After picking up the Outstanding Contribution to Cinema BAFTA award last night, J.K. Rowling, David Heyman, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson spoke to BAFTA about the recognition and what it meant for the Harry Potter series over the years. When asked if she ever pictured the actors while writing her books, Jo Rowling joked that she could imagine Rupert while she put Ron Weasley in embarrassing situations. When Emma once asked her, years ago, if she would have to kiss Rupert down the line, Jo confessed that if the story had gone the way she had it in mind, Emma would have to kiss both Rupert and Daniel Radcliffe. Emma's reacted years ago by falling over laughing. That can be viewed here.

The anecdote between Emma and Jo about the former's on-screen kisses was also mentioned during the press room conference after the cast and crew received the award. That segment, as well as a short interview with Rowling on the red carpet, can be viewed here, via BAFTA.

UDPATE: J.K. Rowling was asked what she thought of the idea of creating a Harry Potter theme park in the U.K.

lol.. that was funny ..

so Jo had planned years ago that she would made her kiss both of the boys..
