I love this picture. I am glad that they added this to the movie. I always wanted to know about him in prision. JK kind of leaves him in prision & no more is said about him until Voldermolt(sp) breaks him out of prision( I also want to see the actual breakout in the movie (DH). That was another bone of contention with me with DH no mention of LM in HBP really. But, all of a sudden he is at home & there is no mention of how he really got out. But, I just love this pic. Thanks for posting it.

It's not. It was filmed for OotP and was subsequently cut.

Jason Isaacs spoke about filming this for OotP a long time ago. Warner Brothers are strictly controlling pictures, so there's not much chance a random hi-res HBP pic would be found without them releasing it.

I totally agree. But, Mr. Malfoy has alwaysbeen a fav of mine. & happy to see that they cast the perfect man for that job. jason I. goes very under the radar. But, he is a great actor ( & an even better villian) He is just wonderful in Brotherhood.

I did not realize that the pic was from OOTP. I thought is was for HBP which, by the way they could still use a clip( if they every filmed anything) from OOPT to attache it too the start of HBP. We, all know that he is in prision & about the be busted out by Tom Riddle.
