This 'expulsion from society' is, by widespread rumor, nothing less than a death sentence for the criminals in question. While no one outside the Ministry of Magic is certain of the method by which the sentences are carried out, it's certainly enough to send lawbreakers fleeing the country. When asked about the growing number of convicts escaping Britain's boundaries, the Minister had this to say:
"Unfortunately, we have had very little luck with recapturing the outlaws and bringing them to justice. Three years ago, however, after the capture and interrogation of Artemis Braker, a man who had at one time been the leader of the Evacuation Movement--as it has been called--we did discover the reason we are having so much trouble and we are ready to provide that information to the public. There is a sort of an underground system," Tannenheight saus, "that is erasing the memories of these outlaws and then relocating them to other countries. These outlaws, themselves, have no idea that they've ever broken any laws, which is making it difficult to locate them. However, providing this information to the public and making them aware of this growing problem, hopefully we may gather information to help us put an end to this rampant fugitive problem."
So, I’ve been experimenting with new ways of RPing that will prevent RPs from dying out before they’re finished. And I succeeded quite well with my previous RP, Misplaced Memories, which was actually finished. This is its sequel. Don't worry. You don't have to go back and read the original in order to participate. If your character did not exist in the previous RP, then they simply do not know what happened in it and won't know unless one of the old characters mentions it.
Now, this is how this is going to work. I will NOT be playing any character. I will be playing the plot. You should all interact with each other and I, as the plot, will tell you what happens as a consequence of your actions (if any).
I’m also adding a new element to this RP: You don’t build your own character sheets. I'm tired of everyone playing within their comfort zone with characters they know how to play. I will, of course, take suggestions about what type of character you would like to play, but in general, you have no idea who you’re playing. How will this work, you ask? Well, allow me to tell you.
I have a few thumbnails of faces below. You will choose what your character looks like. And, over the course of the game, I will give little bits of your memory back. Quite possibly including your name. And you get to try to piece together what has happened to you and decide what to do about it.
My rules are super easy but very important
1. Have fun. That’s always number one.
2. There is NO minimum amount line for your posts. Sometimes, you can’t do more than one sentence.
3. When you DO post, however, please check your spelling and grammar.
4. Be kind to your fine posting friends.
Pretty sure that’s it… but I reserve the right to add more, though these worked perfectly well for the last one.

Okay. Jacqueline had encountered some pretty strange stuff, but this was by far the strangest, and it was creeping her out. Then it stopped. But instead of feeling relieved, she felt oddly nervous. And then... and then she couldn't see a thing, and it felt like she was falling, and everything was black.
WHAT THE HELL? Now where was she?!?! She stood groggily and walked round the tiny room, taking no more than a couple of seconds. Small. And that bread was definitely moldy - it was green. YUCK. Sitting down, she felt a shaarp stab of pain and her hands flew up to her head. It was so painful, and she didn't even know what she'd done. Shakily, she felt around, hoping there wouldn't be any blood. She hated blood.
Hehe. This is a great RP, though

Charlie kept the phone to his ear, what had just happened? it sounded like ... like... she died. NO! QUIT THINKING LIKE THAT AIDEN! I mean Charlie. he thought, pulling the phone away from his ear, and pressing the red button. Then the voice came over the intercom, telling him that it was time to board his plane. He stood quickly, turning off his phone and stuffing it in his pocket, he was now mentally disturbed. *shudder*. He headed over to the entrance and handed over his ticket, the old lady right behind him, still sucking on that toffee.

Tony lightened his grip just a tad, but still pulled her along with him. He cringed at the door was blown off of it's hinges, but he kept running. He jumped the fence, pulling Angel along with him. They were almost there, just one more block. Suddenly, Angel stops and her eyes glaze over, smoke coming from her mouth. Tony has terror in his eyes. "Angel? Sweetie?" He put's a hand on her shoulder, shaking her slightly as if to wake her.

Charlie tried not to get irritated by the lady, BUT REALLY! WEAR TEETH! was it that hard? He handed over his ticket, and passport that had all his fake information on it. slurp slurp SLURP!
He couldn't hold it any more he turned "I'm not trying to be rude or anything but, why aren't you wearing teeth?" he asked the little old lady, his mind racing. Mainly because he had just heard someone .... make a sound that happened to be a sound someone would make if they were dying or something, AND NOW THIS FREAKING OLD LADY WAS SUCKING AWAY ON A TOFFEE WITH NO TEETH!

