Default Babysitting Grandma's House

December 1st, 2068
Like every year in late november - early december in this area, mister winter was working on dropping freezing white fluff around the big white, blue trimmed house; surrounded by nothing but a forest at one side and yards of healthy green grass on the other.

Normally Mrs. Johnson would be having all the kids over. However, this time around most were on their last few months of attending muggle schools, soon enough they would be turning eleven and by september the young dears would be off to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

It was best to hold off on having them over, there would always be next year. Anyways, this gave Angelina the option to go with her husband on his business trip. She could never leave the house, and animal's unattended though. Angelina had never done that before, and luckily her eldest grandchild had agreed to come stay and house-sit for the two to three months she would be gone.

Angelina, being..herself, insisted why not invite the whole 'crew' over. It was twenty years ago this year, that five out of the group met. At five years old. Her doing, of course. Now they were all grown adults making her feel so very old, with kids of their own. While she would have loved to be here to see everyone, atleast they could have their own little gathering while doing as she requested. Not that they all didn't just recently see eachother, probably not all together, but this would be like a small vacation. Like old times? Again. Angelina thought it was a good idea.

Since it could be between two and three months everyone had the option to come and stay if they wanted for however long. She knew each had their jobs, some that couldn't be worked with from here, or from running back and forth. Basically the elderly woman was leaving the planning up to the 'kids'.

Not alot outside had changed over the past couple of years. To the left of the back porch was the small old jungle gym; still in perfect shape from the occasional fixing up to keep it that way. Much further in the distance yet no less see-able, is the little horse-barn. Painted white and blue like the main house. It comfortably fit three fully grown gypsy horses; Esmerelda, Cinnamon and Snow.

The old, very thick oak tree was still going strong. It had been there since Angelina and her husband had moved here many years ago, merlin only knew how old the ancient tree was. It had always been a favorite though, all of the children that were now adults, had loved climbing on it and making things of it..tree house, fort, ect.

The kitchen (like the rest of the house) is in tiptop condition. Pink lilac's are in a vase infront of the kitchen window, not blocking much since all you can see from the right side of the house is a fence and layers of tree's, forming a woodsy area.

The light maple wood cabinets moss green countertops nearly shine in the sun peeking through the curtain. A kettle is sat on a front burner of the silver stove, awaiting someone to turn it on for tea. It appears Angelina either forgot to put cutting board away before leaving, or left it out so there would be no issues finding it, on the center counter. The dishtowel is draped through the handles of the double fridge; a list of emergency numbers and information obvious on the door.

The dining room is connected to the kitchen as well, no doors to push through the entries. The table and chairs easily seat a large family comfortably, high chairs also took places of some chairs for necessary reason. There's a clear, large opening where objects in the room, and the sliding-glass back door is. Giving enough room for people to go in and out, even running kids without likely accidents.

Angelina, had of course, re-decorated the two kid's guest room's to fit an atmosphere appealing to little ones. The first door, closes to the staircase, leads to the room once belonging to her daughter Silvia. Prepared and set up for the smaller children; little toddler beds of different comforter themes to fit their personalities or liking cozily around the room. The one crib in the room, meant for Alice, without a doubt.

A varity of toys placed and set around the room, or in the toybox available for playing with. Stuffed animals found scattered neatly here and there.

The next room right on the other side of that bedroom wall, the next door over down the hall, was re-aranged and ready to go for the slightly older kids; Ashton was the youngest that would be in this room, but his age was no issue. Angelina had only tried seperating the kids a little so it was easier for everyone. The little ones wouldn't keep up the six year olds, ect.

At the very end of the hall is the door to the master bedroom, wide open and welcoming to anyone who wants to take a peek inside the bright, nature-themed room. Off in it's own secluded corner is a batch of recent baby bunnies nibbling on carrot peices and sleeping in a group in their cage, of which were moved into their home that morning.

The rest of the door's down the hall between the master bedroom and the childrens bedroom's are meant for the adults guest rooms. Each closed to prevent a certain kneazle from getting too comfortable in a room he might think he can claim.

If you take the corner at Mrs. and Mr. Johnson's bedroom door, rather than going in, there's another door. Inside is simply stairs, leading into a very dusty old attic.

Back downstairs, the first door on the left-hand side after getting into the hall entrance of the large family-friendly house, is often locked. Though the adults are free to open it and go in, children should not, for it was a small family library and Carl's study.

Keep going down the wood floored hall and you have the livingroom. A pot of floo-powder ontop of a very skinny, tall table right beside the fireplace. The top, like the rest of most of the walls around the place, decorated with many, many pictures of all different people and ages.

The velvet couches of ivy green and curtians of the same fabric color at the sides of the large windows giving the room a foresty feel, with the brown carpet. By now it was probably easy to tell Angelina enjoyed nature. Alot.

Finally they were home. Or back, anyways. Might as well be considered home, they had all been here many times before. Angelina would have liked them to consider it another home, too.

Pulling up into the drive way, Emmylyne slowed to almost a stop and found a button on her keyring, pressing it to open the garage door. She was careful, of course, pulling in. Who knew where all the kids where? There was no reason for them to be in here! But you never knew, there was alot of them here. If the guys were tied up somewere, the woman wouldn't be too surprised.

Turning the baby blue van off, Emmy smiled at the other girl's that had come with to the grocery store. They had to pick up some stuff, she had told Angelina not to worry about doing that before leaving. "Wonder where everyone is.." Emmy murmured mostily to herself, taking a good amount of bags from the vehicle and began towards the house with them.

Pushing a curly gold lock from her face, Lainie looked around the backyard. Hands raising to her hips, earth tone eyes exactily like her mothers scanned every inch of the large yard that she could see. "Vuuuuuuvuuuuuu?" She called, almost frowning. Where had he run off to? Turning slightly, a thought came to mind upon seeing the big tree behind her. She would be able to see everything from there, right? "Wish us luck Casa," the six year old breathed nerviously, sticking the stuffed siberian husky down the front of her pale blue and green striped sweater, and managed to get a start on climbing up the old oak tree she personally thought resembled a weeping willow with its now droopy leaves.

"I'm sure their perfectly fine Ems," Elissa assured without hesitation. Unbuckling the belt on the car-seat nearest her. Leaving it there for a moment, the twenty-five year old undid the straps holding the other little one, much different from the other. "Wide awake. Both of you huh? Let's hope the others are nicely wound up too." Eli laughed lightly, taking her one year old from the seat, and climbed out. Adjusting Alice on her hip, El took the handle of the infant's car-seat and grabbed a bag and the babies bag, heading on her way back into the house with the other ladies.

Rubbing her eyes with a balled up hand, Ember stood from sitting on the kitchen floor. Hearring something come from the front of the house, the soon to be three year old ran in that direction. Maybe it was mommy! She had fallen asleep at the normal naptime, and mommy was here. When she woke up, mommy was GONE. Ember was upset over that! And she couldn't find anyone else. Except that furrball. Grans furrball. "Mamaaaaaaa!" the child squealed loudly as her mother came in through the door. Not getting far before she clung to her legs.

Well theres someone Emmy thought, bending down atad and kissed the top of her daughter's messy haired head. It was obvious the child had just gotten up from a nap. "Want to help? Take this bag for mummy and bring it into the kitchen." She instructed, giving Ember something to do rather than latch onto her limbs. That made it difficult to walk, no?

Carrying the rest in, she set them carefully on the counters and or floor. Emmy planned to put them away in a moment, but decided it a good idea to go check on everyone else first. The only thing she heard aside from the girl's coming in, was the sound of Ember's shoes on the wood floor. On the way out onto the backporch she scooped the toddler up, almost as soon as she stepped foot outside she saw most of everyone. The guys appeared to be goofing off, which was in no way unusual. "We're home!" She called, setting Ember down to go play with everyone else and guided her down the two steps out into the lawn.

A loud 'POP' broke rhe silence in the livingroom. A woman standing at 5'9 apparated between the fireplace and coffee table. Shifting a bag over her shoulder, she set down the small girl that had side-along apparated with her, taking her hand and lead her from the room.

The twenty-seven year old knew this house well, as did her daughter. She saw no one, coming in through the entrance of the kitchen. The light pouring in from the windows and sliding glass door brought out the red of her short hair. "Hmm. Carl was right, Angie did leave alot of notes." Rosaline noted, reading over the one placed beside another vase of pink lilacs on the dining-room table.

