| The aim is to narrow the list down to 10 moments to mark the 21st anniversairy of the Hay-on-Wye literary festival. Viewers of the channel will be able to vote for their favourites. Quote:
A spokesman for Sky Arts said: “These are our proposed 21 events but we invite objections and recommendations. We will conduct a UK survey and reveal the results in the week before the festival.”
