Rebecca smiled at him "Well, going round the divisions, keeping an eye on them, y'know" she grinned "And then afterwards, frree time" she winked at him

Eeeeeenteresting. Maybe he should kiss his bosses more often. Then, he shuddered at the thought of Syd. Scratch that plan.

"Seems like you know what you want ma'm. I'd be more than willing to help if you need me to do so."

Free time. He laughed at that remark, and bent down closer to her ear.

"Define free time, and how that would be used."

Rebecca grinned at him "Becky" she reminded him "I was hoping you would say that" she told him honestly, blushing as he leant down to her "Free time, your own time, and used however you want to use it" she wiggled her eyebrows at him and then laughed, resisting the urge to kiss him again.

Excellent. Maybe he didn't need to rely on his good looks the whole time, anyway. This way, he could prove that he wasn't just some pretty boy. He was very smart - and now he could show it.

"I'm pretty sure you knew I couldn't resist."

Rebecca grinned at him "I wondered" she admitted as she looked up at him towering over her "So, what would you be doing in your free time?" she asked him almost nonchalantly.

Kris pondered for a moment before answering. He knew the answer that she wanted to hear, but he might as well prolong it.

"I do need to get to know other people in the Ministry. I know a few, and my best friend is Blake. So others, besides him and you, that is. And when I'm not being social with others? It would depend on what I had to do."

Or wanted to do. To find her and sneak off for a little while? Hmm...

Rebecca grinned at him "Getting to know others is always good..." she smiled "I'm not going to force you to do anything" she put her hands up in a surrendering position Yet she added on silently with a smile that would make most people fall to their knees in front of her.

Kris raised one eyebrow and smirked as he watched this woman. She was very hypnotic in a way, but this was something he was used to with women. They would do that often around him, and it was fun.

"Not yet, at least."

He took her hands and linked his fingers with hers and pulled her closer. Letting them drop, he ran a hand along the side of her face gently.

Rebecca felt him pull her closer, she wasn't complaining, she simply looked up at him, still grinning "No, not yet" she laughed a silvery laugh and she wrapped her arms around him happily, she always got what she wanted, being the only woman with power in this department

Hmm. Not what he had planned. But was he going to complain?

"I don't think so Becky," he said, grinning. "You're too eager."

He backed away from her and pulled himself up into one of the trees and placed himself on a rather thick branch that had room on it for two.

"Care to join?"

Rebecca's face fell as he pulled away and climbed up onto a branch "Nice, you pass the test" she laughed hiding her disappointment "Yeah, sure" she smiled and she pulled herself up onto the branch sitting next to him "So... now what?" she asked as she smiled around at the forest.

"Let's just sit here for a bit. Watch what goes on. Look, you can see the camp from here."

Kris placed one arm around her and pointed with the other towards their campsite. It was nice to just sit up there, with the gentle breeze. He pulled her closer to him - he knew she would like that.

Rebecca's heart fluttered as he pulled her closer, she loved this, she knew he was playing around, and he just wanted the job, but, still, it was nice to sit there, leaning against him, breathing in his sweet smell "It looks nice" she smiled as she leant on him, her head on his shoulder. Hopefully, he would pull her into a real hug. Soon maybe.

"Well a little sad but interesting." Zoey said with a smile. "Did your dad leave or something, is that why you didnt know he was dead?" Zoey asked eager to find out more about this new person she just met.

"And look, there's Syd."

Kris pointed again towards their head boss and smiled. He turned to look back at Rebecca and continued to smile. He used the arm around her to pull her into a hug.

Ella was hesitating. Should she tell Zoey things she might not want others to know? Could she trust her with this information, knowing in the end she very much might hurt this friendship Zoey has given to her?

"He never left us, my mom left him. I don't know the deeper reason, only that my mom wanted space." She said, that was the only safest answer Ella could think of, as of now. She looked at Zoey and smiled.

Edward looks up and sees Sid staring at them. "Everything's great Sid. We're just ironing out some boring securty details. We don't want anyone getting lost tonight going to the loo. You know stuff like that." Edward then turns his attention to Warren. "Yeah he's a real Renaissance man."

Rebecca's gaze followed where Kris was pointing "Yea, that is Syd" she nodded and then she gasped as he pulled her into a hug "Look, Kris, this is so wrong, and yet, it feels so right, It's like we're meant to be here, I..." Rebecca trailed off as she put her face into his shoulder to cover the embarrassment.

Forrester looked at Syd and grinned as Edward replied by keeping there little secret in the end there was no need to worry everyone until they are sure. "Yes you have a point I guess you know how to choose our employees Syd" Forrester praised. "Well Syd I have a request by they way... I need Edward tonight to guard with me the camp site... He has the most skill and I think he would do a great job" Forrester added and waited for Syd's reply.

"Ahhh" Zoey said. She sensed that Ella was not telling her everything but she wasn't going to push the subject. "My dad was a muggle and my mum is a witch. My dad really embraced the lifestyle even though he could do it. He became a stay at home dad while my mum worked in the ministry. He did a really good job of taking care of me, my sister, and my brother."

Ella's smile widened, happy to find out Zoey accepted her answer. "Your dad is so sweet. He must love your mom so much. I wish my mom could have been very understanding like your dad. I mean, she went to school at Hogwarts. But I guess she realized that it was too late when she found out about dad."She sighed. "She's just stubborn, I'm happy I'm not. So, any boyfriends?"

"Nope not here." Zoey said a little down. Ella hit the one aspect in Zoey's life that was lacking.

"Oh, sorry, did I over asked? You're still young Zoey. I mean, I'm 25 and still single. To tell you the truth I was about to be married last year, but I had to put a charm on my husband to be and cancel the wedding my mom was looking forward to after I told him I'm a witch. He just couldn't understand it. He thought I did something to him, I wish I did. Then maybe I still have him now." Ella said softly, wishing she never asked Zoey about it.

"Oh no!" Zoey said. "I guess he was a muggle? Yeah I am still young but I guess I saw myself married by now or at least in a relationship. But I guess not but thats what happens I guess. Life gets in the way when you are making plans."
