Wizarding World of Harry Potter names patented & trademarked?

A couple months ago several Harry Potter-related names appeared on the US Patent and Trademark Office website, creating speculation that they may be used at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, which is currently under construction at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida and is scheduled to open sometime next year.

Quote:

- Most notably, the name “Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey” is filed under “Entertainment services in the nature of an amusement park ride.” It may be safe to assume that this will be the name of the large new ride that is being constructed in the back of the park.

- Likewise, listed under the same category are “Flight of the Hippogriff” and “Dragon Challenge,” which are likely going to be the new names for the existing Flying Unicorn and Dueling Dragons rides.

- Four other trademark names are also listed. “Owl Post” and “Dervish and Banges” are categorized as retail stores. “Hogsmeade Village” is listed as “Entertainment services in the nature of an amusement park attraction, namely, a themed area.” “Magic Neep” is categorized under “Restaurant services, namely, providing of food and beverages for consumption.”

A logo was also trademarked, indicating that it may possibly be used within the park and/or on merchandise. That may be seen here;

Maybe they'll put in like a "Zonko's joke shop" that would be cool but so far sounds like it might be good

i am so excited for this park! I would certainly hope there would be several shops, at least.

oh gosh... i'm absolutly terrified of rollercoasters... but if it's a HARRY POTTER rollercoaster...

That's awesome and I also like the idea of a Harry Potter themed place at Universal Studios (Florida). I would love to go Florida and visit its Unversal Studios; I've been to one here in my home state of California.

Er.. the logo is old. Really old. It was already on the Dutch Harry Potter-books.
