Helena Bonham-Carter cast as Enid Blyton in biopic
 

Actress Helena Bonham-Carter (Bellatrix Lestrange) has been cast as novelist Enid Blyton in a BBC4 biopic, author of such famed children's tales as The Famous Five, The Secret Seven, Malory Towers and Noddy. On choosing to accept the role, Helena had this to say:

The film is in production now and will air on BBC4 at the end of the year. We will have more information on it when it is made available.
