Half-Blood Prince cast & crew to honour Robert Knox at premiere
 

The Half-Blood Prince cast and crew will honour the memory of Robert Knox (Marcus Belby), who lost his life in a pub brawl last year, by wearing white ribbons on their wrists at the UK premiere tomorrow. Daniel Radcliffe, Bonnie Wright and David Yates commented on Rob and his tragic passing;

its so sad, he was so young and its not fair
it is great what the cast are doing for him,

This is really sad and I think it's very sweet of the actors and filmmakers to honor him this way.

It's really unfair that he died so young.

Its a real shame what happened to robert..
he was young and talented and obviously had a lot goin for him in life..
the stabbings in the uk have been terrible.. roberts just an example of inocent people being affected by these idiots who think its big to go fighting with knives its descracefull i think..
and i beleive robert was breaking up the fight or was just trying to protect his brother or something ?

Its such a lovely thing for them to do, Now - I don't believe in Heaven as most picture it, But Robert will be sat on a fluffy white cloud watching them tomorrow with thanks and love for them all.

Thats too bad for someone like Rob to lose his life at such a young age:(, and especially when you start a great career like that, Im sure he'll be there tomorrow watching and :yes:thats so great what there doing for him and his family!!!:rip:

I remember reading about this when it happened. Its amazing that the cast and crew care enough to do thi in memory of him, even though he didn't have a huge part. I'm betting his family and friends are so grateful for the cast and crew doing this in his memory. They'll be very pleased!

That's so saddd :/ I'm glad they're going to honor him.

It will be a great honor for his family. Yates is right when he says what a terrible waste for Rob losing his life the way that he did.

*Sniffle* I'm going to end up crying when I see him in the film, I just know it.
