It is described as a very small tax - sometimes as low as 0.005 percent - on banks, edge funds and other financial institutions, which would raise potentially billions of pounds that would go to help fight poverty and climate change all around the world. The video has just been released, in which Tom and fellow British actors Sir Ben Kingsley, Noel Clarke, Joe Dempsie, and more display how much of a difference a small percentage can make. It can be viewed below. <object width="640" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/M18_Yi9hVm4&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/M18_Yi9hVm4&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="385"></embed></object> http://www.snitchseeker.com/gallery/...26_47990_n.jpg
