In last week's hour-long episode of The Office, which aired after the Superbowl, inept boss Michael Scott, portrayed by Steve Carell, held a roast (an honorary dinner where guests make fun of the honoree) for himself to encourage his employees to be completely honest with him. During the roast, one employee (Kelly) went up to the podium and listed all the people (and things) she would rather kiss than Michael.
