry Izzie but you two going a match against each other is not a good idea. Your pokemon is a water pokemon while Persephones is an electric pokemon. I'm afraid that Electric attacks like thunderbolt would hurt your little Pipa badly and thats not something i want."

Hoping that she understood Ryan looked over at Persephone saying "You're up first. In the battle you decide which attack Electra should use and then order her to do it. Remember that to battle you need to have a strategy. Any questions before we start?"

Looking down into Electo's eyes he motioned for him to take up his place about 50 feet away from where Electra and Persephone were standing. Showing to his trainer that he was ready.

Izzie nodded in understanding what Ryan was talking about. Taking up Pipa she moved them out of the way to watch how a pokemon battle worked glad not to be first.

"Very good," she praised him, stepping forward to clap him on the shoulder. She then turned to Carr. "Well, that's the basics of it. Blaze will show it slowly, and then Dojo can try," she said, then once more nodded to Blaze. The pokemon demonstrated the kick slowly, then looked down at Dojo.

Candace put a hand up to cover her laughter. "Well, I can cross that method of waking you up off the list then," she said with a teasing grin. She noticed that he wasn't smiling anymore and stopped laughing almost instantly. "Come on, Ryan," she said softly. "The group needs something light hearted in these dark times... it just turns out that you're the light," she said with a reassuring smile. "And that's not a bad thing."

She noticed his brightening as she mentioned the alternate spot. "I would be glad to. I don't know if Ember will let you on her back, but I'm sure that it's close enough to walk," she reasoned. "And I think we could all use a change of scene," she added with a smile.

Darren chuckled at Astra's comment. "Well, don't push them too hard... granted it would be nice to have them out of the way for awhile," he added with a slight grin. He had no tolerance for incompetence, and half of the grunts were. He laughed at the mention of trouble. "Well, we will be sure to call... after we have our fun," he said with a grin at Maiko.

ooc: Someone told me that the training might be causing people to disappear on the rp. And Claire who just happened to post above me gave a really good idea that would promote bonding and involve Maiko and Darren of Team Comet. I'll reply to the posts I need to before saying move on.

Persephone nodded her head understanding what Ryan was saying. She heard Potter say why couldn't they battle each other and Ryan gave the obvious answer. Her little pokemon would be no match for Electra just because of the element types. She shook her head to let him know she did not have any questions. She was already thinking of a plan against his pokemon.

Maiko gave a smile and finished her meal. "Of course...can't do all work with out some play." She gave a wink to him before turning to Astra, "You have an easy part today...you just have to watch while others do the work for you."

Maiko kept towards the woods to make sure no one saw her. Of course she was wearing pink, but the dark blue coat that had the organization's symbol on it toned her down a little bit. So far her and Darren hadn't come across anything which was both good and disturbing.

As Darren and Maiko went out on patrol Astra took control over the grunts. First order of buissness was to get their camp site and barracks spotless clean. Astra had no intention of getting scolded by Darren later for the grunts doing a sloppy job. With her communicator in one hand Astra walked around among the grunts giving orders as she went. The grunts weren't especially happy about cleaning and would've said something if Astra hadn't been around. Astra enjoyed bossying the grunts around and not needing to lift a finger what troubled her at the moment though was that Darren and Maiko had yet to call in with a report from their patrol.

Darren stepped over a branch, his boots barely making a sound on the forest floor. "I don't like this," he said, looking up and around. There was a sudden break in the trees and he looked up, expecting to see a pokemon, but it was a strange bird.

Candace smiled and stretched as the lesson finished. "Nice job today, Carr... and you too Dojo! I look forward to seeing both of your improvement!" she said. Candace turned and looked around, watching the other trainers finishing up. "Hey Ryan! You still up for trekking over to that spot?" she asked, walking up to him. "We might have to walk... Ember doesn't really like others," she said with an ironic smile.

Ryan was relieved when the first training session with Persephone and Izzie were over. Giving them both big smiles he said to them "Good job, girls! You both seem to have a good hand with your pokemon." He called Electo and Wally back into their pokeballs to allow them to rest and regain some energy. Ryan was about to sit down on the grass and relax when he heard Cadance call his name. Turning around as she came towards him he smiled at her saying after a quick look over at Umeko "Sure, I don't think i will hear the end of it if we don't find a better camp site. Lead the way C, and i don't mind walking." Ryan was oblivious to the irony in her voice since he had other things on his mind.

Candace raised an eyebrow. "Since when did you start calling me C?" she asked him, slightly entertained. "It's not too far, but it is a slight hike," she warned him. She was fine with the long walk, a time to stretch her legs and get a feel for the surroundings- without being on Ember's back- would be good for her. It would also provide some comfort, since she would know the surrounding area. "The castle is amazing," she said as she walked, partially unsure what to say to their leader. "We really don't have anything like this in our world..." she said, glancing back and grinning.

Ryan glanced at Cadance mimicking her by rising his own eyebrow saying "Just now. I thought it suits you as a nickname and wanted to try it out." He didn't add to her that he had been thinking of cute nicknames for her for quite some time now. Hearing her warning Ryan smiled wide saying "Oh, really? Well a hike should do us both some good. I need to streatch my legs after that uncomfortable night on rocks." He felt himself actually enjoying, walking alongside Cadance and just talking. Taking in the surroundings of this other world. Hearing her comment about the castle Ryan nodded saying "I know. In our world we don't have any castles just high buildings and pokemon centers." Thinking of his home he asked quietly "Have you started to miss home yet C? Because i know i have.."

Maiko turned back and looked at him, "You don't like what?" She didn't like going through the woods, but they needed to make sure that they were not seen by anyone.

Persephone smiled and gave a nodded to her Pikachu. Who then jumped into her arms, then to her shoulder.

Umeko dusted off her jacket pretty pleased with the first day of training. Rusty's mock battle with Sophia went pretty well. Sophia showed great talent and almost got a win over Rusty. Of course Rusty was not using the full capabilities of his pokemon. Probably due to the fact if he had Ledyba would have been knocked out within the first attack. As for her match with Teddy it went well. She won of course, but he did show promise and would only get better over time.

Ume saw Ryan and Candace slip away from the group. Even though she did not like to snoop into her friends minds she was curious to see where they were heading to. After looking into their minds she saw that Candace was going to show Ryan where a good part of ground was. She quickly got out of their minds and crossed her arms over her chest.

Rusty greeted Sophia for a great battle and then back to Umeko for a well done fight. He then faced Teddy and shook his hand. He had done well in spite of being a freshman he is.

Teddy took Rusty's hand and smiled. He was proud of his Gardevoir and really, really liked her a lot.
