Harry Potter actors donate art to benefit Great Ormond Street Hospital cardiac ward Several Harry Potter actors, including Alan Rickman (Snape), Helena Bonham Carter (Bellatrix), and Bill Nighy (Scrimgeour), donated art in support of the Great Ormond Street Hospital in the U.K., where proceeds from their sales will go to benefit an extension to their cardiac ward, allowing four new beds in the bay. The art pieces - of which 13 celebrities donated overall - will be on display and for auction at Daphne's restaurant in London, as part of the Daphne's Drawings: Celebrity Art Exhibition For Great Ormond Street running from now until October 1, free to the public for viewing. The art is available for purchase at £1,000 each, and all of the proceeds will go towards the hospital's ward. A couple of art pieces were released online, including those of Carter and Rickman, and can be seen here. Set against a blue sky, [Helena Bonham Carter's] balloons are made up of lists of the things loved by her two children – Billy, nine, and Nell, five, with film director Tim Burton. http://www.snitchseeker.com/gallery/...rmal_72427.jpg Actor Alan Rickman designed hearts to look like flowers in a vase Quote:
