The Theme Park Insider has a new interview with Steve Jayson, Universal Orlando's executive chef who oversees all the resort's food operations. He talks briefly about the plans for the food at the Harry Potter section of the park. Quote:
"We've visited Scotland to get a real close, personal look at the cuisine that they eat," Jayson said. "We're going to have one restaurant that's going to have a nice selection of items that you would probably expect to see in that vein of cooking, and I think it is going to be great."
Quote:
"Pumpkin juice, butterbeer," Jayson laughed. "All those great beverages, we are working on a lot of different things."
The theme park is scheduled to open in late 2009.

Ahhhh! Butterbeer!?!!??!?!!?!!!!???!!! YAY! I found the recipe on some website and it tasted AWFUL, but I'm almost 100% sure I made it wrong! I can't wait for a good version of butterbeer!
