Video: Chris Columbus talks Moaning Myrtle in Ultimate Edition Chamber of Secrets
In the Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets Ultimate Edition's Blu-ray picture-in-picture commentary from director Chris Columbus, new behind-the-scenes footage of Harry, Ron, and Hermione brewing the Polyjuice Potion in Moaning Myrtle's bathroom is revealed. Chris discusses how he went about casting Myrtle, and his surprise and awe at finding an actress like Shirley Henderson, who went on to portray the young ghost haunting the first floor girl's toilets in the series. The footage shows a bit of the magic as to how the ghost of Myrtle was filmed alongside Dan Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson.
