Dan Radcliffe to auction Equus jeans Starting today Dan Radcliffe will be auctioning the jeans he has worn in his matinee performances of Equus, for the next two weekends running. The Lucky Brand trousers will raise funds for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. The items will also be autographed. So far the production has raised tens-of-thousands of dollars, some of that money coming from shirts that Dan has auctioned from his own back. If anyone attends the matinee performance today, November 29th or December 6th, please let us know how much the jeans sell for! Source: DR.com |

Yeah it is so interesting that just because he wore it , it is so special. If I tried to do that.....well, nobody would feel the same way. But it is great that it is going to a great cause and hopefully will do some good. But I think that I will forgo the auction for now, I'd be fine with a signature..... |

I find great that they want to rase money for good causes, but a pair of jeans?? what do you do with that?? what are you supposed to do with a pair of sweety jeans, for which you pay a lot??? :) :D I find it pretty funny.....just think about it many people are looking forward that pair of jeans!! :D And of course is pretty funny to think that people sell everything famous people touch.....XD |

I think it's cool that Dan is auctioning clothes for charity, especially charities that fight against AIDs. I hope that the jeans raise a lot of money for such worthy causes. |
