We currently have some vacancies for news moderators and would like you guys to apply for the job! There are about 2 or 3 positions available. The job includes: Quote:
* Checking email tips/answering queries about news
* Posting articles
* Uploading pictures
* Moderating the forum
Preferably you need to be able to get online several times a week. However, the bigger the team, the less time you have to be online and working individually.
The requirements are: Quote:
* good spelling, punctuation and grammar skills
* time to commit/be commited
* the ability to work in a team & communicate with others
* an interest in the news

* education/occupation
* any relevant info [say if you've done something similar before]
* a news article written by yourself

It's actually preferable that people who apply are on at different times to Lissy and I. But a good grasp on the English language is vital though nationality doesn't bother me.

Yeah, I am so applying for this. I would love to be able to have an online role in the community like this. I am currently majoring in english at university, so hopefully that will help me in my application.

Don't fret to apply because of certain reasons unless they would effect you from doing this particular job. Also don't apply just so you can be a mod, Emma would most preferably want people who would be devoted workers to the news section.
I would also like to add you would be a News Moderator with the light pink username. Hence you won't have full moderator privledges, just enough to work the news.