Walking alongside her mum, the four year old gazed around, deep brown eyes curious to see if anything (or better yet, what) had changed since their last visit. Didn't mummy say others would be here too? Why where they here again? Melody had forgotten. She wasn't concerned with finding out though. "We brought Mopsus?" She asked, trying to get a look in her mum's large purse (tote) to see if 'Mopsus' was in there. Her mother nodded, making an 'Mmhhmm' sound. Melody pushed a hand against the bag when her mum went to pull it out, "No thankyou! I just checking." upon Rosa letting her hand go, Melody paced away abit but not far. Playing with the bottom of her brown and blue print dress, trying to spin back and forth to make it twirl like on the movies.

As they pulled into the garage Cornelia was a bit relieved that they were back at Angelina's house. Even though they had not been gone long she was kind of worried about what would happen to Natalie. It wasn't that she didn't trust the men; it was that Natalie was an insane sneaky two year old that could cause a lot of trouble.

Hearing Emmy's question, Nelia couldn't help to comment. "No Eli they aren't perfectly fine, they've all fallen into a black hole caused by a giant tornado." Cornelia said cheekily as she stepped out of the car. Picking up a couple of bags she followed Emmylyne and Eli into the house.

Trying to steady the branch he was sitting on Kovu slowly stood up. His once curly hair was now cut but as always still all over the place and his hazel eyes were concentrating on the branch above him. Making sure that his backpack wouldn't fall or anything he jumped up and grabbed the branch that wasn't too far above him. Pulling him self up on the branch he almost slipped when he heard someone call his name. That would not be good, since he was already pretty far up. Getting himself on the branch uncomfortably he notices Lainie trying to climb the tree. "Laihhhh! LaihLaih hurry! Test flight!" he called smiling and patting his backpack that was now on his lap.

Natalie Cadieux ran around the backyard, not being bothered by the slight cold, since she had her jacket on. The reason for this was because she had just gotten a popsicle! TWO Popsicles, from uncle Axel. Her mouth and hands were sticky and purple but she didn't care. She was so happy she wanted to tell her mommy. But where was her mommy? Looking around Natalie walked up to uncle Axel. "Unwel, I ish wawt mwommy." She said pulling on his pants with her little sticky fingers.

Stepping out of the Van Blair sighed. "Oh joy, back to the chaos." She said trying to show an annoyed look but ended up grinning. Brushing her brown hair put of her eyes she picked up some bags and she followed the other girls inside. Now where was Benji? Knowing him he'd let Kadyn run around wild with no clothes or something. Putting the bags down as she reached the kitchen she followed Emmy and Ember. "I don't think they'll ever grow up." Blair said of course speaking about the men. It wasn't a bad thing though...it kept her entertained.

Making sure all the bags were in the right place and everything was neat and tidy (unlike the kids had left it) Remington walk out of the younger children's room. It was not like he liked to clean up; it was just that he was scared what the women would do if they came back and saw how messy the house was already. About to head out doors he hear a small pop. Remmy's head turned slightly and he quickly grabbed his wand from his back pocket.

It was not that he was paranoid it was just that kids were around and they had to be safe. Even if none of the kids where his...it still didn't matter. Walking into the kitchen the first thing he spotted was a small girl. About three? Four. Taking his brown eyes off the girl they fell on a woman about his height. Blinking for a second Remington's mouth fell open. Wait.....didn't he know her? "Rosaloon?" He asked his voice cracking. Then as soon as the name had come out of his mouth he realized he made a mistake. "I mean Line! Rosaline! You are you...right? I mean you're Rosaline? Foxx? Rosaline Foxx? That's you right?" Remmy said stumbling over his own sentence.

"Please put the shirt on Kay? For me?" Benjamin begged his two year old son. He had somehow gotten a pair of forrest green pants on him, but now Kadyn was refusing to put a shirt on. In a way it did make him want to laugh. He had seen Axel walk without a shirt the other day, so now he wanted to do the same. But he knew if he didnt get a shirt on his son Blair would never let him forget it.

Luckily he hadnt woken up before the two year old. He had taken a nap along with him. His curly brown hair hung down in his face now, as he tried to presuade Kaydn to put all his clothes on. He was never good at dressing his son. Not intentionally, but he once put a green sock on his left foot and a red sock on the other. He wasnt paying attenion. But that was Ben. Somebody who didnt pay enough attention. Yeah well.

"No Dada! No shur!" Kadyn said, crossing his arms. He didnt want to wear a shirt. He wanted to be like Axel! Hearing a car pull up, a smile lit up on his face. "Maaamaa!" the two year old, running from the room. His curly hair bounced off his face as he stopped in the living room, looking out the window.

Ben sighed, but a smile played on his lips as the two year old crossed his arms. "Stubborn like his mother." he thought. Just then, his son was running from the room, with no shirt! "Kadyn Sage!" he called and chased after him. He stoped in the living room, and saw him looking out the window. The girls must be back.

Scooping his son up into his arms, he opened the front door and walked outside toward his wife. He chuckled as Kadyn began clapping his hands excitedly, reaching for his mother. "Before you say anything, I tried! He didnt want to wear a shirt." he said, and offered Blair the two year old. Kissing her on the cheek, he smiled his charming smile, hoping she went easy on him.

Walking slowly out the girls room, the three year old looked around for her brother. Where was he? He had better of not gotten lost. She was not going to go looking for him. He was a big boy after all, she shouldnt have to watch over him. Biting her lip, Breanna thought loud and clear, "Ethan!" she knew he would of heard her, even though she didnt even open her mouth.

Ethan bit his lip in the exact same way his sister was inside. Slipping back inside, he heard his name being called. It was in his head that heard it though. He didnt think nothing about it. He has a connection with his twin that he couldnt explain. Then again he was three so he couldnt explain much.

"Bre! Lewts go fin Ashton!" he said excitedly and grabbed her hand. The two of them took off down the hall, giggling. "Oh Ash! Whar are Yoo!" Ethan said in a sing song voice. He loved playing with Ashton. He was teaching them how to play soccer.

A smile erupted on the three year olds face at the sight of her brother. Her anxiousness that was there a second ago, was long gone, and her adventrous side was coming out. She let out a high squeal of laughter as he grabbed her hand and began running down the hall. "Ethan! We gots to fine Ember too!" she said. She wanted Ember to play with them too. She was fun to play with.

With a 'POP' Jenny appeared in the front yard of Grandma Angelina's house. She held on tightly to Obie's hand. She hated having to do side-along apparation, afraid that she would accidently let go of their hand. Seeing that he was fine and excited to be here, she smiled lightly. Maybe it wouldnt be so bad being in the same house as that stupid girl his brother married.

Obie blinked as they were suddenly in a front yard he was oh-to-familiar with. A smile spread on his face. He loved coming here! "Aunt Jenny we're here! Look there's tio Ben!" he pointed. He pulled away from her, but instead of going to his uncle, he stirred right and went to Emmylyne.

"Muchos Gracias Senorita!" he gave her a wild smile, chuckling to himself. He loved talking to people in spanish when they didnt know what he was sayin. "Thank you Emmy for letting me come! I didnt want to go to the planet meeting thing with my papa." His smile was almost contagious as he gave her a grateful hug.

Default I've decided that Angelina has a basement XD
Elder Quad

"C'mon Ash! Ya got this! Ya got this!" Finn urged his son as they played, of course, Gaelic football in Grandma Angelina's basement. It was cold outside and snowy, so they had to rely on the cool basement to play their sports. Finn played one end of the basement and Axel played the other. the two were both goalies and they were betting on their sons. Would the women of the house like that? Probably not. But did they care? Absolutely not.

Ashton giggled as he and Colton fought over the ball in the middle of their makeshift field. "I'm tryin' da!" he laughed as he kicked the ball through Col's feet. "Yes!" He went running after the ball and kicked it towards Axel who caught the ball easily with one hand. "Aw! Cheata'!" he accused, grinning from ear to ear. "Rematch!" Oh yes, there was no doubt about that. There would be a rematch. "C'mon Col, le's see wha' ya got!" The little boy pointed at his cousin and smiled mischievously.

"Sorry Ash," Axel laughed, rolling the ball towards Colton and rubbing his chest lightly out of habit. Neither Finn nor Axel had shirts on. Earlier, the two had wrestled in the basement and their shirts had been long forgotten. Now, both of their sons had discarded of their own shirts as well. Axel was sure Emmy wouldn't mind. But then again, she might. Oh well. "Col, c'mere. Let's strategize so we can make fun of uncle Finn later," he chuckled, winking at his cousin.

Colton ran as fast as he could over to his father and jumped into his arms. "Ash is too big for me daddy," he said with a nod. Ash was actually not that much older than Col, but he was a bit taller and more fit. Axel assured him that it wasn't that big of a deal and that they were merely having fun anyway. Col gave Axel a kiss on the cheek then he ran back out into the middle of the 'field' and tackled Ashton. "You're goin' down cousin!" he laughed.

