Jason Isaacs talks Deathly Hallows Malfoy Manor & Voldemort filming (UPDATED)
 

Actor Jason Isaacs was recently interviewed on BBC Radio 5, promoting the DVD release of his feature Good, during which he spoke about having done work on Deathly Hallows.

Jason admits that he has filmed scenes for Malfoy Manor already (confirmed to have taken place last month), and that in a month's time he will be partaking in scenes involving Ralph Fiennes' character, Lord Voldemort. He also talks about Lucius Malfoy's mental state and power status at the beginning of the final films. The interview can be heard below:

Jason Isaac is just awesome. He portrays the prefect Lucius. His fall from 'evil' grace in the next film will be great to watch. I think the scene after the final battle, with him in the Great Hall with Draco and Narcissa will be interesting to watch, also.
This last installment will be great to watch. I CAN'T WAIT.

Nice interview! He is very suitable for that role, Lucius Malfoy. I am looking forward to see him in DH.

I got goosebumps about Malfoy Manor- that is my favorite scene in the book and just cant wait to see how they will portray on screen...Jason Issacs is AMAZING as Lucius and really am looking forward to seeing him as well the whole DH movies!!!!!!! :-)

I can't believe the movies are almost over ... OMG! Still they split it in two so it can't be that bad ... the films, however, might ... :whistle:

Lucius will always be cool in my book, the evil cool kind of way, you know? And I hope Jason plays many other villains to come ... like in Peter Pan and The Patriot ... :yes:

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this man. Love him even more that he truly *knows* the books and his character (unlike other older HP actors I will not name). Not to mention, he's still smokin' hot at his age.

Jason Issacs is one of my favorite actors and I'm not ususally one who adulates movie stars. He seems so down to earth and is very good each and every time I've seen him in a different role.

Ooh I can't wait to see these scenes in the movie - is it awful of me to want to see Lucius get what he deserves?! But the thought of everyone finishing up on the movies is sad...

Nice interview, I think he'll do a spectacular job in these two movies, I can imagine Lucius being more like Wendy's father in Peter Pan (who he played), trembling and nervous!

The great thing about the HP films is not only that they're awesome but they have found actors and actresses who are completely perfect for the roles!!! Jason IS Lucius :D.He was also Hook,bless him
