| | | ••KA: RPotW•• ->Hogwarts: a New Beginning Brittanda and Ashiie Productions present... {:Whimsical.Times.Ahead:} {:The Plot:} Gone are the days of darkness and fear. Times plagued with horrors and nightmares, torture and deceit. No longer does one have to fear their heritage, their lifestyle, their neighbors, because the Wizarding World has been living blissfully in peace. For twenty-five years, since the fateful defeat of Lord Voldemort by the heroic Harry Potter, there has been no sign of darkness, nothing that could get through the veil of safety and happiness cloaking the world.
Because of this, a new legacy is rising in Hogwarts. The Marauders had their legacy. Harry Potter and his friends had theirs. Now, a new legacy is taking their place in the school. Everyone knows who they are - they're not famous. They're just a little notorious for being loud and having parties and living up their lives. Who can blame them?
This isn't about their legacy, though. This is a new generation, a new group of students. Sure, no one is overcoming dark patches and evil dark deeds, but they're overcoming O.W.L.s, heart break, love blossom, friendship, and those nasty bullies. They're managing school and life. Parties and studying. Dancing and detention.
These are the peaceful years... live it up while you still can... {:The Setting:} The year is 2022, twenty-five years past the defeat of Lord Voldemort. During these twenty-five years has reigned peace and prosperity. The Ministry of Magic leads and does a wonderful job at protecting the people and keeping crime at bay, allowing good and light to continue to shine. Our RP itself takes place in the halls of Hogwarts, the ever-studious and academically inclined school of witchcraft and wizardy...
Hah.
This is one of those tales of coming to age and growing up. Of living your life the way you want and letting nothing come in the way. And also, of facing your fears. Because nothing stays good for long. Even the best apple can spoil...
The Headmistress is named Professor Natiya (Nat-ee-ya) VaamWront. Gryffindor Head: Herbology Professor Catherine Hollis Slytherin Head: Defense Against Dark Arts Professor Lliam Knowling Ravenclaw Head: Transfiguration Professor Xavier Calling Hufflepuff Head: Charms Professor Melanie Basalph (buh-saw-ff) {:The.Rules:} 1. First and foremost, follow the Knockturn Alley RP Rules. If you refuse to, I will have you kicked out of the RP. 2. No Mary-Sues. They are not enjoyable characters. What is a Mary-Sue? A perfect character; flawless. Not every girl is wanted, not every guy is devastatingly hot. Give them flaws, it's less annoying and it makes them more likable. 3. No supercharacters. Therefore, no powers. Sorry. But most people can't handle them and they wouldn't be too important here anyway. You're not invincible, you're not going to avoid every attack. But, likewise, don't control another's character. Leave it up to them whether or not something you do affects them. 4. Literacy is a must. if u typ3 lyk dis, then you can't join. You don't have to type novels, but try to keep it a few sentances at least. Describe things, don't just state stuff. And please, try to write as if this is a school paper. Astericks somewhat annoy me =) 5. If you join, stay. RPs suck if not everyone follows through. 6. When joining, post a profile. I will decide from your profile whether or not you're approve ^__^ In this profile, include a RP sample. Please, NO characters related to Harry Potter and friends. {:Characters:} Nolan Weiss (Prefect) (5): Hermione_loves_Ron Morzella "Mozzie" O'Niel (5): Hermione_loves_Ron Tristan Storme (6): Hermione_loves_Ron Charolotte "Boo" Remmington (6): Hermione_loves_Ron Olliver "Ollie" Stratton (5): Hermione_loves_Ron Salinea Avery (Prefect) (5): Hermione_loves_Ron Sarah O’Neil (5): Pandalicious Gabriel "Gabe" Richardson (5): Pandalicious Grace Richards (6): Faerilicious Stefan Dio (6): NightShadows

