Hogwarts RPG Name: Marcella Riddle Graduated | Kaplinski Rival Sorting Hat Machine
Then I hope to the high heavens that no-one is stupid enough to ask her. She is just too old.

I agree. I don't want to see her get the part either.
I think I would be a good Cho. I look like her, and I have the british accent, even though I'm not British. I'm american. That really sucks.
A friend of mine, her sister sent a letter to the publications and asked to be in the movie as an extra or something. They replied with a rejection lettter.
OH well. We're gonna just have to wait and see now won't we!!! :whisle:

Being a big Neighbours fan I have watched Michelle Ang this year playing Lori. I think she is way too old for the HP movies. Daniel Radcliffe is what 14 and Michelle Ang is 20 - way too old looking in my opinion to be cast as a 15 year old. Plus she doesn't look like Cho to me (as i've pictured her in my head) - not pretty enough
But hey that's just my opinion

erm....i think that speaking a GooD english would be the problem.... Cho chang is an Asian and her accent would be different unless she is a girl who does have that kind of an accent (British accent)..... to me, as long as i can understand what she(Cho Chang) is talking about in the film..movie! Or else i won't know what she's trying to say.... AcCenT!!?? |

To nsyncrockerchic :
Actually she wasn't in "Crouching Tiger Hiddern Dragon", you're either thinking of Michelle Yeoh or the younger actress Zhang ZiYi...

| | Guest | I really hope they don't cast her. She is too old and I would hate to see harry kiss her on screen knowing he is soo much younger than her in real life. They should concentrate on finding a younger, brittish actress for the part. | |

I think so too.
plus she's not english, i really think they should chose a british/asian part for the role... (and someone YOUNG)
mind you we do speak with a british sort of accent in NZ anyway and Percy's role was given to a kiwi/brit... :whisle:
