Half-Blood Prince run time listed at 140 minutes
 

The Internet Movie Database has recently listed the run time for the final cut of Half-Blood Prince at 140 minutes (2 hours, 20 minutes). However, there has been no confirmation from Warner Bros. on this news, which we will update with when it is made available (we are currently awaiting it).

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will be released in theatres July 17, 2009. International release dates for the sixth film can be viewed here.

Okay, about the same as all the other ones...it's a pretty good length for a movie!

I wouldnt take this too seriously. Imdb always puts up wrong information about films. So maybe.

That doesn't seem that long. From the trailers, to me anyway, it looks like it might be longer. They can't cram all of that in, and the stuff we haven't seen. At least close to three hours, I hope.

Cool. it's only 2 minutes longer than OOTP...but then again HBP is a much shorter book.

yeah its just a little bit longer than OOTP..but thats fine. You know they are going to try and keep it as short as they can!