Flicking his gaze away from her, he focused on the other people talking. She was Japanese - weird. It was nice to see someone else more from his race. That kind of interested him, although he wouldn't show it. He gave a shrug. "Next time watch it," he told her, in a low voice. It wasn't like he was trying to scare her - or maybe he was - but his voice was always low. Unlike Troy's, who could screech at will. Yuki blinked in surprise for a moment before her eyes turned to slits.
She was on the verge of responding when her brother stepped in front of her, posture stiff and yukata blowing a bit in the breeze. This wasn't going to be good.
"You," her brother said, his low tone held a warning in it, "apologize to my sister. She didn't intend to bump into you." He glared, his hand in the long sleeve of his yukata.
"Big brother," Yuki said softly, but firmly, placing a hand over his. "Stop this. It's not worth it." She glanced at the other boy, before bowing her head. "Excuuse my brother, he is over protective. Though, really, you didn't need to be so rude. Accidents happen." She turned back to her brother, trying to tug him along. "Big Brother, let's go, please," she said in Japanese. ************
Of course Kimihiro wasn't listening. Someone had been rude to her and that was not forgivable. She was his sister, his twin sister, and he wouldn't let some stupid younger Slytherin insult her.
"Do you have no respect for others?" he bit. "Apologize."
He heard his sister let out a weary sigh and mutter something under her breath, but she'd stopped tugging on his sleeve at least. |

| My Boy Jack | | Skateboarding Sorcerer Jessy sat down to eat an apple when he heard a call far out. He observed his food and played with it. "Hey Bella." he said to his friend. Bella was the one calling out for him. Nowadays you could sit in any house table. You just didn't have to get caught. Bella, out of breath, took a seat by Jessy and smiled. "Hey Jess, my it's quite quiet out here. I suppose everyone's still sleeping...." She rubbed her hands and took a bite off of Jessy's vacant sandwich. Jessy raised his eyebrow at her and shook his head. "What? You weren't eating it so I took the bite...." She took another bite and nibbled.
"Class is going to start soon. Better get ready." he said to her, looking away. He leaned back on his chair and sighed. Bella nodded and looked round the Great Hall to see if there was anyone she recognized....

Then he’ll regret missing all the fun.
Had Grace managed to get him to see sense, or had she just made it worse? She watched his expressions. He looked miserable … like he had just survived a near death experience. But that is what he looked like every time. She will make him get out of mourning and get him to cheer up. She was not going to let it rest till she did.
Nodding with determination, Grace waited for the boy to say something.
And he said they’ll go!
Grace squealed. “I love you, Ollie!” And then threw her arms around him, giving him a hug and then she grabbed his and Pierce’s hand, about to run off to the courtyard with them when someone else turned up.
Grace turned, grinning at the fact that Ollie was coming. GOOD! He should. When another boy turned up, asking about the party. “It’s going great.” She said. “As all Boo’s parties go. We were just going back.” She told him, with a wide smile on her face. “Want to join us?” Gabe beamed. Sounded like his kind of party. "Sure I'd love to!" He said cheerfully. "I'm Gabe by the way." Gabe said, introducing himself by extending his right hand towards the girl. Quote:

However, there was a tap on his shoulder that halted his thoughts.
Ollie glanced up to see the happy and boy and wondered to himself how possible it was to be so happy when he felt so sad. How could the world carry and continue to be so amazed and joyous when inside he was breaking?
He looked at the boy for a moment before shrugging his slumped shoulders in a sad manner.
"Dunno," he replied. "I've not yet been out there. Hadn't the chance. But I believe I would wound up having been dragged by force had I not decided so," he added, nodding to Grace. "Will you be out there?" Gabe frowned. The kid looked so unhappy. What was the matter with him? Gabe didn't like it when other people were unhappy... it made him feel unhappy.
He nodded in response to his question. "Totally. You should come with man." Gabe said, trying to get him to smile ... or something positive. "I'm Gabe by the way. Well, Gabriel but Gabe for short." He said, smiling brightly.

