Ahhhh! Butterbeer!?!!??!?!!?!!!!???!!! YAY! I found the recipe on some website and it tasted AWFUL, but I'm almost 100% sure I made it wrong! I can't wait for a good version of butterbeer!

i think JKR said something about it tasting like butterscotch or something. in any case she didnt sound to thrilled about it either.

Which begs the question, how do you keep things authentic when the law differs in regards to alcohol, on either side of the Atlantic.

my guess is that they will be following the laws in Florida. it may be an HP theme park, but when it comes to food, its essentially a restaurant that must obtain permits from the state government.

I know. I'm just pointing out that it won't be as authentic as they're aiming for, what with the laws, the climate, the undoubtedly shoddy accents etc...
