Today - Tuesday, September 22nd, we would like to wish a Very Happy 22nd Birthday to Tom Felton, the actor who portrays Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter films! He's been portraying the Slytherin since the first movie, but has also starred in many other films including The Disappeared, The Borrowers, Anna and the King, and his upcoming film, Grace and Danger.