Hogwarts RPG Name: November {Noe} Franze First Year | Brain Twin | MASTAH ASHURRII | Reisdent PokeNerd | Digifangirl OoC: Hehe. Actually... Boo is a Gryffie. I need to fix her profile. It's been ages since Boo and Tristan were Ravies.
Also for those who don't know, it's still September 1. The Feast is over and everyone is on the terrace, at Boo's party. Boo’s head perked as she heard someone calling again to her. She pulled her attention from Inez for a moment, grinning and waving at Kate and Stella as they appeared, though a careful brow did indeed arch as the Champagne bottle was withdrawn. It didn’t show on her face, nor did the relief as it was proclaimed to be apple cider – the Professors were lenient of the parties and she imagined if alcohol showed up, they wouldn’t remain so of it. “Hey there,” she greeted them, still dancing round with Nolan, having taken Mozzie’s place as she had gone off to wherever. Tristan was still mulling in his mind over the weirdness of the people he was surrounded by. Boo, his best friend. Mozzie was certainly an odd one. Inez was ditzy and daft, though she certainly provided entertainment. And now weird girl was here, holding out a wishbone to him. He glanced up to see two more girls arrive, dressed, like many of the others, in dresses and heels that confused him. Why did they all get so dressed up to dance on the terrace?
He kept forgetting that Stella seemed to have few reservations and it was all he could do not to flinch from the air kisses. Few people were allowed to invade his personal space and he thusly pulled back slightly, greeting her with a nod.
Inez was still trying to get him to dance and he merely shook his head, the corners of his lips tugged so slightly it wasn’t even a smile, but more a symbol of amusement. “No, no, Inez. I’m quite content being the Party Pooper, if you don’t mind. You just keep on dancing and keep Boo away from my feet, okay?” Boo cried out a “Hey!” of indignation, laughed, and pretended to stomp on her friend’s toes. Sure, she was a wild, dangerous dancer but did that give him the right to pick on her? No, it did not.
“Until I see you dancing, you can make no cracks about my dancing,” the much tinier girl decided. Back with Inez, Nolan was laughing quietly, a look of amusement also written over his face. Moments were impossible to be dull when she was around, just because she never shut up and she always happened to say some of the strangest things.
“It’s alright. Mozzie calls me pretty, too,” he was telling Inez, but her attention had already shifted and he shrugged, turning to Quentin with a grin. “You wanna look like me, huh?” he asked. “By all means, do. Steal away some of the fangirls, while you’re at it, will you?” Boo hurridly drained what was left of the energy drank, bypassing the usual pink bendy straw and placed the empty can beside Tristan before hurridly moving to join Inez in the flailing and jumping around to something louderk, a little heavier, but still with amazing beat. “Nice moves, Inez!” she shouted over the din. “I wouldn’t let Mozzie hear you saying that,” mused Tristan in a low murmur, the hint of laughter seeping in his voice as he look up at Quentin from where he sat. Mozzie was known for violent attacks. Then he glanced back at the blonde. She was pretty, which made him wonder if she was another fangirl. They were always around, and many of them were the prettier girls, who often believed themselves entirely deserving of his attention.
A voice from a short distance away called to Tristan and he looked up to see…. Who was it? someone… waving to him. He gave a nod of greeting and glanced over at the girl. Having so many people around was starting to make him feel kind of claustrophobic.
An idea formed in Tristan’s head as the girl explained the purpose of the wishbone and he nodded slowly, reaching up and grasping on slender side of the bone. “So, I pull on this side and make a wish? If it breaks properly, my wish comes true?” I wish people would stop being so weird.
-------------------------------------------------------------------- It was hard to cheer up, though, and Ollie looked up at the boy who had approached them. “Join us?” he asked. Perhaps if they had more people around them when they went out and joined the dancing throng, there’d be so many people that his lack of smile would go unnoticed? Or perhaps ditzy Inez would say something that could make him smile? Perhaps, perhaps…
“Let’s go then,” he said, linking his arm through Grace’s.
-------------------------------------------------------------------- “Pleasure, Valdor,” said Salinea in a voice that clearly did not express any pleasure in their meeting, but more a sour contempt. He bored and annoyed her and she thought his stupid flippy hair was that. Stupid. Granted, she had no room to make any mention of the messiness – her own hair was rarely tidy itself.
“No. I may not be selling my soul by exchanging words with you but I certainly am wasting time and killing off brain cells. I don’t see why people insist upon trying to speak to me. I don’t care for you. I don’t care for them. I would rather not be here.” Her eyes flashes menacingly, though something told her Valdor would not be put off by this, so she merely blinked serenely, holding her poise.
“People are foolish, pointless idiots. I need not sell myself to your kindness and you need not be aggressive for my attention or kindness as you’ll receive neither of it.” |

Grace smiled back at him. She would have grabbed his hand and raced down to the courtyard too, but her hands were already occupied. She let go of Ollie’s hand when she was sure he wasn’t going to run anywhere and shook the boy’s hand. “It’s nice to meet you, Gabe.” She then introduced her friends. “This is Ollie.” She gestured at him. “And Pierce” She gestured at her. “And Imm Grace.” Quote:

