If Toby HAD properly registered that return greeting, he might have picked up on being addressed as 'yourself' instead of his name, and maybe even reminded the professor of said name. But he hadn't, because his brain was doing the thing today. The thing where it was BOUNCIER than HE was.

Speaking of bounce, Toby was kind of doing just that right now, and quickly fought to keep his bouncing arms and legs down to a dull fidget, especially when Domingo started the lesson. Luckily, she was getting straight to the question asking, which meant he could fling his hand up in the air and focus his energies on answering.
