Corinne hurried over to the staff table, excited to get the year going. Noticing she was one of the first staff members to enter the ball, she slowed her pace and looked around the great hall. It hadn't changed much, despite all of the beautiful feast decorations. When she had arrived at the staff table she choose a seat towards the outside of the table, not wanting to sit too close to the center, as that was where the teachers who had been teaching for the longest time sat.
Smiling at all the students slowing pittering into the Great Hall from the Hogwarts express, she moved toward a chair. She wasn't particularly hungry yet, so she chose to simply put down her bag on her seat and make her way around the ball, to see what was going on.

Professor Bailley noticed all of the food placed before her. After so much strolling and dancing, there was only one thing to do now...
"Yum!" Profesor Bailley said to herself as she began to dig into her plate. She wanted to introduce herself to the professors she had not yet had a chance to meet, but they all seemed very busy and somewhat...tipsy. Now did not seem like a good time and shout to everyone who she was. They would find out soon enough after all!
She smiled to herself and kept her meal.
