Daniel Radcliffe out of The Amateur Photographer, Broadway.com's Star of the Year
 

Daniel Radcliffe commented on a movie role he was attached to earlier this year with Total Film magazine, where he mentioned that he may no longer be part of the comedy, The Amateur Photographer. SnitchSeeker has just received confirmation from the film's production company, Double Hope Films, that Dan is definitely no longer attached to the project, citing that the Harry Potter star is "too old for the role now."

Additionally, Dan was chosen by fans as Broadway.com's Star of the Year for his hit run in the revival of How to Succeed in Business Without Trying this past year. Dan's costars from the musical, including John Larroquette and Rose Hemingway, commended the actor on his recognition - one he also received in 2008 when he hit the Broadway stage for Equus. Congratulations to Dan on that honour.

Dan and John will be leaving the musical early next week; and for that, the team behind How to Succeed compiled a video montage featuring fan praise for the pair as they say their farewell in January. That can be viewed here.

But how is he too old? Come now, Dan played a 17 year old wizard when he was 20 and he still looks quite young a lot of the time, silly people.

So glad I got to see How to Succeed...adorable. And I wish Dan could still be in Amateur Photographer...but I guess I know what they're saying. He has grown up quite a bit in the last year.
