They are illegal in most places and imply that a body isn't natural and that a person like Stan needs drugs to pump up his body. Stan is quite good looking to me, and built in the way that I like. Scrawny isn't for me. And I think you misunderstood my earlier post. Or I'm misunderstanding you... whichever. Heh. What I meant was nothing against Dan, I'm sure to young people his body is quite the good thing. I'm 25 however, and, not so much looking at Dan in that way. But what I was trying to say is that for some reason the body in the bathtub looked... I dunno... fake. It just didn't seem to match the other pictures. Like say the one we saw of them at the Hogwarts lake.

Not technically, no. However, the films have to be more visual. The hug between Harry and Hermione is to set off the stuff with Rita. The audience, if they don't read the books, will probably wonder how Rita came to the conclusion. Seeing a platonic hug between H/Hr gives them the reason and Rita the reason. But the tension lies between R/Hr... they will see the jealousy from Ron...

well of course if you are 25 you are looking for someone your age, that's normal that you don't fell any attraction for a 16 year old kid!

but for me Stan body looks too much, maybe becoz I am younger but to me he is too big!! he is alright looking but nothing out of this word.

Yep but in PoA there were too many touchy scenes, they embraced each other too much, I know there were scenes with Ron and Hermione but there were too much H/Hr.

And so far what I have read from people who went to the GoF screening there are only two scenes where we see some kind of tension between R/HR, at the Ball and right after the ball, but after that NOTHING, that annoys me a little bit.
But I guess we are going to have to wait till movie 7

There was a review by someone who had never read the books and didn't know what shipping was and said that it was obvious to them, after seeing GoF, that R/Hr were going to get together. I think that is much more accurate than other reviews simply because they're not tainted by their own pre-concieved notions. :)

Cho's dress is awesome! Beats Hermione's pink frothy concoction anytime...some of the Beauxbatons girls look older than school-age IMO...and Madame Maxime still seriously freaks me out.

I just saw the pic of Ron and McGonagall, Rupert looks stiff in that picture, it looks like this scene is going to be funny, and his scare face, I think is more scary face of Rupert, ah I didn't like it at all, he doesn't look good. :erm:

Yeah, the trio's pic with Mr.Weasley by the tent -- that shows the real disparity between Dan and Rupert's height. And the Ron/Hermione pic shows the difference between Rupert's and Emma's height.

I'm glad the trio is in character with regard to the heights -- the twins are another story tho :blink:

Wow! I haven`t seen so good images for so long!!! Especoally Harry in the bath, I like that! He`s looks like he`s thinking hard and is far from this place. And in the maze, it`s really horror a little - the fog, the lonely harry`s figure in it...great!

I agree. David Tennant is really cute. It's not just the bad boy syndrome. I too prefer Cho's dress. I think the girls look older because as the 4th yars are 15, 16 and 17 they had to cast older characters older so they look older than the trio who are older than their characters. Does that make sense?

But a lot of it is because Hermione is either scared or worried. The werewolf scenes, pre-first task, post-second task, at the QWC -- they're all linked to danger and fear. So it's not romantic.

There's a lovely moment in PoA when they're sat by the forest. Fluffy music starts playing and bats start to fly around but then buckbeak leeps up and bites one. That scene could have been romantic up until where Buckbeak eats a live animal. See the technique there? By doing that the scene is ridden of any romantic implications.
