Video: First preview of Emma Watson's "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" trailer
A preview of the trailer for Emma Watson's upcoming drama, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, which will fully debut at this Sunday's MTV Movie Awards, was posted by MTV. In it, the first look at Emma as character Sam, with American accent and all, discusses her and her friends' adolescent woes.
That clip, and two new promos from the feature via the Huffington Post and Summit Entertainment, of Harry Potter actress Emma with costar Logan Lerman and Ezra Miller, can be seen below. Summit informed SnitchSeeker that high-resolution versions will be sent over sometime later today, and we will update as soon as we receive them.
Summit is also slowly revealing the poster for the feature, which can be found in bits via their official Facebook page.
Quote:
"Why do I and everyone I love pick people who treat us like we're nothing?" asks Sam.
"We accept the love we think we deserve," Charlie answers.
The Perks of Being a Wallflower is set for a September 14, 2012 limited theatrical release.
Haha! so excited to hear Emma's American accent. She's good but it's obvious she's getting a hard time twisting that tongue of hers. Hehe...But for a British girl who's soo soo fluent in British accent to speak in American tongue? Kudos to her
I love her accent-it is very sweet sounding and very, very American She nails it. I cant imagine how hard that must be for Emma-she has a very posh British accent (lovely accent ) and to do the Pittsburgh, East Coast accent, not easy!!!! I am dying for this movie!!! She looks awesome as Sam!!