"I have a name," Edge said, flicking at a piece of leaf off of his shoulder.
Edge tilted his head as the siblings conversed with each other, then shook his head. "She never apologized," he said, in his usual low and heavily accented voice. Frowning as they spoke Japanese, Edge rolled his eyes. Troy narrowed his eyes as the boy didn't come over. Fine. Let him get all feely with emotions with that girl. His eyes wandered over to Edge and the two other asians and he frowned. One kid seemed to be insisting on something, and Edge looked a bit irritated.
Pushing through people, Troy came into their group just as he heard Kimihiro ask about the respect part, then demand an apology. "Edge," Troy glanced over at his friend. "What's up?" Edge looked over at Troy then shrugged. As much as he looked annoyed, he also looked bored. He didn't say anything, though. Troy's eyes traveled over to Kimihiro before snapping, "What's your problem?" Folding his arms across his chest, his voice got louder in order to be heard over the music. "Why should Edge apologize? He never did anything to you," he went on, his fingers twitching. "Talk about respect," he said loudly. "You're the one who's picking a fight."

Abruptly, she left her friends to do a combination march/shimmy that involved much stomping and wiggling, she found herself in front of the girl, hand on her hips, as she moved to the music. “And what do you think you’re doing?” she demanded, probably sounding a bit brash, but not meaning it. Besides, most people knew that it was just Mozzie’s way.
She sometimes came on too strong. Mellie had just reached the scene in which Tybalt slayed Mercutio, which was followed by Romeo's killing of Tybalt. It was the Hufflepuff's favorite scene of the entire play. She rarely told anyone this, though, fearing they might think her to be oddly morbid.
So she became a bit irritated when another girl interrupted her. "Reading," Mellie answered quietly, her voice low. Nothing in her voice, expression, or body language gave away that she was annoyed. The fifth year simply looked a bit blank.
It took Melissa a moment to notice who'd interrupted her with what seemed to be a rather obvious question. Morzella, more commonly known as Mozzie, O'Neil. She was a Ravenclaw in Mellie's year. Rather loud and overly outgoing, not really the kind of person this Hufflepuff wanted to associate herself with. Mellie was pretty sure that if she got to know Mozzie, she wouldn't like her. Or at least, she'd be annoyed by her. Quote:

He rolled his eyes at all the nonsense going on around him.
No wonder why he barely spoke to those people...
While having another internal debate on wether he should just go back to the common room or not, something caught his attention. Well, it was more a someone than a something, since the distraction came in the form of a girl. A girl who didn't seem to be much of a party lover, seeing that she was reading a book, close to where he was standing. A girl who he quickly recognised as the Hufflepuff prefect.
How anti-social could you be, when you decided to read in the middle of a party? He knew he was being a hypocrite by thinking that, considering that he was standing in a corner far away from the rest of the people as well, but even he knew that you weren't supposed to read in a party... Or were you? He couldn't be sure. It wasn't like he had attended a lot of parties, really.
Just out of curiosity, Aaron tilded his head to the side to catch a glimpse of the title of the book, that the girl was reading. He could not supress a snort when he realized that it was Romeo and Juliet, that muggle cheesy novel.
Quickly realizing that he had probably been staring at her for more time than neccesary, he looked away, and put his hands back in his pockets again, not without catching the Mozzie girl with the corner of his gray eye, joining the huffie prefect. Mellie was glancing around the courtyard, trying to make Mozzie realize that she wasn't exactly wanted. The Hufflepuff Prefect would be happy is she was left alone to read.
That's when Melissa Bruns noticed him. He was tall and good-looking, though Mellie didn't realize this right away. The first thing she noticed was that he'd been looking at her... At least, she thought he had. Mellie was almost ninety-nine percent sure that this boy had turned his head away from her direction right as she'd turned her own towards his.
WHY was he looking at her? The girl quickly ran her hand through her light hair. It didn't seem to be sticking up or out in any strange, attention-grabbing directions. And it wasn't any frizzier than usual. Duh, Mellie. He wasn't looking at you; he was looking at Mozzie. This hypothesis made a lot more sense than her original one. Morzella's outfit was more than enough to attract anyone's attention.

