J.K. Rowling answered a few questions from fans regarding the Harry Potter series on Friday morning, including when Luna Lovegood's birthday is, and why Wormtail ended up in Gryffindor (something she also explained on Pottermore).

I don't know where you're getting that she 'doesn't care'
Considering she's wishing that user a happy Eid Mubarak.
has mention that people of all Faiths have a place at Hogwarts.
and called out some bigots who were being islamophobic.
I'd say she cares quite a lot, and is respectful about it.

I'd say she cares quite a lot, and is respectful about it. I think that's exactly what Alicia/FearlessLeader19 means, actually. She's saying that JKR doesn't care what religion you adhere to, she still respects you and is glad you're a fan of the books.