Frenchie cursed in French as the Auror followed them easily, he looked at Logic who did not look happy. He smiled at her words, "Now Logic do you really think I would fly around in this mad muggle thing and not add a bit of magic to it," he smirked as he found a giant purple button, "hold on I am not sure what this does but I am pretty sure it can help us." Frenchie didn’t wait for her to answer him back and tell him what he was going to do was stupid and illogical instead he pushed the button…..

You get no response out of her at first. Then, as suddenly as it happened, it ended. Her eyes refocus and the smoke stops coming out of her mouth. Her eyes open wide as she looks at you, fear on her face. "Not that way!" she screams at you, running off in another direction.

OOC: Everyone was given wands when they were relocated if they wanted them. They were warned that it was VERY dangerous to keep them, but most people wanted them anyway.
After the button is pushed, everything outside of the plane seems to disappear. There's nothing but pitch black out of all of the windows. Worse yet, it starts becoming difficult to breathe. You gasp for air and clutch at your throats, trying to breathe, but there doesn't seem to be any oxygen where you are. Your first guess is outer space, but then you'd at least be able to see stars.
A ghost of an image appears in front of the place--the face of Sirius Black looks at you, very concerned.
Then, blessed oxygen flows into your lungs as the world returns. You seem to be in exactly the same place you were in before you pressed the button.

Lisette sighed. Uh... it wasn't him.. Phew.. She was safe. She took a deep breath and checked her watch. The plane would be leaving soon. She looked at the line.. it was taking them a while to check the other people here. She started swaying side to side, anxious. I need to get on that plane.
BING! Another lane opened up and before you could say 'Je t'aime,' the line in front diminished. Soon it was Zoé's turn to go up to the ticket place. She said her name and the tickets printed. Yay! With her baggage checked in and Zoé feeling slightly relieved, she headed towards the security checkpoint.
Score! She flied through security. Metaphorically of course. She went to her gate and sat down, with a new magazine of Photographer's Guide Book. She started reading a passage about one of the newest photographer's in Sydeny.. Tru-Truman? She squinted her eyes. It couldn't be.
"If there is a Miss Zoé Can you come to the desk?" asked the voice in the box.
Zoé nearly jumped out of where she was sitting.. They wanted... her? She didn't do anything wrong, she didn't.... She picked up her bag and walked over to her desk biting her lip.. What was going to happen?

Tony jumped as Angel suddenly was back to normal, then started to run away. "Angel, WAIT!" He yelled, sprinting after her. He grabbed her by the waist and hoisted her into his arms. "C'mon sweetie, we can't play any games right now. We have to go see Uncle Dwight." Hoisting the duffel bag onto his other arm, Tony walked as fast as he could without dropping Angel. Suddenly, something on the ground caught his eye. He walked over to it and peered as it for the briefest moment. What was it?

You feel hands grabbing you and pulling you away, restraining you as a man in a suit performs CPR on the woman while someone gets a medic team. "She's choking!" you hear the man say before pulling her upright and attempting the Heimlich maneuver.

It's a shiny penny! And it's on heads.
As you're distracted with the penny, Angel kicks you in the chest. Hard. You drop her and she runs away again. She eludes you long enough to run into a crowded coffee shop. When you catch up, she's peering out of the large store window which has a clear view of the bus station. There are three men in dark Auror robes standing around the station, keeping close watch on the approaching riders.

You gasp for air and clutch at your throats, trying to breathe, but there doesn't seem to be any oxygen where you are. Your first guess is outer space, but then you'd at least be able to see stars.
A ghost of an image appears in front of the place--the face of Sirius Black looks at you, very concerned.
Then, blessed oxygen flows into your lungs as the world returns. You seem to be in exactly the same place you were in before you pressed the button.
Perplexed, Logic's eyebrow raised at Frenchie's words, though she was wishing more every second that her wand wasn't packed in her bag. She closed her eyes as he pressed the button, but when she opened them, she could see nothing but blackness out the windows. "What did you d---d----" Her question was cut short as it seemed all the oxygen had gone from the air.
One of Logic's hands grasped at her throat as her eyes squinted shut and watered while she tried to pull anything usable into her lungs. Her other hand scrabbled for Frenchie's, before she saw the ghostly face of Sirius Black. Finally she gasped in a lungful of clean oxygen and opened her eyes to the same place they had started out. "What---- just.... happened?" she managed out, her eyes still watering slightly.