Well, of course they didn't know each other, but still. "There's always a reason to be rude," Troy shot back. "And Edge has a very plain one. He probably thought your baby sister was annoying," Troy scowled. "Just like you are. So back off, will ya?" Edge's expression was amusement as he watched the exchange between Troy and Kimihiro. He didn't necessarily like Troy to fight his battles, but it was funny and entertainment. His gaze flicked to the girl while she tried to stop them from fighting. "Let them be," he told her, shaking his head. When she mentioned Japanese, Edge made a face. "I don't know Japanese," he said to Yuki - unlike Troy's voice, his was calmer. He narrowed his eyes. "If you want to get through to me, try learning Chinese," he said, sounding a bit selfish. He turned away.

Vivi smiled at him as she noticed he took a curious question about the wishbone. He could be faking it, but really, she just wanted him to get a kick out of this. Whether it was calling her uber weird, like he was in his mind, or just taking this in and keeping it to knowledge.
"Oui," she nodded, her curly hair blowing in her face from a small graze of wind. "Now, make a wish and see if it comes true. It's always fun to see if it happens, keeps you guessing when the time will come," her eyes sparkled a bit. "Now, monsieur, it was a pleasure sharing this gift with you." She took out her wand from her skirt pocket and summoned a cup of hot chamomile tea. "My name is Vivi Venin, monsieur, and it was a pleasure meeting you," she took one hand and took the hem of her forest green and copper autumn shimmery skirt, and curtsied to him. She smiled, more vibrantly that her other light, subtle smiles. She nodded and walked across the dance floor, dodging all the frantic dancers and once again, took her reside on the roots of the tree.
Vivi sipped her tea and smiled. It was just brewed, but it needed something else. She pulled out a leaf of mint from behind her ear and put it in her tea. She sipped and sighed, that was better. She learned a bit of human tricks with street magic. |

Well, she wasn't going to bother learning Chinese just to please him, although she did know a little. But just a little. "Well, forgive me," she said in Chinese, before switching back to English. "However, I don't see how that's fair. I have to learn Chinese and you can get away with being rude because you don't know Japanese. It was an honest mistake." "I merely bumped into him," she said calmly, glancing at the other boy. "I apologized, but it was a simple misunderstanding. You can't assume I am annoying when you don't know me." She tugged at her brother's sleeve, but it was useless. This other boy had certainly pushed her brother too far.
She sighed heavily and pulled out her fan, opening it in one quick motion. The fan was your typical rice paper fan, the wood base was made from the wood of a Sakura tree. The image on the fan changed often, depending on Yuki's mood. Sometimes it would depict a beautiful geisha standing by a cherry tree, cherry blossoms drifting and blowing in the breeze...
At the moment, it was darkened and a storm seemed to be brewing over a sea, water lashing against a rock with a mermaid on it.
She glanced at her brother, giving him the Look.
**** Kimihiro glared angrily at the new arrival. How dare he?!?! He heard his sister talking to this Edge person as though from miles away. The boy in front of him had insulted his baby sister; true she was only thirty minutes younger than him, but still... she was his little sister.
His dark eyes never waivered from this other boy's. He heard his sister's fan open and knew if he didn't stop, then she would interfere, but that didn't change the fact that his sister's honor was at stake.
"You should apologize," he said in a low dangerous voice. "Now." |

Hogwarts RPG Name: Sailor Van Zandt First Year | Yet another blank and confused stare came across Inez's face. "Feet? I thought we were still on teeth..." She shrugged. "Okay though!" she concluded, giggling. Quentin smirked at Inez before looking over at Nolan again. Poor guy couldn't even get his comment in noticed before Rivera's attention was lost. "Oh I plan on it. Just a warning... Supposedly the whole bows on the rist thing works great as well. So maybe I'll go that direction." He told him, raising a shoulder then giving another small crooked smile. By now Inez was jumping around and spinning, not even trying to avoid bumping into people. "Eee Gads, you too Boo!" she yelled over the music before tripping again and causing her to giggle some more. Quentin smiled, laughter threatening to come out as he thought of Mozzie. "Keeping that in mind... She could take me down," he said, once again letting the smirk play on his lips. |

Stay out of this," he growled at her, turning his attention back to the brother.

Troy asked the kid, seconds away from punching him in the face for just talking to him. "No, I don't think I do. So how about you get your stalkin' butt outta here and stop tellin' me what to do?" Troy snapped at him, frowning deeply.

