SnitchSeeker.com - Photos: Tom Felton admits trying to get J.K. Rowling to reveal 'Fantastic Beasts' film info

SnitchSeeker attended the ever-anticipated Hogwarts Reunion panel event with Tom Felton, James and Oliver Phelps, and - in his inaugural fan convention appearance - Rupert Grint, at Fan Expo Canada on Saturday.

While the actors talked about some of their best times (and least favourite Harry Potter characters and deaths), Tom let up this little tidbit about the upcoming Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them series at the panel discussion.

Tom Felton revealed that he spoke to J.K. Rowling about two months ago and tried to get information about Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, and while she wouldn't tell him much, she joked that he and other Harry Potter actors would have background roles.

• Tom said he wished that they'd have the ghosts more in the movies.
• Tom was talking about how he dyed his hair brown to be Harry then ginger to be Ron before he was given Draco.
• Rupert talked about how Tom was the reason why he was in Ed Sheeran'ss 'Lego House' music video because he connected them.
• Tom said (probably jokingly) how he doesn't like Dobby too much and he doesn't understand his death. He says his least favourite character who is dead is Dobby because of how he looks.
• Oliver said his least favourite dead character was Hedwig because on set of the second movie there was a evil owl in the car.
• Rupert said his least favourite dead character was Aragog (obviously).
• James said his least favourite death is obvious (Fred) and Tom jokingly called his character George by accident.
• Tom said they couldn't take anything at the end is filming and the security would check their cars. So, there was a running gag that they would tie Dan[iel Radcliffe] up and put him in the back of the trunk and wait for the security to find him. He said Dan was up for it but they never did it.

All four actors will be at Fan Expo Canada on Sunday to participate in autograph and photo sessions as well. SnitchSeeker has videos of the panels and will post those soon.
