She watched with amused eyes as he picked up a goblet of pumpkin juice, resting her elbow on the table, her cheek in her palm. 'You are quite brave to even think of trying, even if you forgot,' she teased. 'Are you nearly done?' The two apples and croissants had filled Ayaka; she needed nothing more. But she would wait patiently until Sasuke had finished. She wouldn't go running off like she had earlier. She'd actually use her manners again. |
"Oh no."Sasauke laughed."I didn't intend to drink it but after I had become so curious about it I couldn't help but find out what it smelled like....The smell alone was enough to convince me that I made a wise choice by not drinking it." "But yeah."He said getting up."I'm done so if you wanted to go?" |

She nodded, standing herself. 'I need a swim - desperately. You can go back if you want, or come with. It's up to you.' She didn't mind, either way; company never mattered, as long as she was in the water. |
"Haha yeah."He laughed."I'll stick with water unless something like good tea is available."Hopefully by tomorrow he could make a good and tastefull cup of tea, just water for the rest of the year would be a bit too much. "A swim?"He asked, though as he thought about it he never did now what she was, but decided not to ask since he didn't want talk about what he himself was. "Well the weather was nice today, I already had the chance to see that before so a swim might be nice....Ïf you don't mind me joining that is?" |

She nodded enthustiastically. 'I need to get back into the water . . . I'm dying for it,' she told him, already beginning to make her way at a relatively fast pace. 'And of course I don't mind you joining . . . company's always nice.' |

"When I lived in Washington, my best friend was a werewolf," Jordan said. She looked over at Leah and smiled. |
"Really?" Leah smiled. "That's cool. I've never heard of vampires and werewolves existing harmoneously like that. Well, when I visited them. I've only heard of the horrible tales of them killing my kind." |
"Only a few of those stories are truel, but no one from my family ever harmed a werewolf," Jordan said. She thought for a moment and said,"Seth Clearwater was a good friend to a whole vampire." |
Leah smiled. "I figured, Seth is a nice boy," she said. "I've just heard about those things. A man trying to kill us off but not suceeding. I've never met anyone close to a vampire, til now." She grinned at her. "Well, half-vampire." |
"If we became really good friends I think my parents would insist on meeting you," Jordan said. |
"Oh, that would be great," Leah smiled. "That'd be cool, to meet your parents," she said. "Wow, I must sound like a weird werewolf. I want to meet vampires," she said, laughing at herself. "They must be interesting. What are their names?" |
"Haylee Ateara and Jonathan Ateara," Jordan said. She looked back up at the sky. |
"Brilliant," Leah said, stretching her long limbs. "Are they good parents?" she asked curiously, laying on the cool grass and watching the clouds passing. |
"Yes, very good parents," Jordan said. She sat down and watched the clouds float by. |
Leah sniffed. "Oh, that's good," she said. She twirled a lock of her brown hair around her finger. "They sure do sound like good parents," she added. |
"Well you can find out for yourself when the term ends, they are picking me up at the end of term," Jordan said absently. |
"Oh," Leah said. She tried not to think about end of term. That would mean sleeping on the forest floor again. She shuddered and looked up at the sky. She missed her parents, she would rather be normal than a stupid werewolf. |
"Would you like to stay at my place over break?" Jordan asked Leah. |
"Huh?" Leah said, looking at her. "Oh, I don't know. I mean, you might not like me after a few months," she said with a small smile. "I don't know if your parents would let a total stranger sleep in their house. Would they?" |
"This may be hard to believe, but they let Leah Clearwater stay the night at my house once," Jordan said. |
"That's weird," Leah chuckled. "Leah Clearwater? Is she mean? I personally didn't meet her but the boys said she was evil." |
"She's not as mean as they say she is," Jordan said. She smiled softly. |

"Not even waiting for me huh?, what ever happened to those manners of yours?"He joked as he caught up with her. "I just hope ethat we can get back in time for class, I didn't bring anything so I'll have to go change for class first after swimming." |

She cracked a smile as she stepped outside. 'Oh, we will. I'll make sure we will. And don't you have any swimming trunks anywhere?' she asked, curious. |
