Emma is a pretty girl, but she is only 16 and not a woman. She should never have been put on this list. I agree with a lot of people who stated that this is morally wrong. In the U.S. this would be illegal, if she were 18, then it is somewhat ok because by law she would be an adult. This is just attracting pedophiles. Shame on the editor who put her on the list.

I think this is slightly sickening. Teenagers should not even be thought of as sexy by anyone. I realize she is of age in the UK, but it doesn't change the fact that she is only 16. She should be on the most beautiful list, because she is indeed, she is a very beautiful, pretty young woman, she is still a child tho! UK or US, 16 is too young to make the list. I'm just glad she was 98, any higher and I would find it even more disgusting. I am in no way happy for her, being "sexy" to old men is not something to be proud of.