Looking down, Axel called time-out for a moment as Natalie tugged on his shorts. "Let's have a look shall we?" he smiled, picking up the small Natalie in his arms and walking upstairs. "I'll be right back! Don't compromise my kid Finn!" he accused from the top of the stairs. He heard a wicked laugh and shook his head. "Nelia! Where are you!" he called in a sing-song voice as he walked through the house.

Finding all the women, Axel suddenly became aware of the fact that he had no shirt on. He shrugged inwardly and walked towards them. "I have a package to deliver to you Nelia," he chuckled, handing over the little girl. he then turned to Emmylyne and smiled. "Hello wife," he greeted with a kiss. "We're playing football downstairs, courtesy of Finn, and yes, Colton lost his shirt as well." He thought he might as well tell her now before she walked downstairs to see Ash and Col going at it with their feet without shirts.

"Oi! Ben! Downstairs, five minutes, bring Kadyn. Three corner football? I gotta get back down there before Finn takes out Col and says it was Ash's fault," he laughed, running back downstairs and tackling Finn to the ground.

"I swear! Look at 'im! He's perfectly fine!" Finnegan protested as Axel took him down. Too late. The two were already wrestling each other as their sons cheered on their own father and shoved each other playfully back and forth. "Didja..tell Ben..ta come..too?" he asked through gritted teeth as the two rolled around on the floor. He received a positive grunt from Axel and continued to try and take his cousin out.

Finn laughed as the two rolled around on the ground, reminiscing about old times. The only thing that was different was that Ben wasn't on top of the pile. He and Axel had fought all the time and Ben had just decided it would be a good idea to sit on them as they struggled. Good times. Finn almost shoved Axel off him, but instead ended up locking him in a head-lock.

"Oi! Daddy! Ya got this!" Ash cheered the very same thing Finn had told him earlier. He then began running around and telling Colton he couldn't catch him. Of course, now the little boys were playing tag while their fathers set a lovely example of how to treat your cousin. "Col, le's play Gaa now, yeah?" he asked, kicking the ball towards the other little boy. He then heard his name being called from the upstairs. "Down 'ere Ethan!" he called, cupping his hands around his mouth just like his daddy taught him.

Colton giggled and leaned down over Finn and Axel. "Silly daddy. Take uncle Finny down, okay?" He then skipped over to Ash and began kicking the ball back and forth with him. "Ethan! Down here!" He decided to help Ash call their friends downstairs. That way, they could all play football together! That sounded like a great idea to him. He kicked the ball once more and it flew over Ashton's head. "Didja see that Ash?!" he yelled, punching the air as he jumped. Ash smiled and nodded, giving him a reassuring nudge as he raced after the ball.

Emmylyne laughed, rolling her eyes. Oh lordy bee. It was not summer, or even close, and all of the men weren't wearring shirts. Except Ethan, maybe.. "Axel Hunter Phoenix!" She shouted after him, hands now on her hips. He had run off to play! She wasn't sure whether to be thoroughly amused or annoyed. It was close to snow weather; they were asking for the flu.

The corners of her mouth pulled up, turning the straight line of her lips into a smile. Jodie and Santana's son was precious, "You don't need to thank me hunny, your always more than welcome to visit whenever you want!" Emmy said, hugging the small boy back but more in greeting. In a kind way she dismissed his thanks, because that was silly! The child was family, he was always welcome.

"Have you eatten today? Are you guys hungry?" She asked, having had released Obie, Ember took to holding onto her hand. More than obviously pouting for multiple reasons. "Alright it's cold, let's get back inside." Ems added, ushering everyone inside the house. "BOYS!" She yelled to get the men to come up, and gently closed the door again to the basement so no one accidentally ran into it while running down the hall. Continuing towards the livingroom, which was the next closes doorway, Emmy frowned. "Where's Lainie and Kovu, are they with the boys?"

Lainie beamed. Kovu was in the tree! Good. Ohh, test flight. YAY!

She was almost to the first branch, before her sneaker slipped from the rough bark on the tree. "Eek!" Laih squeaked startledly, unable to keep going because she couldn't put her foot back there, it wouldn't work this time for some reason. A heavy sigh escaped her lips, glancing down once, she jumped, landing hard on her bottom but still unscratched. "I'm fine! Fell on purpose," Lainie shouted up to Vu, not wanting to worry him or make him climb down to make sure she was okay. "Sorry Casa" She murmured, taking the stuffed animal from inside her sweater and played him carefully against the tree trunk and a thick root.

Getting back to her feet, Lainie quickly started up the tree again, chosing each step carefully. "Almost got it!" She mumbled to herself, climbing up the branch right below her best friend. Now what? She couldn't climb onto the next from there! Sure, she was tall enough, but that was dangerous pulling just as much weight up that was already holding onto it. If she wasn't careful Vu could fall, from the branch moving.

Earth tone eyes followed the branches and up the tree, stopping on the opposite side of Kovu. There was another thick branch on the other side! Standing, Laih hugged the tree tightly and inched her way across to the opposite branch. Unfortunately she hadn't noticed before now, the branch opposite Kovu, was up further than his. Which mean climbing more to get onto it, or.... I can do it She encouraged herself silently, already testing how far it went up past her fingers. One....Two... Right after letting go, She jumped for the branch, and just barely made it. Swinging herself back and forth to climb up, she kicked a leg out onto the branch and finally seated herself, giggling away. "Okay. I'm good right here." Lainie finally spoke to Vu, looking directly across. She inched forward and wrapped her arms around the tree, leaning forward abit to see past it.

Getting Felicity settled in the baby swinger located in the living room, Elissa had no issues leaving the room and Fee didn't make a peep. She was satisfied with the soothing motions of the machine, and Eli wasn't a 'hovering mother' or..Emmy. Not that Emmy was like that, but she was more uptight about silly things such as leaving one of the children in a room for alittle bit on their own, or..well, the shirtless little boys in the winter. The house was warm enough, but Emmylyne was Emmylyne.

Emptying the grocery bags of their items, Eli put everything out on the table within maybe a minute; she was very quick at that now. Putting it all away in their certain spots would come next, but she was more on a hunt for the granola bars. It was already one in the afternoon, the kids hadn't eaten lunch and they would have an early dinner.

Noticing Remmy wasn't talking to himself, She blinked and looked up. Just then reaching for the box of sweetened treats. "Oh! Hi, sorry..hadn't noticed we had a new arrival" El explained, correcting herself as a little girl she hadn't noticed either, went back over to the redhead. "Two new arrivals. Your the one Grandma Angelina told us about, right? Rosaline, and that must make her Melody? I'm Elissa, nice to meet you." She smiled kindly, opening the box as she spoke. About to leave the kitchen, "Is it okay if she has one? I'm giving all the kids a snack to tide them over for dinner. I'm assuming your staying,"

Deep brown eyes widened, and it was not because of what she finished reading on the note. Rosaloon? Oh for crying out loud, she hadn't heard that in over ten years. Wait.. Looking up, the note fell back onto the table unnoticedly. She was just as surprised as him, but he was more obvious to show it. Uhuh, suuure he meant Rosaline. She faught not to roll her eyes at that; too many memories from the past. "I am..me?" The redhead repeated, her voice was no different from before. Not even with the shocked feeling or slight confusion, it was still as bubbly with cheer as ever. "Yes. I am her; erm, Me. I am Rosaline Foxx" Rosaline answered, almost tripping her own words because his were sounding funny. It was a chain reaction.

She nodded at Elissa, returning a big smile. "No apologies necessary. Nice to meet you Elissa, and yes you have our names right. I surely hope Angie and Carl told you guys," upon the offer of giving Melody a snack, she glanced at the young one. "That would be nice, thankyou. And we'll see about staying." Rosa didn't speak or even directly look to Remington until Eli left. "Sit at the table Melo" She guided her over and sat her in a chair that was already pulled out enough; undoing the wrapper most of the way, she handed it over to the small fingers waiting.

"I don't need to ask or guess who you are, Remm" She stopped short, catching herself. "ington. The Rosaloon thing was a give away before I even looked up." Rosa half-smirked. That and his rambling. "You can put that away now, the house is safe.. there are alarms for that kind of ready you know," She continued, meaning his wand and whether or not someone was around that shouldn't be.