Frenchie's eyes grew wide as the outside of the plane grew black and dark, he looked at Logic and tried to breath, he couldn't. One of his hands grabbed at his throat and the other held on to Logic's hand tightly. He watched as the image of Sirius appeared, all of a sudden the plane was in the same place and he could breath again, he took deep breaths, his hand never letting go of Logic's, he looked at her, "I have no idea," he said as he coughed, "but I will never ever push that button again." He looked at the video screen and searched to see if the wizard was still there......
Stephanie tried her best not to roll her eyes at the guy and took the keys. "Thank you," she said, being polite and then dragging her suitcase behind her to the suite. She walked down the halls looking for her suite. Mmm... where was it? One ten... one eleven. One twelve. Stephanie stood outside it, not really knowing what to expect. She hesitantly slid the key inside, unsure why but she did so. Stephanie then twisted it, hearing it unlock she opened it, ready to face her duties and plan for the next week or so...

Seth Adriano led the maniac that had caused all the trouble into the police station, and to the place they called they called the coop. He locked the bars and back upstairs heading for his office, he had no interest in interrogating that guy who seemed like an idiot. He was going to write his report then tell the Chief that he needed a break to go back to England. And talking about the chief, he heard his rough voice calling him as he made his way to his office. Right, and he didn't sound pleased. Warily, Adriano made his way to the Cheif's office (the only one who had an office to himself besides Seth) and entered.

Her heart beat fast with worry as her twin disappeared into the living room and no matter how hard she tried, Jessica couldn't manage to cook the eggs and bacon that her stomach so longed for in these early hours of the morning.
Creeping to the hall and the main room of their flat, she inched up behind Sienna and peeked through the mail slot, behind her sister's shoulder. She didn't know what to make of the person that seemed to be dressed in funeral attire. "Should we... open?" She murmured, her hand tentatively reaching towards the doorknob.
Sienna squinted. All she saw was black. Black pants and a black cloak. Her guess was that it was some sort of official. There was no way or truly knowing whether it was a tax collector or someone from the Ministry. Sienna didn't want to trust her luck though. She was smarter than that. Not daring to trust the mystery person standing at their door, she shook her head at her sister's question.
Her wand, tucked safely up her sleeve gave her some confidence. Beckoning for June to follow, Sydney stowed her note away in her pocket and headed for the back door. Each creak the old wood of their house made against her feet made her hesitate a little, as she wondered if the stranger standing outside could hear her. She was positive she was doing the right thing, though, avoiding contact with whomever was waiting to enter.

She murmured, as though the mystery person was inside of their home. "Or are we just taking this step by step?" She attempted to keep her tone calm, but there was a hint of irritation. What if this was the person coming to take them along and fight in the resistance? Jessica Darling, whether she was ready to admit it or not, knew that it was time to return to the Ministry and fight as June Dougal, right alongside her sister and with the other people that had been wronged in the past.

Elle shouted, finally losing it, she glared at him, I did not murder my husband, why would I murder the man that I love you idiots she fumed, normally she would of been quiet and respected the nice policemen, but she was being arrested, so...all bets were off, she curled her hands into fists and flew her hand back to try and wack the old one in the face-failing, miserabley. She glared as they tightened the handcuffs around her wrists. They carried on marching her off, she looked around, her eyes tightened as she noticed the cloaked men-and suddenly...she ducked as the Stunners came her way, too late though, they hit her hard in the stomach, she stumbled..

You blink before the spells connect and feel something hit you hard in the stomach. You double over, but you don't pass out. When you open your eyes, you see the two Aurors standing over you and the two Muggle policemen lying unconscious on the ground. It looks like one of them tried to knock you out of the way of your attackers and that's what hit you in the stomach.
Guess what? No Muggles looking and your Animagus form is an eagle owl.

The wizard is not still there. However, as you look at the console, you notice that the time is incorrect. It's running at least 6 hours slow...