Edge glanced at her fan, his eyes narrowed. What - what was that? It was kind of... creepy. Yuki glared at the other boy and lifted her fan to hide her mouth. "I'd watch it," she said softly to the ruder of the two boys, the one that was very clearly from the States. "I may be a woman, but I've never lost a single fight in my life. Magical or otherwise," she glanced him up and down, knowing full well, any second her brother would do something overly drastic. "Restraint," she breathed out the word, an odd echo in the word the seemed to resonate with some magic.
It was a simple spell. Magic in simple words. It worked with nearly every language, but it held more magic in Japan to speak English because it was foreign. Each word was special and once spoken inflicted whatever that word's meaning upon the opponent. In this case, 'restraint' meant to restrain, to hold back and her opponent, or rather opponents, were her brother and this boy before her.
The spell was meant to restrain. Her brother would know how to break it, but he wouldn't try it with her. This boy wouldn't know. That was the advantage to foreign magic, but it didn't matter because her and her brother were masters of Word Spell. Everyone in their family was.
She glanced at her brother, who was still glaring at the boy she had cast Word Spell upon, though his focus now rested on his sister as well. "Nande," he whispered in Japanese..
She sighed. "You know why," she replied in Japanese. She glanced back at Edge. "I think that this dispute is over, don't you?" she asked raising an eyebrow. ***
He'd been on the verge of doing something very bad when his sister had cast Word Spell. He knew how to break it, but she was still stronger than one would guess and there was no telling what she would do if he tried. Besides, he could always take care of this... boy later.
His sister was right. He did know why she'd cast word spell and he knew she'd cast it on both him and this stupid American.
He also recognized that with her fan out, she meant business. You didn't mess with Yuki when she pulled something out of her obi or from the her hair or from the sleeves of her kimono. Now that he couldn't move, invisible chains that he could see the outlines of holding his arms in place and legs, he couldn't even try for his wand.
But he trusted his sister to protect him if this Edge boy tried anything untoward. She was strong after all. Quote:

She bowed her head in respect and smiled softly behind her fan, the waters raging and lightning striking. The mermaid on the rock was singing and her eyes were flashing. Only her brother would know that it meant she was furious.
Yuki never got furious. Or rather, it was rare.
"We were just about to leave, weren't we Big Brother?" She glanced at her brother, who merely nodded stiffly. "See? Nothing to worry about." Her tone held a hint of finality, telling the boy not to get involved, that things could get messy if anyone else was further agitated. |

Hogwarts RPG Name: November {Noe} Franze First Year | Brain Twin | MASTAH ASHURRII | Reisdent PokeNerd | Digifangirl Quote:
Mozzie blinked at the girl, brows raised high into her messy fringe.
"Yuh huh. Reading," she stated flatly. "At a party? Seriously? Come on!" As was common knowledge with Mozzie's outgoing behavior, she had few reservations and reached to grab hold of the girl's arm and give a light tug. Not even forceful enough to make her move, but more to pass a message. "Let's gooo! We'll dance and have fun under the mooon!"
Indeed, the moon was now out, stars alight as the sky hard turned dark. Mozzie loved the night.
"Let's dance, come on!" she added again, chirpily, still wiggling in dance. Goodness, this girl was hard to sway. Who came to a party to read, anyway? It'd be more fun for the girl if she got up and danced. Maybe she could point over at Nolan and Tristan... the allure of those boys tended to pull girls.
She glanced over to see them with Quentin and waved to them. Quote:
Vivi smiled at him as she noticed he took a curious question about the wishbone. He could be faking it, but really, she just wanted him to get a kick out of this. Whether it was calling her uber weird, like he was in his mind, or just taking this in and keeping it to knowledge.
"Oui," she nodded, her curly hair blowing in her face from a small graze of wind. "Now, make a wish and see if it comes true. It's always fun to see if it happens, keeps you guessing when the time will come," her eyes sparkled a bit. "Now, monsieur, it was a pleasure sharing this gift with you." She clucked her tongue and looked over at the refreshment table. Hmm, pumpkin juice? Not her thing.
She took out her wand from her skirt pocket and summoned a cup of hot chamomile tea. "My name is Vivi Venin, monsieur, and it was a pleasure meeting you," she took one hand and took the hem of her forest green and copper autumn shimmery skirt, and curtsied to him. "If you need to get away from this limelight, I'm over by the large tree over there, if you want a talk," she pointed past the dance floor and over where the large oak tree was. She smiled, more vibrantly that her other light, subtle smiles. She nodded and walked across the dance floor, dodging all the frantic dancers and once again, took her reside on the roots of the tree.
Back with the boys, Tristan held the wishbone in his hands. He'd figured that the girl, Vivi, would have made him pull and break the bone, but instead she'd left it in his possession and extended invitation for him to come join her at her... tree. Why was he outside? And here? In the Common Room, he'd have been hidden among Gryffindors.
He had intended to tell the girl that if you just kept "guessing" when the wish would come true that perhaps it might merely be a coincidence, but she was already walking away from "the limelight" as she called it. Sighing, he shook his head, wondering why Nolan never pulled the attention of the odd people. Though... he supposed that in friendship with Mozzie and Inez and everyone else he must've...
So he raised his hand in a farewell wave, before glancing over at Nolan and Quentin.
Only him. "Mozzie can lend you bows," Nolan said, dryly. She seeme to switch out ribbons on a daily basis. Solid colors, bright, pale, polka dots, stripes, weird patterns. And the bells. The ever annoying bell bows. "We can give you her jingly bells one and we'd know whenever you were coming towards us."
He turned in search of said girl and found her hovering with the Hufflepuff Prefect, waving. His mouth upturned in a grin and he waved back.
"Heh," he replied to Quentin. "I'm sure she could take you down." There was a dark hinting in Nolan's voice and the smile that was almost a smirk, but he said no more of the subject. |