As a man came into the room, Melody automatically strolled back over to her mother. Not alarmed, just being cautious. After a second the man began to talk to her mother; there was no doubt the child wore a puzzled expression. He knew her mommy? Why hadn't she known of him then? Shrugging to herself, she glanced up at her mother and pulled her hands down to play with them, wrapping herself in her mothers arms, till the other lady came in. After her mum set her in a seat and gave her the sweet tasting thing, Melo kicked her feet back and forth from the chair. Too small to reach the floor. Swallowing a peice she broke off, Melody couldn't help from glancing over at the man. Greeting, "Hi!" at the moment she felt right. "Who're you?"

Taking the snacks with her, Eli carried Alice in her other arm and tried to herd the other young ones to come downstairs with her. "Let's go see what the boys are doing, and we'll have a snack.." She explained, helping the little ones when necessary and sighed in relief at finally setting foot on the basement floor. "I think Emmy wants all the boys to get shirts on" Eli warned amusedly, avoiding the wrestling grown men and set Alice down where the other kids were. "Okay, hold it. You guys can pick back up your game or play something else after, but I want you lot to take a breather and gave a granola bar. Dinner will be done soon," Elissa snatched up the soccor ball, and tossed it over towards the guys. Not hard but just cause she could. "Heads up!"

Ember was still in pouting mode, arms crossed her look said it all. But she wasn't going to throw a fit, definitely not. She followed Aunt Esa downstairs with Ali and Ethan and Breanna. Ashton and Colton were already down here. Where was Kadyn..

Oh well. Ember wasn't going to say anything to anyone anyways. "Tankyou" She murmured, politely as her snack was handed to her. Okay, so she would take. If it was necessary. While she chewed on the granola bar, the toddler tried fixing her hair with her fingers; Not liking the bed head look one bit.

Walking down into the basement Cornelia watched as the as the men held a game full of...chaos. There was no other word for if. It was a little bit of soccer mixed with the madness of Axel and Finn. As Axel walked over and dumped Natalie in her hands Nelia rolled her eyes. "Why thank you Mr. Phoenix, I just love my package." She said rolling her eyes. As the two year old gave her a hug then jumped out of her arms Nelia gave her a funny look. What weird kids she had.

Watching Lainie as she fell back to the ground Kovu's eyes widened. Had she gotten hurt? "Laih! Are you okay?!" He asked nervously. He would never live it down if he had gotten her hurt. Maybe it was a bad idea to climb this tree? As he heard her yell she had fallen on purpose he nodded. "Okay..." Watching his best friend struggle to climb the tree he felt bad. What if she fell an got hurt? Laih would have gotten hurt because of him!!

As she made it t the branch across from him he let out a sigh of relief. "Are you sure you are ok Lainie?" He asked the nervousness had not left his voice. Taking off his backpack he opened it and took out two remote controls an airplane, and a stuffed turtle. "Commander Squirt wanted to watch." He said grinning as he threw one of the remote controls to Lainie. "You have the important one. Press the green button to start up the plane and the up control stick thing to make it fly up. It's only gonna fly up ok Laih?" He excitement in his voice and his put the airplane on the branch beside him. "I'm testing the....altitude?" He said unsurely. Oh well it was something like that. Once the plane started resisting to the height he would have a surprise for Laih.

Giggling as uncle Axel dropped her in her mommy's arms Natalie gave the woman a hug then jumped down. "Unwel Awel gotted me two popmacils!" She said grinning. She had only wanted to hug her mommy and tell her about the popsicles. Now it was time for real fun. Running over to Auntie Emmy Natalie gave her legs a big hug. "Lwaih an Vu go pwoof!" She answered giggling again. Running away again he eyes caught on to the soccer ball that Auntie Eli had thrown. She wanted to play!Snatching up the soccer ball she began to run around the house.

Eying Benji Blair scooped up Kadyn and shook her head. "Don't think I'm going easy on you." She said with a serious glare at Ben. She wasn't really upset at all though. Somehow she had seen this coming. "Kadyn, you listen to daddy ok? You put on a shirt when he says to." Blair said looking at her son. It was not summer it was winter! He was two years old! A boy his age could easily catch a cold that way.

Passing the boy back to her husband she grinned. "Your problem, your son. You deal with him." Blair said with a sly grin. Ben was too much of a "nice" parent, he had to learn to set rules. Wearing your shirt during the winter was one of them.

Looking at Eli Remmy shook his head. So what no hi? Completely ignored. Nothing new to him. Turning back to Rosaline he nodded. So it was her. Weird. She was hear for some....odd reason? Listening to their conversation he got a little confused Angelina had told Rosaline to come? Weird again. As Eli left the the kitchen Remmy opened his mouth then closed it. He hadn't meant to say Rosaloon anyways. It just came our naturally, he used to call her that when they were younger. "Sorry." He muttered. Blinking at her next comment he remembered that he still had his wand out. "Right...sorry." Remington said once again putting his wand back in his back pocket. He had no idea what to say or do.

About to leave the kitchen he turned to the small girl who seemed to be talking to him. Looking over his should to check that there was no one else here but him, Rosaline and the girl, he was surprised that she was speaking up him. "Erm...hi?" He said his voice unsure, even though there were tons of kids here most of them usually didn't really addressed him. "Um..I'm.....Remington? Remington McClane but uh...you can call me Remmy if you want." He said nodding at the girl. Watching her as she ate the treat he walked over to fridge and took out a juice box and gave it to the little girl. "Who are you?"

Benjamin couldnt help but smile as his wife gave him a serious expression. He knew that was going to be her reaction, and he loved it. He didnt like making his wife mad, but her glare just made him want to smile. She looked so beautiful when she did that. He was glad they had gotten back together and had their beautiful son. She made him happier than he has ever been since he was kidnapped.

Looking down at his son as he was handed back over, he laughed whole-heartedly. "So now our son is a problem is he?" he said with a sly grin. He walked with Kadyn and his shirt still in hand. Once inside, he set him down and bent down to his level. "Shirt? Or does daddy have to tickle you?" he said smiling micheviously at his son.

Kadyn giggled as he was handed over to his mommy. He held an unmistakable grin on his face as she told him to listen to his daddy. He would always do what his mommy told him to do. His daddy on the other hand. "Otay mummy!" he told her as he was yet again passed over. What was he? A doll?!

He kept still as he was carried back into the house. When his feet were set on thr ground, he considered running away again. It was fun to get his daddy to chase after him. Kadyn then began giggling uncontrolably as his daddy threatened to tickle him. "Shwirt! Shwirt!" he said, clapping his hands.

Ben chuckled as his son chose the shirt. He put it on him and kissed his forehead. "Wife! Look! Sucess!" he laughed and picked him up in a quick motion. Now to the basement. He walked down the stairs and saw Axel and Finn wrestling on the ground.

Setting Kadyn down next to Ashton, he grinned and said, "Oye! I know your not wrestling in this house!" he then walked over and pulled Finn away from Axel. "Here Ax! Free shot!" he said excitedly, gaining up on his Irish buddy. He held onto Finn's arms as he began to struggle. Man, he loved messing with his two best guy mates. Behind him, he heard Kadyn squeal with laughter.

Breanna giggled as her brother pulled her down the hallway. She stopped in the middle of the living room as she heard his name before he did. "Eth! Down there!" she said excitedly, pointing toward the basement. She then took the lead and pulled him toward the doorway to the basement.

Ethan ran as fast as he could get his legs to go, knowing his sister could easily keep up with him. As she stopped, he looked around the living room, and saw a lady talking to the Remmy man. She had a little girl with her. He was about to say hi to her, when Breanna was suddenly pulling him away again. He finally heard his name, and smile plastered on his face that mimicked his sisters.

Carefully, the two of them scrabbled down the stairs without tripping. When they made onto level ground, his eyes landed on Ashton, Colton and Kadyn cheering for something. He looked to the middle of the room to see the three older men fighting. He laughed and began jumping up and down excitedly.

Breanna too found the whole thing exciting, but she looked up as Elissa with Alice in her arms, and Ember close to next to her. She looked annoyed. Frowning, Bre walked over to Ember. "Why sad Emb?" she asked, a twinkle in her sandy brown eyes.

Ben was having way too much fun wrestling with the boys, that it took him a minute to see that Eli had followed him. More little kids littered the basement and he couldnt help but chuckle. What an example they were showing them. "Hey everybody! Eli has food! Go get her!" he said with a michevious glint in his eyes. He just sent about six, seven little kids screaming her way. Oh the fun.

Jenny tried to not roll her eyes as she saw her brother with her nephew with no shirt. That man really did not know how to discipline anybody! She did roll her eyes when Blair did nothing to help him. She was so selfish! Wait that was not what she was here for. She was suppose to be nice. She promised Ben she would be. But he just left her without saying hi. So like him.

Following the rest into the house, she made her way into the kitchen as Elissa was begining to dump stuff on the counter. "Do you need help putting stuff away Eli?" she asked softly. Might as well make herself useful.

