The opening night of
It's Only A Play, costarring Rupert Grint, took place in New York City on Thursday evening. Photos of the
Harry Potter actor with his stage costars, including Stockard Channing, Matthew Broderick, Megan Mullally, Nathan Lane, F. Murray Abraham and Micah Stock, and at the after-party celebration at the Mariott Marquis, can be found below.

There may be a chance that
It's Only A Play's run could extend beyond its January 4, 2015 run date, as noted by Broadway.com on Friday. Though the extension, if it were to happen, would not be that long, as the Schoenfeld Theatre is already booked for Helen Mirren's play The Audience beginning February 17, 2015. No confirmation yet on the extension, though given the high demand for fans and spectators to see the play, there's no surprise.

A spokesperson for Terrence McNally's comedy said: "The producers would love nothing more than to extend. The demand for tickets remains incredible this morning."