Edge narrowed his eyes as he witnessed this whole magic thing. What a joke. "Yeah, using magic is a real fight," Edge rolled his eyes. Using magic to fight one's battles is completely unfair and has so many disadvantages. Edge hated people when they use magic to shut up their opponent with a passion. Since he was raised alongside of Troy, he was used to using physical violence - and in Troy's opinion, the only manly way to do it.
"Give me a break," Edge grumbled, staring hard at the girl. "This 'dispute' is over because you used the easy way out," he glared. "'I never lost a fight,'" he mimicked her, shaking his head slowly. "Yeah, talk to me when you two hit puberty."

"...monkey's butts do you guys know how to..." on and on and on "...show you how to make sandwiches like a flippin' WOMAN." If there were any way to headdesk right there and now, Edge would've. He looked over where his sister was and decided to walk over and see how she was.
"Little sister, how are you? I see you talked to someone," he smiled and dropped a pill in her tea, knowing that she must be needing one to. Vivi nodded and smiled at her brother. "Thanks, Vinny, and yes. I gave him a wishbone, and that was it." She rolled her sparkling eyes at him before sipping her new tasting tea. "Mm this is just how I like it. Mint, chamomile, and a sweetener." She giggled and re-adjusted her daisy crown on her head, it seemed to go askew.
He smiled and asked, "Do you know where Valdor is? I don't want to have to leave this to go restrain him," Vincent sighed and looked across the mill of dancing students. Nope, not here. "Must be using his pick up lines on the girls in the dungeons." He laughed and Vivi only poked him in response. |

"I used magic to stop this from escalating. You want to talk maturity, then why is it you find it so hard to apologize or understand? A real man would do that. Resorting to violence when it is unnecessary is pathetic and weak.
"However, if you wish to turn this physical," she said softly, moving the hand holding her fan swiftly to the side, kimono sleeve swishing oddly in the breeze, arm straight and an odd fire in her blue eyes, "I can and will fight you without magic." She closed her fan with a snap and magic and electricity crackled around it.
She slid it back into her obi for safe keeping, before sliding her feet into a fighting stance. "I thought you wanted to fight? How can do you expect us to fight if you insist that we leave? Besides, I would leave, but at this point, honor is at stake. I can no more back down now, than you can, though I'm sure my reasons are more... admirable than yours." She glanced between the two.
"You should be Silent," she breathed at the American. Another Word Spell. Simple and so effective. "Your judgment is worthless and your words are powerless. If you wish to preach your biggoted ideals, do it elsewhere."
She turned her blue eyes back on Edge. A long pointed stick slid from the sleeves in her kimono and she swiftly put her long hair up, out of her face. "So, do you wish to fight this out still?" |

It'd be more fun for the girl if she got up and danced. Maybe she could point over at Nolan and Tristan... the allure of those boys tended to pull girls.
She glanced over to see them with Quentin and waved to them. "Yeah, I like to read," Mellie mumbled. She wasn't sure if it was smart to say this. The girl had a small fear that this statement might give the Ravenclaw the incorrect idea that they were having a conversation or something. They definitely were not. Honestly, Conversing with Morzella O'Neil was not high on Mellie's To-Do List.
"No thanks," Mellie said, her voice still calm and low. She slipped her hand quickly out of Mozzie's grasp and used it to more firmly hold her book open. Perhaps this gesture would convince Mozzie that she wasn't going to get up and dance. Mellie didn't dance. Especially when there were a bunch of strangers around to witness it.
The Hufflepuff glanced towards the friends Mozzie was waving to, and then she looked again towards that boy she'd noticed earlier. No. There was no way she would leave her semi-comfortable reading spot.