Obie smiled up at Emmy as she told him to not thank him. And she told him he welcome whenever he wants! He really liked her and was glad him mama knew her. He walked next to Emmy and Ember as they walked into the house. "Not uh. I havent eaten. But I would like a tomato if you dont mind." he said with a wide grin. Man he loved that red fruit.

As she started calling the boys to come eat and then asked about Lainie, he smiled. He loved Lainie! She was one of his favorite cousins. "Ill go look for them if you want." he offered, and rushed away from her. Hmm...Where to check first...Maybe they are outside! Walking quickly to the sliding glass door, he saw Laih trying to climb the tree. She almost fell and he hurried outside.

"Carefull Laih Laih!" he called to her. He stopped under the tree and looked up. He saw Kovu sitting next to his stuffed turtle. He thought the little boy was really cool, but he knew how shy he could be. He had learned not to approach the boy unless he felt it was ok. "Laih, your mama is looking for you two. Are you hungry?" he called up the tree.

"What are ya middle-naming me for?" Axel called back up to Emmylyne as he made his escape for the basement. He knew Emmy was merely joking with him...or was she? He did not want to upset his wife. "It's not like we're outside! Col was sweating down here! C'mon, he was going against Finn's kid! How could he not get sweaty when it comes to that?" he laughed as Finn turned the tables and was now on top of him.

Just as Finn was able to pin Axel down, another pair of strong arms pulled him off and was now keeping him glued to the floor. "Benji!" he shouted angrily, biting his tongue to keep from swearing. Even if he did swear, the kids probably wouldn't even understand his Irish slang. Then again, he couldn't help but grin up at Ben. "Alrigh', guess I've jus' gotta take ya both down!" he laughed as he swung his legs around and took Ben's legs out. He then felt his Gaelic football hit him in the head. "Oi! Who threw tha'?" he shouted. He then realized that the culprit was none other than his wife. He was able, with some struggles, to get up. He bounded over to her and placed his arms around her, kissing her gently on the cheek. "Didja see me? Aren't ya glad your man is so strong?" he whispered in her ear. He knew that comment would only make her laugh, but that's what he was here for.

"Food! C'mon Col!" Ashton said excitedly as he ran over to his mother. He threw his arms around her legs and smiled up at her and his father. "Hi mummy," he said sweetly as he received a granola bar from her. He was able to open it with much success then began munching on the treat as he scratched his belly. He hated shirts, almost as much as his father. Yet he loved Gaelic football, almost as much as his father. The two were alike in more ways one could count, which made Finn extremely happy.

Colton giggled and grabbed his father's hand, sticking his tongue out at his uncle Benji, then running over to his aunt Elissa. He got two granola bars and took one back to his dad and sat on his lap. He wasn't as successful with the wrapper so he gave it to Axel to open. "Pwease daddy?" he asked, holding it up. Axel merely chuckled and gave him a raspberry on his stomach, causing the little boy to shriek with laughter, then opened his treat. "Silly daddy," he giggled, taking a bite of his granola bar.

Axel chuckled and took a large bite of the granola bar his son handed him, still breathing heavily from his wrestling match. Finnegan was probably one of the strongest people Axel had ever met, which boded well for him whenever he was on his team for anything. Just last week he had gone to one of Finn's indoor Gaelic football scrimmages and saw his cousin break someone's nose just by kicking the ball! What a freak!

Standing up and letting Colton get up as well, Axel walked back upstairs to his wife. Still with no shirt on, he leaned against the table with a grin on his face and just stared at her. He knew there was no way she'd be able to stay mad at him for something as silly as not having a shirt on. They were inside anyway, and goofing around at that. They were bound to get sweaty sometime.

Colton wandered over to his twin and sat beside her. "Hey Emb," he said sweetly, leaning his head on her shoulder. He loved his sister, that was obvious. "Wanna play wiv us?" he asked her, taking the last bite of his granola bar and scrunching up the wrapper in his hand. She didn't seem too happy about something, so he made it a priority to make her forget about whatever was irking her.

Finnegan gave Elissa another kiss on the cheek before grabbing Ashton and tickling him senseless. The little boy giggled uncontrollably then tried to tickle his father as well. Seeing as he had very small fingers, he was able to get to the small places on Finn and send him to the ground in a fit of laughter. "Like fatha' like son, eh Eli?" he laughed, kissing their son on his forehead.

Ash giggled and curled up in his father's arms after their short tickle fight, running a few small fingers through his pitch black hair. "Da, when's it gonna get warm out? I wanna play Gaa outside," he asked, furrowing his brow. The little boy could not wait until it was warm out. All he wanted to do was play with his father outside, which they had done since the boy could remember.

Kovu worried too much, especially over her. Lainie didn't like that he always worried, especially over her. She was a little girl with few fears, and willing to take risks; such as the one she just did by jumping for the branch. "Yess, I'm fine Vuuu" She assured, no hint of annoyance touching her voice. She wasn't annoyed, even though he was always asking stuff like that. She knew he cared, that's all. And she cared about her best friend too. "Welcome Command Squirt!" Lainie giggled, nearly missing the remote he threw to her.

Big green button.. "Aye aye Captain!" Earth tone eyes fixed on the button again, wondering if she was suppose to wait for a signal or if she could just.. Press it! "And we have lift off!" Oops, too late.

Remington McClane? Melody didn't remember him. She wasn't too sure she was suppose to or not, either. "Remmy's easier." She answered back matter-of-factly, nodding.

Deep brown orbs followed the tall man, interested in knowing what he was doing. After getting in the fridge he gave her a juice box, fruit punch from what she could tell from the front. "Tankyou," Melody said, always ontop of her manners. Looking up at her mother now, Melo waited for an 'okay'. She wasn't allowed to take stuff from people she didn't know, not even mummy's friends, unless mummy said so.

Hmm. He answered when she asked, so she was allowed to answer right? He knew mummy. Mummy hadn't tried hexing him. That was a go ahead, right? Looking briefly to her mother for any signs of why not, Melody looked back to the man, strawberry blonde locks whipping around her face with each swift movement of her head. "Melody Sat-fire Foxx" abandoning her wrapper and juice, the four year old jumped up from the chair and walked up to Remington, head tilted all the way up just to look at him. She held out her hand, "Nice to meetcha Remmy!"

Rosaline continued taking things out of bags and put each item away in it's given spot in the large kitchen, while Melody curiously questioned her past friend. Rosa often busied herself when she felt nervous, tense, or even shy. That habit had started when she was only eleven, and as they say.. old habit's die hard.

Turning at the child's 'Thankyou', Rosaline gave a slight nod and walked over, helping the young one with the straw. "Sapphire, Melo" Rosaline corrected gently. Unsure meeting Remmy's brown eyes, she added "She's my daughter." Isadora and Oliver weren't crazy enough to adopt a child so young at they're age, and he knew her family situation. Plus Melody had said Foxx. It was no big secret.. She merely hadn't talked to any of her old 'friends'.

Ember finished and swallowed the last bite of half of her snack, turning her attention from her thoughts, to one of her many cousins, this particular one around her age. "Aduwsies forgoty abouta me," She mumbled, reluctantly. Her twin brother came over and sat beside her, resting his head against her shoulder. She responded by setting her head against his, "Hi Coly" A small smile tugged at the little girl's lips, sea green eyes gazing from her brother to their cousins and back. "Otay. Whata we goingna pway?"

Eli laughed at Benjamin's sneaky attempt. Holding Alice up with one arm, the spanish woman caught the soccor ball with her other, that ironically rolled back, after bouncing of her husband's head. "Nice try Benji!" She teasingly praised, chucking it at him and careful to make sure Ben and only he was the target of her aim.

"Ahh!" Squeaked, Elissa shielded the one year old from being caught in the playful attack of the babies father. A pair of strong arms wrapped around her, and she smiled up at him. Laughing at what Finn whispered to her, she pecked him on the lips. "No, sorry Finnegan, I have no idea what you're talking about." She denied, jokingly.

Alice was in no way upset about being bounced around from her mother moving around, or the loud noises around her. If anything, it kept her from getting fussy. Her twilight blue eyes gazed around at faces of young children, then adults; timed by who spoke then who made the next noise, that's where her attention went.

Taking her fingers from inside her mouth, Alice pulled at the bottom of her jeans, around where the yellow flower print was. Letting go after only a second, the tiny ones head shook, a silly expression on her angelic face. Her little hand grabbed at the sleeve of her sweater, deciding the green fabic of the hoodied sweatshirt good enough to chew on. "Ehuheh?" She mumbled, "Mmmm"ing she layed her head against her mum's shoulder watching Ashton from there, Ali kicked out her foot once; the pink and white tennis shoe knocking into her mum's leg lightly.

