Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix was named the most lent out individual book title in a recent survey conducted in the UK. Quote:
Although Potter author JK Rowling did not get a place in the top 20 borrowed writers, Order of the Phoenix was named the most lent out individual title.
Popular author, Jacqueline Wilson topped the chart as the most borrowed author from public libraries.

I borrowed all the hp books in Spanish, I didn't really want to buy them in Spanish. They were in good condition too.

They used to take so long, that I started to miss the books...
So in the end I stopped lending them...

Ottery, i dont see whats so wrong about borrowing the series. I have been borrowing them since when they first came out, just in January i bought OOTP. I borrowed it because i wanted to read it as soon as it came out and not pay a hefty price, well i have been waiting a few years for the price to go down, but anyway, the library is there for you to use it.