Hogwarts RPG Name: November {Noe} Franze First Year | Brain Twin | MASTAH ASHURRII | Reisdent PokeNerd | Digifangirl "Pssst! Inez!" Boo hissed, ceasing her dancing and grabbing hold of Inez's arm. She gave her a small shake and then tugged on her. Nodding her head towards a group of mostly asian students that she wasn't overly familiar with, Boo began to drag Inez with her towards them.
They seemed heated and in some sort of fight, but she pretended to not mind this fact as she bounced towards them, locking her hands behind her back and rocking on her short legs.
"Why hello there, Sirs! Ma'am! And how are you enjoying my party on this fiiine night?" She eyed them all, noting the heated atmosphere. It was very tense. "Let's not fight! How about we party! Cos... we're back at Hooooogwarts!"
She glanced over at Jessy, smiling and nodding. See! It could all be worked out.
...she hoped... |

Hogwarts RPG Name: Sailor Van Zandt First Year | "Like a cat bell.. Yeah, see, I've already got Inez for that." Quentin said with a short glance in her direction before facing Nolan again. With his next comment, the hinting definatly shown through, he just ended up shaking his head in response before absentmindedly running his fingers through his dark hair. Inez made a hard landing with her last jump, bumping into Boo lightly. She looked around expectantly she saw the group that she thought Boo was jesturing to. "Hmm?" she asked, but was dragged off.
"Hiiii!" she said to the group with a wave and a grin after Boo. |

Arianna sighed as she stood to the side with a bright red cup in her left hand. The other hand was toying with her bright blue beaded necklace. What was she doing here among these people? They all seemed to be close friends and here she was, barely knowing any of them and definitely not past the relationship of aqquaintances.
Looking around, she spotted a girl who had pulled out a novel to read. Well, at least I haven't done that. She said to herself as she noticed people staring at her confused. Or started dancing barefoot like that blonde Ravenclaw I've met once or twice. She said, breathing out a small sigh of relief, that she appeared to be normal.
Taking another small sip from her cup, her dark brown eyes scanned the room.

| *sappysapper* MAJNOO, YO!
Hungry. Hungry. Hungry. The sound of grumbling was too obvious to Taylor's own ears. Reaaaally! He wasn't exactly sure where he should be ging though- Save his toes? Or his stomach? VERY tough choice to make. At his current state - Stomach was the better option.
Still dancing, eaing and dancing at the same time- Peaople really seem to be having fun- Heads off to Boo and her parties. Taylor loked around to see the food table- Bingo. Now how to get there, and without breaking a leg because the way everyone was dancing, Taylor was preety sure no one needed a wand to protect themselves- One move and ou'll break a leg buster.
With all the thinking Taylor realized he hadn't moved a step. Boo-Hoo. Dancing couldn't be that hard. And besides if he moved really carefully he was sure he'd reach the food table without hurting his too precious 10 toes. He walked almost sideways of the terrace, pretending to dance.
Pretending to dance?
Just about there- yes. Just two three steps more, the pretend rocking of his hips had stopped as he saw the foodtable and moved almost greedil toward it-His Stomachs grumbling was all that was making him move. And then he literaaly shouted- or probabaly screamed like a little girl (He'll Pprobabaly thank the loud music later for not letting anyone hear that girls scream,) because somethng or probabaly someone crashed in his toe. GAHH! "OOOOWWW!" Taylor winced in pain as he started hopping up and down on one leg. Hop OW. HOp OW. Hop OW! He looked up to see who was the culprit and saw Motzie and HufflePuff Prefect. "OWW OWW! Can't you see where you are dancing guys- My Poor Poor toe"Taylor literally moaned, and pouted. His tummy needed foood and now his poor toes were probabaly damaged badly- and he wouldn't be able to walk again.
Big Feet Ladies.