"Hey Ash" Eli greeted her son with a kiss on the head, watching him and Finn have a tickle match she chuckled and shook her head; almost begining to regret not bringing Felicity down here too. At that moment she wasn't sure whether or not that was a safe idea though since the men were wrestling and the babies were playing with a ball. "Your daddy and brobro are silly" Elissa whispered to Alice, grinning at the big smile she received. "It's winter Ashy; It'll start being okay enough to play outside sometimes in four more months, but only sometimes. It'll still be chilly,"

Back and forth.. back and forth.. back and forth.. Felicity sat comfortably in the baby swing, the soothing gentle rocking was tiring her not to mention she car ride; infant's at her age slept alot, so it was normal.

Her eyelids drooped and fluttered back open afew times, tiny fists attempting to rub her own twilight blue eyes moodily she kicked her feet. Her pacifier had fallen out, and Felicity was not pleased.

Tiding up the living room, Emmylyne tossed the pillows back onto the couch. If she had to guess who had done that, she wouldn't be able to. Ember had a thing about laying on the couch and she always had a fit if the pillows had to stay up there too, but Lainie also liked building forts. Little kids would be little kids; they weren't destroying anything so she didn't see anything wrong with it.

At the abrupt cries, Emmy turned to see what was wrong with her friends baby. Nothing was wrong, just a case of overly-tiredness. "Feefee, why are you cryin baby girl?" The twenty five year old cooed, returning the red and clear colored binky to the baby's mouth; eliminating the screaming at once.

"See, all better! No reason to cry silly," Snagging the baby blanket on the chair beside her, she gently covered Felicity's legs and stomach. Unable not to hear something, a small noise in the room, Emmy sharply turned to look, bent beside the baby swing. She let out a sigh of relief, seeing as it was only Axel, but scowled nonetheless.

"Don't scare me like that.." Having the auror training, and with they're families, she was always on her toes eitherway you looked at it. Whether it being protecting her family, being cautious, or keeping kids inline. "I need to go make Obie a tomato" She murmured, standing to leave.

Staring excitedly after the airplane, Lainie kept it going up and up, until she heard a voice that wasn't Kovu. Funnily, she glanced around, one arm still holding her where she was carefully. Oh! Below! "Hiii Obs!" Laih shouted, beaming. Careful? Well always! It wasn't as if she tried getting hurt..come on now, "Mama wants us? Are we hungry?" She repeated, now looking back over to Kovu. "Are we hungry Vuu?"

Giggling at Katie as she nearly missed the remote control, he was perfectly fine with how Laih launched the rocker- er plane. But there was one small thing that she had forgotten."Lift off with no count down? Thats bad LaihLaih!" Vu said giggling more. The count down was his favorite part. The wait for launching the rocket was soo cool. He guessed Lainie didn't like that wait.

Looking down as he heard a voice Kovu waved. It was Obie! He liked that kid. Sometimes Obie scared him but he was pretty nice. "Laih plane!" Kovu called as Lainie forgot about the object in the sky. Watching it fall back down because there was no more pressure it landed hard on the roof of the old house. No! What if the plane was broken?! What if it had just made a hole in the house!? Flying time was no officially over.

Looking back at Laih Vu nodded and rubbed his eyes. " Umm uhuh. We're hungry....aren't we?" He asked slowly. Lainie was much better at making decisions for them, even for something as simple as this. Packing squirt back into his backpack he motioned for Lainie to hand back the remote control so he could pack that away. They'd worry about the plane on the roof later. Now they had to think how to get down.

Running around the house Natalie looked around for someone she could play with. There were so many kids to play with she didn't know which one to approach. Stopping to think Natalie's eyes wandered around for a certain boy with pitch black hair. Spotting him curled up in his dad's arms Nat giggled and skipped toward Finn and Ashton. "Ashun, lwets play!" The 2 year old said with a big grin. Ashton was Nat's favorite person to play with in the whole house. He was even more fun than her brother.

Watching Benji's tactics to trying to get Kadyn to put a shirt on Blair couldn't help but grin. Wear a shirt or get tickled? What nice options. It amused her that her two year old son had his 25 year old dad wrapped around his tiny little fingers.

Noticing someone at the corner of her eyes Blair rolled her eyes. Jenny was here. How fun. Walking up to her sister-in-law Blair gave her a small fake smile. "Jenny. How are you?" She asked politely.

Hearing Obie's voice telling someone to be careful Cornelia blinked. Carefull? What was going on? She bet it had something to do with Lainie and Kovu. Walking outside beside Obie, Nelia didn't see them outside playing. Following Obie's eyes to where the boy was looking at she sighed. The tree. "Lainie! Kovu! Come on climb down from there, you two shouldn't be climbing the tree with no supervision. What if one of you had fallen?"

"Remmy is eaiser." Remmy said with a smile and a nod. This little girl was kind of...weird. But interesting at the same time. Watching the young girl as she eyed the juice box Remmy didn't understand why she was just looking at it. Turning around just in time he saw Rosa give her a small nod. Blinking Remmy didn't understand. It was only juice. "Nice to meet you too. Melody is a nice name." Remmy said slowly. "How old are you?"

Blinking some more Remmy opened his mouth. Foxx? As in Isadora and Oliver Foxx? As in Rosa's grandparents? Weren't they just a little to old to be having children? As Rosa's words Remmy felt like he could hit himself on the head. That made much more sense. But if she had a daughter didn't that mean she was married? "Ohhh...your daughter? So..you're married? And did you like...specifically tell her don't take any juice boxes from Remington McClane?"

Benjamin was down in a matter of three seconds. That is why he should never underestimate Finnegan O'Callaghan. He laughed it off as Finn got up. Getting up from the floor also he couldnt help but snort as the ball flew and hit Finn. "Didnt know your head was the goal, mate. And all this time I thought you were suppose to aim for a net." he chuckled. Man it was great to laugh with them again.

At the sound of food, the two year old ran toward the stairs. He stopped and slowly made his way up the first step. In his mind he was running up the steps, but he was still trying to figure out how to get onto the next step without falling. Finally he swung his leg over and crawled onto the next step. Luckily Eli wasnt so far up. When he was just on the step below her, he put his hands on her leg for balance. "Fwoo pwease" Kadyn smiled lop-sidedly.

Breanna tilted her head as Ember said her auntie forget about her. Forgot what? She then smile as Colton walked over. He could cheer her up. And he wanted to play! Playing was fun. "Yeah, what game do you want to play?" she asked speaking slow so her words came out correctly. She was not like her older sister when she was younger. Breanna, unlike Samantha, pronounced her words.

As Breanna turned to talk to Emb, Ethan looked over at Elissa who had a box of granola bars in her hand. Just looking at the box was making him hungry. He comunicated over to Breanna, "I going to go get us food." He saw her nod her head at Ember, but knew that she was nodding to him.

He walked over to the stairs and walked carefully around Kadyn who was making it a journey to climb up the stairs. Standing right below Elissa, he smiled and said, "Mrs. Eli, can I have two for me and my sister?" he asked politely.

As soon as she asked her question to what game they should play, it came to her. "I know! Lets play Hide and Go Boo!" she said excitedly. She loved playing that game. It was almost like hide and go seek, but instead you have to yell Boo when you find somebody. "But we have to wait for Ethan. Ohh! See if the ofers wants to pway!" she said growing more excited. The more excited she was, the more she began to sound like her sister when she was three.

As the ball was thrown again, but this time at him, Benjamin tried to run. But the ball did still make contact with his leg. "Hey! That wasnt very nice of you." he laughed and picked up the ball. He pretended to throw the ball at Eli, but instead rolled it over to Ash. "And give my kid a granola bar. He is starving!" he said dramaticly. Ben swiped two from the almost empty box and picked up his son.

"Look! Food!" he said happily, making the two year old squeal with giggles. He unwrapped the healthy snack and gave one to Kadyn. He couldnt help but laugh as he watched Axel give a rasberry to Colton. "They are weird arent they Kay?" he said in what was suppose to be a whisper, but knew was loud enough for Axel to hear.

"Wer! Wer! Wer!" the two year old clapped enthusiasticly. He had no idea what weird meant, but he liked using words his daddy used.

Jenny turned her head as she heard her name. It took all the energy she could, not to roll her eyes. Blair McClane. She didnt care if she married her brother, she was not going to call her a Lawley! But she did promise she would be civil. "I'm good thank you. How are you handling being a mother." she asked. Now that was nice right? Was that mean? Because she wanted to sneer at her right now, but reframed from doing so.

