For example, my most recent brain baby, Romario, is a Healer for the Tutshill Tornadoes. He was born in the Caribbean - Barbados, to be exact. Alongside traditional Healer training, he also studied Spirit Magic and Folklore, both of which are areas that hold particular significance within Caribbean culture and traditions.
I've always loved seeing different cultures represented in the wizarding world whether it be canon or character creations from RPers. It makes the setting feel richer, more authentic, and reflective of the many ways people experience and understand magic :love: |
