A few new updates for the production of
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them have revealed some of the construction sets around Leavesden Studios, home of the
Harry Potter film series, including a mass green screen set. Those images of sets that might stand in for 1920s New York City, taken this week can be seen below.
A production assist revealed via her Instagram page that Monday was day one of
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them's production (at least for her - no word yet on when official filming begins for the series).
Finally, a casting site put up an announcement for extras in the London and Liverpool, UK areas for a 'Huge Hollywood Film' that will film this fall. This isn't confirmed for
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them as of yet, but given the secretive title, the film dates, and the types of extras being cast, it very well could be.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, starring Eddie Redmayne, Katherine Waterston, Alison Sudol and Dan Fogler, hits theaters in November 2016.