Obie watched as the plane took flight and flew straight into the air. "Wow!" he said amazed. He then closed his eyes and made a 'yikes' face as it landed on the roof. How were they going to be able to get that down?

He turned his head back up the tree as the two tried to figure out if they were hungry. This made him laugh. They didnt know if they were hungry or not? Just as he was about to say something, a voice called up to the tree telling them to get down. "Dont be mad at them Mrs. Cadieux. I was supervising them." he smiled politely at her. He didnt want Lainie or Kovu to get in trouble. They were after all just having fun.

Colton smiled at Breanna who seemed to want to help make his twin feel better. He shrugged. "I dunno. We could get Ash's ball and play wiv it," he suggested. Ash was always ready to play that one game he always talked about. Giving the wrapper to his granola bar to his aunt Eli, the little boy stood up and offered his hand to his sister. They were gonna have fun. No moping around, that was for sure.

Ashton frowned. He wanted to play Gaelic football outside. But if mommy said it was too cold then it was too cold. "Oh well," he huffed, grabbing Alice's foot and tickling it. He loved his little sister. He thought she was the cutest little girl on the whole earth, aside from Fee of course. He then turned around to see Natalie coming his way with a big smile on his face. "Okay! Le's play Nat!" he laughed, running over to her and giving her a big hug. She was fun to play with, that was obvious.

"C'mon Em," Axel said, following her out of the room. He wasn't sure if she was mad at him or not so he decided to figure it out. He followed her and once she stopped walking he put his arms around her from behind. He kissed her cheek then her neck. Apparently that did nothing for her, but he enjoyed it. "I love you," he whispered, then walked back downstairs. When she was ready, she'd come find him. Apparently she wanted some time alone, or something to that effect.

"Tha's righ' Ben! Don't unda'estimate me strangth," Finn chuckled, putting Benji in a headlock then ruffling his hair. Man it was good to be with Ben again. That whole time he was away was hard for everyone, especially because Axel was gone for a lot of that time as well. Now they were together again. He scowled at his friend as he laughed at the ball hitting him. "Ha ha, very funny," he said sarcastically.

Axel scowled at Benji then chuckled as he stepped off the last step to the basement. "Wait, you're calling us weird?" he asked in disbelief, pointing to himself and Col. "You should take a look in the mirror my friend," he laughed, nudging him. It was always good to joke around with Benji. Things just weren't the same without him.

"Good idea Bre!" Colton said excitedly, jumping up and punching the air. He had seen that on one of his kiddie television shows that he watched with Ember during the day when they were at home with mommy. "Ash! Nat! Wanna play Hide and Go Boo?" he asked the two of them. What a great idea Breanna had! He was excited now. His daddy would be able to help him hide, that was the plan.

Hearing his name, Ashton grabbed Natalie's hand and ran over to the group. "Yeah, le's play! Wanna play Nat?" he asked his friend. He kicked his football over into a corner, meaning he'd play with it later. For now, he was ready to play this game. He loved hiding. He and his dad played this quite a lot, when they weren't playing Gaelic football of course. He ran a hand through his pitch black hair, twilight blue eyes searching each of his friend's faces. He was a total replica of his father, that was a fact.

Finnegan chuckled at the little ones trying to get a game going. He studied the look on his son's face and smiled. He really did look a lot like him. He even shared his passion for Gaelic football, which Finn loved. He walked over to his wife and daughter, taking Alice from Eli and smiling at her. "'Ello my love," he said sweetly, kissing her on the cheek.

Axel sat down on one of the old couches that were stored in the basement and sighed. He looked around the room at all of the children and the adults and smiled. They were all together and it made everything that much better. They were finally at peace and that's all he could ever ask for.

Lainie blinked, glancing down at the remote and back to Vu. "Oops! See, that why these are for little boys. Little girls like LaihLaih is too eager!" She giggled with him. Without paying attention, the plane had landed itself onto the roof. Big oops. She frowned, biting her lip. The six year old barely murmured a "I sorry Vu.." She didn't want Kovu being mad at her, or upset. That was the last thing she wanted.

Earth tone eyes wandered back over to Vu, a faint smile appeared as he rubbed his eyes. She had noticed he did that alot, whenever they missed naptime. "Yes! We are," She nodded in agreement. Kovu's mummy was at the bottom of the tree, with Obie, Lainie could see when she looked down. "Okay we're comin!" She called back smiling happily, she shifted about preparing to climb on down. Lainie added, "I almost did, but it was fun!"

Halfway down, Lainie giggled upon catching what her older cousin said. "Yesss! Obs was watchin us!" She nodded her head in a definite way, jumping down from the lowest avaliabe branch (which was just a little taller than what she could jump to grab on the ground), and landed on her knees and hands.

He didn't shake her outstretched hand. Was he a dummy? or just didn't want to? Well then. Placing her hands on her hips, Melody's head titled to the side. It was already getting sore from having to look up so long. Remmy was a liiittle tiny bit taller than her mummy. "Tankyou; mummy thought so too." She responded, continuing the casual small talk. It made her feel like a big girl, didn't you know. At his question for her mother her eyebrows raised high, hiding under her bangs. Melody shook her head and said, "Mummy is not. I is this many" She paused, holding up four fingers. "Four, and mummy is not. Teh only boy around ish Granpee," Remmington had definitely cleared up her curiousity of why she didn't know him. Because obviously, he didn't know her mum too well either. "Mummy, I is going to get color books or a game. Someting," Melo added, now wandering out of the room without hesitation. She knew this house just as well as anyone else.

Why did she feel bad about him asking that? None of it should have mattered to her. Sure they hadn't talked in.. years, many of them, but whose fault was that? Okay, not necessarily his. But it wasn't hers either. Only after her twenty third birthday, because after that she had isolated herself, angrily, from any 'friends' she had left.

"Yes, my daughter." Rosaline repeated, her tone unusually not showing much to no emotion at all. If childhood Rosa did that, something was terribly wrong. But she was an adult now, and things changed. Melody answered before she could, Rosaline elaborated: "She means Grandpa. No, I'm not married." Nodding, her gaze followed the young one as she walked away from the room, off to explore and find something to entertain herself. Rosa looked back to Remmy upon what he said a laugh escaped her lips, responding rather amusedly "No. Don't flatter yourself Remmington." Her short red hair shook from side to side. "She knows not to take stuff from anyone except family unless I say otherwise. Not a very safe idea for her not to know that."

Ember nodded to show she agreed. Hide and go boo sounded fun, so why not. She had never played it before, but.. down here was too small of an area, "We's go upstaiws!" Embie declared, deciding that was the best idea. Plus, she wanted the older kids to play with them too. "Comey ona! We'sies goingy to pwaya upa upa upa!" Mummy and Sky and Fee were upstairs too. Even better.

Getting up, she said nothing else while crossing the room to the stairs. Of course, she was still too little and would get introuble for trying to go on the stairs without help. "MUMMYY!!"

"A net?" Elissa repeated, and continued cheekily. "All this time I thought it was Finn's head; see that's what you guys get for not teaching me that silly sport!" She supressed a laugh, grinning. Her attention was tugged away at the little voice. "Of course hun," Eli handed two granola bars over to Ethan, just in time to retort playfully "However said I was trying to be nice?" to Benji's comment about her throwing the ball at him.

As Finn took Alice from her arms, Ember began to shout for her mum's help. Knowing fully well Alice was perfectly safe with Finn, she went over and scooped the soon-to-be three year old up, taking her up the stairs and opened the door for her to escape down the hall, or wherever she pleased on the bottom floor. "I need to start dinner," Eli murmured reminding herself, she walked back down the stairs and paused a at the bottom to ask the children sweetly, "Anyone else want help getting upstairs?"

Alice started giggling away like crazy, as if someone had done something absolutely hilarious right infront of her. Though really, she was just ticklish. Her laughter stopped when Ashton walked away, twilight blue eyes curiously followed for a second till something else grabbed her attention. Suddenly she was being taken out of her mums arms, into someone elses. A big cutesy smile formed on her face, seeing her daddy. "Daaa!" Alice squealed through a giggle, clapping her hands.

Emmylyne signed, begining to feel guilty. She finished slicing the tomato like one would an apple, and placed the plate down on the dining room table for Obie when he came inside. Once she finished, she washed her hands and placed the knife in the sink. Checking on Felicity, and Skylar whom seemed still asleep in her playpen also located in the living room, Emmy patted Ember's head as she walked past and went downstairs herself.

