slipstick's arts and crafts. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...HPIM0040-1.jpg Hat for transfer student from Texas with hat band in Griffindor colors. I wore it to GoF and two teenage girls I’d never met before asked to have their pictures taken with me. Make a cone by cutting out black felt and white buckram (as a liner for stiffness) and hot gluing. Stick on crown of black Stetson. Band is made from #8 seed beads brick stitched on a bead loom. Here is the pattern with X for gold and O for red. XXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXX XOOOOOOO OXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXX XXOOOOOO OOXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXX XXXOOOOO OOOXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXX XXXXOOOO OOOOXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXX XXXXXOOO OOOOOXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXX XXXXXXOO OOOOOOXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXXOOOOOOOX XXXXXXXO OOOOOXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXX XXXXXXOO OOOOXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXX XXXXXOOO OOOXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXX XXXXOOOO OOXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXX XXXOOOOO OXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXX XXOOOOOO XXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXXOOOOOOOXXXXXXX XOOOOOOO The break about one sixth the length from the right end is a trick of the forum software. Do not put in any spaces. |