She did love Axel too, there was no doubts there. And she wasn't necessarily mad, just being incredibly silly now. Even she wasn't sure why, either. Maybe just a little tired or something, whatever it was it didn't matter. Sneaking silently over to Axel from behind the couch, she could almost read his thoughts. To be honest though, it was merely because she knew him so well. At these times she could just tell. "Seven years ago you have expected any of this, huh?" Emmy said barely above a whisper, not wanting to disturb anyone elses conversations. It was true, seven years ago things were a worlds different. The second thing she was most greatful for, was that it wasn't awkward between her and Benji, after all that happened.

"Noooo, it's ok Laih." Kovu said with a big smile. It wasn't Lainie's fault that the plane had gotten stuck on the roof. Plus they could ask Mr. Uncle Axel to get down later. Shifting his leg so it was hanging off the branch Vu waited until Lainie was off her branch then jumped. Wobbling as he landed on the new branch, he was surprised that he hadn't slipped. Looking back toward the ground at Obie and his mum he nodded. "Yes! Obie is supervision, mčre." Vu called then grabbed a branch closer to him and began to make his way down.

Giggling at Laih as he reached the last brance he copied her and jumped down, landing the exact same way. "See? We ok." Vu said as he stood up. "Hi Obs!" He said with a wave then reached out to help Laih up.

Giggling just like her brother as Ashton gave her a hug Natalie was a bit surprised when he grabbed her hand and started running. Giving a confused look she looked back and forth between the twins and Ashton. "Hwide 'nd gwo boo? Yesh gaam!" Natalie said clapping happily. She loved the idea of playing games.

Giving another fake smile to Jenny at her answer Blair really couldn't stand her. She had never done anything wrong to Jenny yet it was obvious that the girl did not like her. It was also obvious that her question back to her wasn't that innocent. "Ohh pretty good. I mean I have been a mother for the pass 2 years. But I guess you would know that if you ever came around the house but I guess you're too busy doing....whatever." It wasn't like she was being mean or anything! That was the truth.

Cornelia looked down at Obie then back up at the tree watching the kids climb down. It was cute that Obie said he was "supervising" then but the tomato loving boy was barley older than Lainie and Kovu. "Thats nice of you Obie , and I'm not mad at them. I just don't want them to get hurt." Nelia explained simply. With so many children here it was bound that someone would get hurt. And they did not need to take a trip to St. Mungo's anything soon.

Turning a bit in the playpen Skylar's brown orbs fluttered open. Yawning the two year old blinked and began to sit up. Her daddy had put her to sleep late for her nap, but when she had fallen asleep it had been quite. Now she could here all the noise of the busy house. Looking around Sky saw that no one had noticed she was awake. How was she suppose to get out of here? The two year old let out a high pitched scream. "Out! Out! Out!" She yelled as tears began to fill her eyes.

"Oh...grandpa..yeah." Remmy muttered with a nod. He was surprised that Melody said there were no other boys around. Maybe her husband had died? If so Remmy was not gonna ask it. Watching as the four year old girl left the room Remmy wondered if they had been here before. Turning back to Rosa Remington blinked as she laughed. It was strange but for some reason he remembered that laugh. He had heard it so many times in his 1st and 2nd year....but that had been so long ago. It was a mystery how he still remembered.

"Yeah...I guess thats a good thing to teach her." How would he know?! He wasn't good with kids! Sure he was around them all the time but he still knew nothing about them. "You've changed." Remmy began slowly. "You're not so...bubbly as before."

Benjamin couldnt help but laugh at Finn. He was easily the strongest one here. But they never stopped him or Axel from wrestling with him. It was all good fun. He pushed him away playfully as the Irish man took him into a headlock. "Remind me to never get on your bad side, Mate." he chuckled, just as the ball came toward him. Blocking his head, the ball made contact with his shoulder. "Does my shoulder say net to you?" he called up to her with a lopsided grin.

Hearing Axel respond to his remark, Ben smirked. "Do you have a mirror? I wouldnt mind looking into one. I mean look at this!" he said and pointed to his face. Yeah he was being concited, but at least he wasnt a self conscience jerk. He had a small, but noticable, scar running along his chin. So he knew he wasnt a looker. But it was better to ignore his faults rather than shout them out to the world.

"Yeah! Looook at face!" Kadyn said and mimicked his daddy by pointing to his face. He then looked up as his daddy began to laugh hysterically. Did he say something funny? He scowled at him and stood up in his lap. "No laffing!" he said and put both his hands on his daddy's cheeks. He smushed them together and his face made the two year old began to laugh.

Breanna smiled as everybody said they wanted to play the game she suggested. She always played Hide-and-go-boo with her brothers at home. Well Danny didnt play it right because he never yelled boo, but he tried. "So we play upstairs?" she asked excitedly.

Ethan grinned as Colton called for Ash and Nat to play. That means more kids would be playing! The more the better. "Yesh Bre. We go pway upstirs!" the little boy said. That was one thing he did not share with his twin; the ability to pronunciate. But he didnt really care. He was only three after all. He got up from the place he was sitting and waited for Breanna to stand. We she did, he grabbed her hand and began for the stairs. He would of gotten help, but he knew with Bre's help, they would be able to get up by themselves.

Without Ethan, she had no idea how she wouldve been able to get up the stairs. But they had made it and she smiled triumphantly. She looked around for the others and wondered outloud, "Who is gonna be "It" first?"

Jenny squinted her eyes in anger. She bit down on her tounge from retorting right away. If she did, she would of regretted it severely. It wasnt that she didnt love Kadyn. He was adorable and was so much like Benji. She just hated being around Blair. Just being in her presence bugged the crap out of her. But she had been away from her brother for too long. It was the only reason why she was here today.

Jenny wasnt going to stand Blair being rude like this though. Yeah maybe she was just stating a simple fact, but she didnt take it that way. She after all had stayed away to stay out of trouble. But here was Blair now, provoking her. She opened her mouth, just as she felt a hand on her back.

Jodie appeared with a wiggling little girl in her arms. She held onto her until she was sure she was in the right house, then released her daughter, who took off running as soon as her feet touched the ground. The older woman could do nothing but shake her head. How she ended up with two hyper kids, she will never know. But she loved them more than anything.

She looked around the busy house and noticed two people more quicker than anybody else. Jodie was actually a little suprised to see her sister here. It wasnt hard to miss the tension coming from the two of them, so she walked over to them and placed her hand on Jenny's shoulder. "Hello Jen. Blair. Can you help me find Obie? I need to give him his snow boots." she asked her sister innocently.

When Jenny agreed, Jodie smiled. At least she was cooperating. "Do try and have a good time here, huh? Dont just fight with Blair. Its not good for you, you know?" she whispered to her. Jenny just scowled and looked the other way. But she did see her nod her head. That was all she asked for.

As people began moving upstairs, Ben scooped Kadyn up into his arms and walked up the steps, watching out for other kids. He walked toward the living room, but somebody caught his eye. "Jodie! I didnt know you were coming!" he said a cheerful smile spreading on his lips. As Kadyn began to squirm, he set the two year old on the floor.

"Im not Ben. Im just dropping of Phoebe and Obie's snow boots. I have to go, but can you gives these to him?" she asked and handed over the green snow boots. She gave her brother a hug and kissed him on the cheek. She then squeezed Jenny's arm and dissapparted.

As soon as they were upstairs, Kadyn wiggles around so he could get down. He was thirsty now. When he was on two feet, he wondered into the kitchen and found his mommy. "Mommmmmmy!" the two year old squealed and ran toward her. He put his hands up to show he wanted to be picked up. "I thirsty." he smiled at her.

Phoebe began to squirm in her mama's arms as soon as she had been picked up. She felt her arms tighten around her as they began to apparate. When she opened her eyes again they werent at home. Down! Down! Down! Finally her mama let her down, and the two year old was off. Where was Obie now? Where was that boy?! She looked around stubbornly for him, until she found him walking through the back door. "Obieeeeeeee!" the two year old squealed with excitment and ran straight into him with her arms wide.

Obie smiled up at the two in the tree as he said they were supervising them. He was slightly older than the both of them, but they didnt seem to care one bit. "Ok Mrs. Cadieux. I understand." he said politely. He did get why she was saying that. They could get hurt up in the high tree, but it was what kids did. They climbed trees, they fall out trees, they climb trees again. It was just something they did.

"Hey Vu! Did you make that plane?" he asked as they began walking back into the house. He felt bad that the plane was now stuck on the roof, but he knew they would be able to get it down eventually. Just as he walked through the door, he heard his name being screamed. He looked around, just in time for his little sister to smack dab into him. "Phoebs!" he said with a wide grin and picked her up. He swung her in a circle and set her down. Watching her giggle, he wondered if his mama had remembered to bring his snow boots.
